USA nails always does a great job been going there for 10 plus years. Friendly staff, all the colors an designs available. Pretty quick to, apts are avail if needed tho.

I went into USA Nails today to get my eyebrows waxed. I was in a hurry, and i was serviced right away. My eyebrows look amazing! I feel and look like a different person. It took less than 10 mins and she was very skilled at shaping and not having to tweeze more than 3 hairs at the end. I am very pleased😀❤💚💜💙

If this is the place right next to H&R Block and plaid pantry. I drove my fiancé there to see if they were available for walk in and someone was already the middle of cutting someone’s hair so he had to wait, which was no problem however the employee didn’t tell him until he was ready that they only take cash. Again no problem very easy to pull out cash, they could have at least had a sign saying “cash only”. But why was the other employee constantly looking at me when I’m waiting in my car, never stopped looking at me and both her and the person she helping are looking at me. And apparently you basically have to make fun of someone because they have to go to an ATM to pull out cash because not everyone carries cash on them especially when most places don’t accept cash. Very unprofessional. Went somewhere esle to get my fiancé’s hair cut. Not gonna spend money somewhere that was unprofessional.

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever been to not only were my nails uneven and not painted right and so ugly 😭 she also cut me so deep that it’s 30 minutes after and I’m still bleeding but I guess you get what you pay for here

I have been going to USA nails for over 2 years now , and I have nothing but great service from Kim the owner , she is very polite and professional and really fair with her prices , the place is very clean and overall a great place for hair cuts and nails .

This is the only place that I can get a perfect haircut in! Kim is very experienced in cutting hair and is now my go-to anytime I need one.

Honestly, I dont want to rag on this place because Kim seems sweet... However, the helper she had who did my nails did not do a good job. Diane missed multiple spots around the edges of my nails and all because I chose regular nail polish instead of shellac and she seemed to stop putting effort in. So much so they sent me out the door with wet nails that immediately got bubbled up, chipped, and ruined. First mani, pedi in 4 years. $40 down the drain. Bummer.

Kim is SO kind & her prices are very good + great services are offered. She also makes & sella beautiful earrings for only $1. a pair and donated all the proceeds from them to an orphanage in Vietnam. Shes one of the kindest, genuinely sweet ladies Ive ever met! I highly recommend her services, great hair cuts too! 😊

Kim always cuts my hair quickly and well. Lately, Ive been getting highlights and have received numerous compliments! She has also waxed my brows, keeping them looking nice. Kim is warm and friendly and Im glad to receive these services. Her prices are beyond reasonable and that is helpful, also. She now operates as cash only, which I find inconvenient, but when someone decided to have a days worth of services and none of their cards worked, its understandable and Im willing to step up.

I have been going to this place since 2010. Yes they do sometimes mess up my nails ( not get them how I want them) but hey they are way cheaper then any other place and Im always trying new stuff and they give me their best. Its clean and they are very good at waxing eyebrows!!! The lady always recognizes me when I come in! LOVE IT!!! 💜💜💜

I had a pretty good experience here. I also took my niece here to get her nails done too and she wanted coffin shaped nails. It turned out great! Tammy is one of my favorites, I loved the way she did my french tip nails. It was very relaxing, quick and pain free. Unlike the other place I used to get my nails done at before. By the end, I would always end up with a bloody cuticle. But here at USA Nails we dont have to worry about ever feeling pain or bleeding because they do an excellent job at what they do 😉👍❤

Omg never again. Very slow and inexperienced! Do not get a manicure if youre getting your nails painted. Just get them painted only. Its as if shes too afraid to push your cuticles down or to file. Didnt do a good job at all and I paid the extra cost of a manicure.

