Alex was such a professional throughout my entire experience. I’ve never had acrylics done and she walked me through the whole process including aftercare. I wasn’t sure of what to get done, so she creatively took initiative and they came out amazingly! I couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech and you better believe I’ll be going back. Everyone complimented my nails including my grandmother who is a seasoned professional when it comes to nail art. 11/10 recommend Alex slash anyone else at Get Nailed.

Highly recommend Nancy!!! She did a beautiful job on my nails.I do NOT however recommend Alex (please see second photo of my pedicure). This was all done the day before my wedding which I was in town for. I could not be happier with my nails however my Pedicure was a nightmare. She seemed pretty rushed and although I got regular polish, I did not put shoes on until 3/4 hours afterwards and that was the outcome. When I messaged her about how disappointed I was she was argumentative and blamed it on me not wanting gel and that I didn’t like the available colors in some dazzle fast dry polish. She didn’t have anything white or close to white in that and it was my wedding so clearly I had a preference. I had to stop at a store on my way to the wedding venue and buy remover and polish to do the Day of my Wedding myself which was the whole reason I overpaid for their services the day prior.Will certainly not be recommending her or returning when we are in Portland next.

Went back for a second manicure from Sochi! Amazing service, friendly, and helpful! I had no direction for my appointment today and she helped me find the perfect color and design. She did awesome!

Every time I come here I feel welcomed and comfortable which can be exceptionally difficult when I have anxiety. Alex is amazing and so damn creative. I won’t be going anywhere else to get my nails done!

Alex is such a gem. You cannot go wrong booking a manicure, nail art, acrylics, or dip with this nail queen!!!! She is a true artist, and feels like hanging with a badass friend for an and bonus you leave with fantastic nails. Her nail art is unlike anything I’ve ever seen! You will not regret booking here.

Just moved to Portland last month and am SO HAPPY to have found such an amazing nail salon right away!! this is my second visit and had Ciara as my nail tech. my previous set from her lasted an entire month with no lifting at all and I got lots of compliments (did the cats eye polish first time around). this color is called “show us your tips” and they have a bunch of new pastel and coral dip polish colors, very fun for summer. couldn’t be happier with the quality and being around the awesome ladies that work in this salon is really fun. thanks so much!

Ive been seeing Nancy a little over a year now and my nails not only look good till my next appointment which is a month away but I also get compliments about them the whole month too... and the atmosphere is down to earth all the girls have always been super friendly with me and there all pretty funny too, much better than being just a customer its more like hanging with friends!

Aside from the fact that Nancy and her team are THE MOST meticulous providers in this city, they use the highest quality products regardless of their cost. Nancy is a branding genius and I’m always impressed with her creative execution. It is not easy for any mother with young children to be working IN and ON the business day in and out. I will continue to refer anyone who sits in my chair to go see Nancy and her team.

My gel mani lasted over 3 weeks after coming here, perfectly. I can’t say how much this stands out from every other place I’ve ever had my nails done. Y’ALL. my first time getting a manicure was with Alex when she began apprenticing and I was blown away by the level of care and attention she gave to my hands. I have since gotten my nails done three times with her, each time a different design and / or color and each time always a blast. I’ve been getting my nails done with Nancy, the owner of Get Nailed, for six months now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The vibe is super laidback yet professional, a perfect combo if you ask me. I personally go for dip powder on my nails which typically lasts a month. I love this place and I’d recommend it to anyone! :)

I’ve been going to Get Nailed for over a year now and I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH. I’ve been a chronic nail biter my whole life, and with the high quality care & acrylic sets from the girls here, I was able to grow out my natural nails long enough for proper manicures!! My sets always last SUPER long; I’ve had their acrylics stay on without breaking for over 6 weeks!! The girls here are so skilled and a delight to talk to whenever I go in. Easygoing atmosphere, funny conversation, and you’ll feel like a boss after leaving!

Berta Lindos is amazing! I came in with acrylic nails hastily slapped on by one of the cheap nail salons. They use dental acrylics which is so bad, and the nails looked flat and wide and terrible. This set took forever to soak off and were nasty, but Berta took her time to remove them properly and spare my natural nails underneath. She then put on the most beautiful set of actual acrylic nails I think Ive ever had. They are balanced, just the right length, they feel strong, and look so beautiful. She took great care to make sure they were perfect, and I could not be happier. I will go to Berta over and over again. I highly recommend her services.

I’ve been going to Get Nailed for a while now! Aside from my cute nails what really keeps me coming back is the fun atmosphere and chatting with the girls. There’s nothing they won’t talk about, so be prepared for a great time! I always feel comfortable talking with the other clients in the salon too because it’s just that kind of place. I’ve primarily had Nicole do my manicures, and I love that she spends time making sure I like what she’s doing every step of the way. For pedicures I’ve had Nicole, Berta, Ciara and Nancy and each one has been amazing. The entire salon has a chill environment of a group of friends just hanging out. I won’t go anywhere else.

I came here for a quickie gel manicure. Both my step mom and I had an amazing experience. This is by far the nearest manicure I’ve ever had... I mean my nails look straight out of a magazine.Definitely a laid back atmosphere but the girls working were a lot of fun and did a great job. Everyone in the salon seemed to be having a great time.

A great salon in a nice location. The women here are great, they did my nails in a nice and clean manner. I was so torn as to which color to choose and they gave great recommendations. I highly recommend this location as the interior is awesome and the staff are so fun and welcoming!

Ciara managed to fit me in same day. First time getting my nails done here and Ill definitely be back. Relaxed atmosphere with a large collection of colors. In just 30 minutes Ciara prepped my very tired looking nails and gave them a great gel manicure. Perfect for a quick Mani on your lunch break.

Nancy is the best in Maine! Her work is unrivaled in Portland! The space is clean, bright and modern. It feels like Im hanging out with friends and my nails always get compliments!
