I was in town visiting Portland so I called for an appointment. My daughter and I both got a spa pedicure that was amazing. She got a manicure and her nails painted and I got a nail dip. The two ladies there were wonderful.

I love this place! The lady who did my feet took her time even though it was getting close to closing time. Not to mention how clean and well kept they are and the decorations are so classy! Everything is well priced!

The service is great and the costumer service is great! Just had my first dip manicure and she did a fabulous job. This is my new go to place.

First time to Portland First ManiPedi! It was a very relaxing experience! And the 2 ladies whr very kind! It was empty when I went so they accommodated me right away 😁

I LOVED my experience here! I was in town visiting a friend and needed a last minute pedicure. She is so quick and dies an amazing job every time and they can last for up to a month without lifting or chipping.

Came in on memorial weekend and I was in a rush to get in and out. They did my nails and toes with perfection.

The lady who did my gel manicure was professional and did a great job. It was $35 and well worth the price.

Worst place! Had someone do my nails who obviously didnt work there. Took 2 hours and my nails looked bad. 2 broke the next day. DO NOT BOTHER

Beautyful nail

This was the best pedicure I’ve had. I felt so incredibly pampered. They are super friendly and very professional. Very clean place, they used new pedicure utensils for each customer. Great service at a great price! I wish I could include a photo of my beautiful toes!

Staff was nice and friendly, however; I had never experienced such bad quality nails as these. I’m not trying to be rude but they were absolutely ugly. They were nothing like the ones I asked for and yet they charged $60. A week hasn’t even gone by and one nail already fell off. The shape was inconsistent and the nail was so thin it felt as they could break any minute. They were so thick from the bottom and out of shape, it was completely unbelievable.Definitely going to ask for a refund!

My nails were on uneven as well as the wrong size not even covering my nails were put on by a man . I kept telling him to stop that I did not like them and that I would go somewhere else but I would still pay for his services and he demanded I paid $65 even though he was not even halfway done then continue to scream at me and ask me if I wanted him to be unfair with me. By then I was in tears and I told him I was not trying to rip him off I would pay for what he did but I was not paying $65 for acrylic nails that were not even finished nor were they put on right he tried grabbing my debit card out of my hand as he talked to some lady that did not speak English. when I agreed which I think is more than fair to pay $40 for the services that were done which I should not have had to pay at all he went ahead and charged my card 55 without my permission. I left their bawling and feel so taken advantage of. Other actions are being taken but I tell anyone who reads this DO NOT GO HERE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Ive come here several times and the service is always great! I get pedicures and shellac manicures and they always look awesome. My favorite is the black with metallic flakes. The one time I had an issue I came back and they fixed it for me quickly. Friendly staff.

Went to get acrylic nails taken off and she didn’t do the soak method, but rather pried them off my fingers, which was odd to me. Then she attempted to buff my nails but it just left deep ridges in my nails. Lastly, the manicure didn’t even last the rest of the day before it started to bubble and peel. $29 down the drain.

Last minute manicure...and omg!!! They did such an amazing job with my nails! If I could give her more stars, I would give 10! She is the sweetest woman with a heart of gold. Thank you for making my hands beautiful.

This is the second time Ive been to this salon, and Im very happy. Both times, I could walk in with no advance notice. I was able to get what I wanted in a timely fashion. The first time, I was short on time and the staff accommodated my quick turn around needs. Today, I had a little more time, so more care was given. Im very satisfied.

The nail salon was absolutely great!! i really enjoyed spending time with my friends in here. this place was well organized and the service was beyond my expectation! The spa pedicure with lotion massage was extremely relaxing and comfortable!! My nail was perfect afterward and i got so many compliments today!! Cannot wait to come here again soon :)

I got coffin nails from here and they were all mishaped. The man who did my nails did them way to thin and they broke within 2 weeks. I even broke one nail so badly it was bleeding. When the man started my nails he said 65 because they were also ombre but then at the end he knew he messed up so bad that he said he would do a one time discount of 55. They should have been free. Never going here again. There shop is also so small.

Hands down the best pedicure I have EVER had. I rode the train up from Salem to meet my sweetie. I may ride the train up again next time I want/need a pedicure. Dung did my pedicure and she was amazing.

Very disappointed. I have very little time for the luxury of getting a pedicure but try to work this in every couple months. Natural nail is close to my office so convenient on a limited schedule. I always get shellac due to its long wear. Twice now I have had polish pop off after a week. Understandably disappointing when finding time to have this done is difficult then tone left with a shotty job and no polish until I can find another chance for a redue. I will go elsewhere from now on

I went in with a nail style they had in there previous work and its all messed up totally different and they still made me pay over $100 never going here again

Tried to remove peeling 17 day old shellac. The acetone didnt remove it all on the first pass so they used manual file after I said no to a power file. They said they were done, but I still had shellac on 8 nails. They filed some more before I decided if they kept going they would physically damage my nails. I got up, paid and left with with shellac still on 5 of my nails.