If I could give this place a 0 i would do it SO quick. Please don’t come here. This place is dirty and so disgusting. I came to do get my pedicure done with my mom and I had my feet in the water for 30+ mins( the water at first had a bunch of dirt in it) and then she srubed my feet for about 2 mins( not more) and put wax on it and then I had the wax on my feet for about 30+ mins. So basically my feet were just in water the whole time. This place needs to get shut down. It’s very very dirty and the customer service is terrible.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible and strange experience. A dear friend had recommended this place, and has been a consistent customer. When I went in for the first time yesterday for a walk-in for a gel manicure, at first I was impressed by the service. A variety of complimentary beverages offered, a $5 discount holiday special, and the owner (?) calling me honey. It felt welcoming. The person who did my nails however was older and we had a language barrier. I said color 179; she took out 197. I gently corrected her; she apologized. She was nice and soft-spoken. But when the service actually started, I asked her right away to be gentle with my cuticles. She then cut one, making it bleed and continuing to bleed into the polish. She was very rough. I asked her to be gentle, and she filed my nails too short, and against my skin making two more fingers bleed. She then ignored me asking her to stop when I pointed out a towel fiber on my thumb nail, and the owner came over to ask her to stop so she could get a tweezer to remove it. The woman ignored her and polished over it, creating a giant bubble in the polish. When I pointed out the large bump, she took out the cuticle trimmer and further cut my thumb nail. It was painful and bizarre. I showed her my finished thumb nail and asked her to redo it. Her solution was to gouge into the nail with her cuticle trimmer to cut out (?!) the bumps, which only made things worse. Then she quickly and roughly removed the polish, peeling and scraping and filing the nail even shorter, and then polished over it with fibers still there. The final product looked awful. Both thumbs have large bumps and are unevenly trimmed. My request for square shaping resulted in uneven and short nails. The final massage component with lotion is often my favorite, but by this time the woman was frustrated and rushed to finish, so it actually hurt when she squeezed and rigorously rubbed my arm and shook my fingers. I was nearly in tears when she finished. The owner asked me why my nails had been cut so short, and gave me another $5 off, apologizing for the cuts on my fingers. She said next time, Ill take care of you. She needs to learn how to listen to me. I cant go back today to get my thumbs repaired because theyre closed. Super disappointed, and frustrated with a shoddy and painful service. Will not return.

New management sucks, they don’t do acrylics, and instead of telling you they don’t do acrylics they send you to her friends “place” on “122nd” for her to do them. I high dis recommend this place!

Horrible service! My friend and I came into get our nails done and both of our nails look absolutely terrible!! Most of hers were lifting before they where even finished and when we said something about it the lady said I have been doing this 30 years... I pre paid and when I told her o wanted my money back because both set looks like they where done by three year olds she grabbed her phone and my money and walked into the back room! Seriously?? I will NEVER come here again!! i would like to post picks of the epically horrible job they did but cant figure out how

The girl that owns the place was rude she was leting people she new cut in line than when i payed with card instead of cash she complained to my face then said bring cash next time. She is the rudest person i have ever encountered in a nail shop. This place offically sucks and i will never go back there.

First of all.Pls take your sign off by the road!!Misleading advertisement.. Sign said $18 express pedicure.That was the only reason i stopped in, sounds like an awesome deal.They seemed very nice at first, i didnt mind waiting... Until she asked what kind of pedi, i said the $18 one she waved it off saying Oh we dont have that anymoreAt first i did not mind $2 more for $20 basic pedi, did it anyway.Now i look at my bank acct. i was charged $21.50 🤔Nothing wrong with updating $20 basic pedi.Very misleading, and charging card more than you said the amount was.. SMH🙄FIRST & LAST 🤦

He totally effed up my names. He wasnt pay attention half the time, he didnt listen to what i wanted, my acrylics are HUGE and thick and he didnt trim my natural nail so they stick out and it just looked awful. Never going back again

This place is horrible and never again will i ever consider going there. They are rude and cant understand them and also the place was gross. I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax done there and paid over $50 for those two things. During my pedicure it was fast and not thorough and the only thing they did was put lotion and painted toes NOTHING else was done. During my eyebrow wax she wouldnt let me see what she was doing and didnt even ask me how i wanted it. It took almost a hour for the wax and when she showed my i had maybe 10 hairs left and they are still burning days later. I complained about the eyebrows and my sister did too but they still made me pay for it. DO NOT ever go to this place its is the worst place ever. I wish i could put no stars thats how mad i am about my visit.

Ive been going there for 8 years now, they have switched owners a few times but the guy(Jon) that always did my nails stayed there. They just got new owner that fired Jon. I got my nails done, the new owner June started my nails then had another guy paint them, got polish all over my fingers then didnt know how to paint a flower so June did a sloppy flower. I called the store to ask for Jon # and they said no we busy and hung up on me

Why when i try to scedule an apointment, they dont answer their phones at all