Their attention to detail was not there like I am used to but they were decent

Awful, horrible place! I got a pedicure/full set The lady to whom I was assigned seemed nice but didnt understand basic English. I requested she not file my natural nails too much. She proceeded to drill on the highest speed, which burned me. Anyone who does nails or understands friction would know to reduce speed, she did not. After filing and a series of burns another lady filled up my pedicure water and took my purse and phone to the pedicure area. I was confused as to why she was moving me when my nails werent even halfway done and also who touches a stranger/customers purse and phone? I sat down and the lady put a towel and phonebook on my lap. Instead of letting me relax in the massaging/pedicure chair she took my left hand across my lap and began filing at an awkward angle. Not before taking my phone out of my hand mid-use and putting it aside. So I sat rather uncomfortably with a lady doing my pedicure and another filing and painting my nails with a phone book on my lap with the uv light on top of it. Without my phone I had nothing to do but stare at the wall and the t.v. that wasnt on. I tried to convey my discomfort but no one spoke enough English to understand. I pointed out a few crooked nails and she proceeded to tell me how they werent. Being it wasnt a debate topic she reluctantly fixed them and I was dying to get out of there but they kept trying to upsell me an eyebrow eyebrow wax or an extra $5 foot scrub. When finished I was charged $15 extra than the price given on the phone when making the appointment AND the price listed on the sign outside. I just left and the lady had the nerve to ask for a tip. Ill never go back, no wonder it was completely empty the whole time I was there.

This was absolutely the WORST nail place i have ever been! the manager did my acrylic nails and they all fell off the next day. she used very little glue and acrylic and kept complaining that she was in a rush because it was her sons birthday. i went back 3 times being told that i was going to see her and get it resolved and then she told me she was the manager and that she doesn’t give any refunds and that it was my fault that my nails fell off. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Not great. The nail technicians were not good, the facilities weren’t great and they were quite rude and very bad at English making it very difficult to communicate with them. Would definitely not recommend. Had to redo several nails afterwards.

Very disappointed. Went in and immediately got helped which was great, however all I needed was a fill with polish and it wound up taking a little longer than 2hrs. I’ve never had a nail fill take that long and on top of that I kept having to put more money in the meter. I then had to run out of there since I was already late for an appointment. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the lady doing my nails was very nice. The lady who did my nails after the first hour admitted that she wasn’t usually the go to for acrylic fill. That information would’ve been nice to give before hand because not only did it take a long time the nails look like they were rushed.

I will definitely be going back.

I would recommend not getting your nails done at this location..I went in to get dip powder within an hour my nails had a white film over them. I returned the same day to have fixed and a different lady worked on them...(Thao did my dips the first time) the second attmept to fix my nails, was a bad idea..ended up even worse and it was so thick and bulky on a few of my nails.. Thao acted as if she did not remember me and wanted to charge me again for the horrible job. I showed my receipt and left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS SHOP EVEN FOR A PEDICURE!!!!

Great service, walk in-and out with a spa pedicure ($25) with no waits. Would recommend this convenient place next to the Portland Embassy Suites.

I called ahead on a Tuesday to see if they could fit me in for a mani/pedi 45 minutes before closing. The girl said they could but I was a little wary about the quality so close to closing. My fear wasnt unfounded. I was the only person in the place and they did my mani/pedi simultaneously and in 45 minutes. Note, there is no discount for both services.I have no criticism for the pedicure, only praise. I chose the second option for $30 to get the extra callus removal. The girl did a great job and my feet are really smooth. The polish is clean and fully covers my toenails.My gel nails leave much to be desired though. She filed my nails but left noticeable uneven and rough edges. Perhaps this was because she was using a super cheap file that I was asked to pay an extra $1 for but that got to take home. Since its gel, I cant fix the edges without ruining the seal. Also, she didnt clean up my cuticles well at all and left a lot of loose/stray skin. Maybe paying $30 for gel didnt come with this service but it should have. Lastly, the color doesnt cover my full nail bed and on many of the nails covered the top cuticle skin.

I went in here on a extreamly hot day... I was fatigued and my neuropathy was through the roof with pain in my feet and legs. I was seated and worked on by Thao and Linda. And at the same time!!!! I felt like I had died and gone to heaven...they were amazing and my nails on my hands and toes look And feel so wonderful.Thank you ladies for the great talk and all of your care!!!! Was worth every penny and I will without a doubt be back.

Review update: one week later my gel nails are peeling so bad that I have to get them removed. They are catching on everything and pieces are peeling off, along with my nail!! Totally unacceptable.

Suggested this place to my wife and took her over there based on previous reviews. The lady who did her pedicure did a phenomenal job as well as was extreamly hospitable. The lady that did her nails however.... My wife was getting a full set, and the entire time the lady was worse than an 8 year old putting on press-ons. My wife had kept a telling the lady That hurts, Youre putting the nail over my skin, There is excess nail tucked underneath etc. not only did the woman refuse to listen, she mis-shaped and sized several of her nails (none were the same shape or size. Then when my wife got fed up (2 hours into her mani that took place after an hour long pedi), and asked for it to be fixed, the lady had an extreamly nasty attitude. She refused to fix them properly and only offered to file the excess. We requested for management (who is also the owner), and she was not in house. We were told by one of the other ladies working that the owner, and lady that messed up my wifes nails are the only ones that could do acrylics. The other two ladies were extreamly apologetic, and the one that did my wifes feet, also helped adjust and trim her nails to the best of her ability to buy time until today (owner offered to come in and correct it). Well, the prepcess is going smooth (minus the fact that she didnt even want to replace my wifes nails), but she had no sympathy for the situation yesterday. And not only did she make us pay (understandable) but it was MORE EXPENSIVE than what the original job was supposed to be because the owner had removed the messed up nails like offered.Other than that, okay place with great candy. Good job on feet. Wouldnt recommend for nails.*UPDATE*: 6 days later, and while shopping, in the car my wife nails started to fall off. All of them. Mind you she has not used any harsh chemicals, nor does she have them soaked in water for long periods of time. Beware before entering this place. We also had to pay FULL PRICE for them to be redone, and it didnt turn out to well.
