THE LED LIGHTS IN THE MIDDLE are a nice touch, and the salon is so bright and relaxing!My online appointment was convenient!! Also they have a great color selection, the owner helped me pick out a color to match my skin tone and personally I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!My pedicure and came with an amazing massage! I will most definitely be back!

I love coming here, my wife usually gets the shellac gel manicure, and we both get regular pedicures.My wife loves the selections of colors & her colors always come out perfectly! I live right upstairs and have been coming here for ages. (probably 4 or 5 years).The owner is always so accommodating and friendly. Always remembers which colors my partner chooses and the staff is very professional.no smell, clean and nice atmosphere.5 stars

This place was not what I expected and frankly I’m surprised it got such good reviews. At first glance it seemed clean but then it wasn’t. They are still using old chairs and tubs without a liner. It’s common knowledge now just how much bacteria and dead skin can be trapped in the jets of those things. I almost left right then and there but I was with a friend and I didn’t wanna be rude but I was so uncomfortable. Some of the tools were sanitized and others were not. The towels looked dingy and dirty with multiple stains on them. Then came the removal of the shellac. They just soaked my feet but didn’t apply any remover which when they started PEELING away at my old shellac it was painful and frankly also started to peel my nails. The polish job is decent at best. My mani was worse. Some of the nails are shiny and some are dull like they wiped the top coat off because they wouldn’t let me keep my hands in the light long enough to really dry the gel polish. I’m extremely disappointed in this place and for 100 dollars it should have been way better. Sorry but I won’t be going back.

I entered your salon 10 minutes early for my appointment, excited for an afternoon of pampering, and waited another 20 minutes before anyone was ready to begin the service. I had no qualms about the wait. Rather, I decided to use that time to book another service, and it was the effort to book a simple service that I experienced frustration. During a span of 15 minutes, I received a total of 16 text and email messages generated by your receptionist, consisting of cancellations, bookings, charges, and refunds, for that single service. I would be happy to share all of these with you.To your point about pre-payment on-line, your employee confirmed that my service was booked as a hold and so when I received the text messages noting they were then cancelled, you confirmed that, indeed they were cancelled, not confirmed. Your excuse for not offering to help me with the booking in-person is of bad form. Ive been in your salon on numerous occasions when your staff were busy and overwhelmed, but you always stepped away to add appts to your books.While it’s solely your choice to accept or ignore the constructive feedback, I am certain that if you leave it as is, yesterday’s incident will not be isolated. At a minimum, it would be beneficial for you and your staff to better understand the system that you are using.On the comment about consideration of others. It would not have been my preference to speak about an employee’s family situation on a public review board like you did below, as it was and is a personal situation. In this instance, I, along with the client sitting to my left, offered to cut our services short so that your employee could leave to attend to her family emergency, and Ill leave it at that.I have never experienced a business that I frequented and especially supported during the pandemic, exhibit such malice over feedback by a client, and for an owner, who now I know clearly not only watched her employee struggle with the business’ system but elected not to offer him any help whatsoever or reassure a client that all would be taken care of.====I’ve gone to this nail salon since moving to the area about two years ago. I’ve always received good service. Recently they moved to a new booking system that requires a hold on your cc for booked appts. No problem, I understand this. However when I arrived to my appt a few mins early, I asked the receptionist if I could book my next appt. He said no problem and explained the need for the cc. So then I received a receipt for the payment of my appt in full; rather than a hold. When I asked about it, he then cancelled my appt. Then rebooked it. Then cancelled it. Then rebooked it again. Then during my service, he cancelled it again. So at the end of my appt., I asked the lady (I believe the owner - Olivia) who did my nails if she could check if my appt on the 23rd was booked or cancelled. She said that they cancelled it and it was best if I just rebooked online because she was too busy to book it for me, while I was standing right there! So needless to say, the service today was far below par for this upmarket salon. I will not be returning. And would like to ask for recommendations of other upmarket salons in the area that matches service to their image. Thank you

Honestly, the most reliably good place for mani and pedi I’ve found. Always a perfect job, always a quick service and always great products. I’ve been to lots of places and paid a little less and a little more but it’s always been a good experience for the last couple of years I’ve been coming here. I haven’t been going to the salon lately and I just couldn’t stand it any more. I was out in an hour with perfect nails and a smile on my face. Very clean and sanitary.

The first time Ive actually fallen in love with a Nail salon! I was greeted with a warm welcome by Livia as I checked-in for my manicure appointment and took my temperature and answered a few questions regarding COVID on a form and then we were ready to go. I was seated at my station and had my gel manicure removed. Once that was done I got up to choose from the plethora of colors they had and picked 3 options which I showed to Livia who helped me decide which ones would go with my skin tone and look ( Fall color or Summer color) and I was pleasantly surprised with her recommendation of a muted biscuit color with a hint of baby pink that complimented by nails so wonderfully. The quality of work was amazing because Livia really took the time to ask me about the type of nail shape I wanted and never rushed me like some salons do. She also told me about their Yelp check-in offer for free cuticle oil with my service which had a delicious pineapple smell and was very mositurizing. My nails looked beautiful and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, I had a great experience and will be going back for another relaxing session. Thank you!

My partner & mom arrived early to my new apartment while I was still at work. I told them to checkout the nail salon downstairs & they can’t stop talking about how amazing and relaxing their service was. Both my partner & mother opted for the pedicure, which they said was one of the best & that’s a heavy statement coming from LA where every street corner has a nail salon. My mother loved how friendly the nail tech was & my partner appreciated how clean the salon was.When I finished up work to meet up with them, I went in for a waxing session & was surprised at how professional and friendly the staff was.Face coverings are required at the salon & I forgot mine... but the manager gave me one complimentary! Thanks!Also. They run a temperature check, which made me feel like the salon was a safe environment to be in.We will all definitely be back! Thanks again Polish Day Spa!

This is my go-to salon! Amazing service from staff that understand that nails are an extension of you! I love the place; it’s calm and clean. Excellent response to Covid! People always compliment me on my nails (really!) and it’s all because of the aesthetics of the staff (especially Livia!) and care that this salon takes with me. Love my nails! Shari is the best!!! I’m the pickiest person alive when it’s about my nails! Every time I’m blown away about how perfect my nails are. I have a tendency to bite my nails and she still manages to make them look pretty. I could write a book about how talented Shari is with nails. And I felt asleep during the pedi massage and left the salon like floating. Book with her and you won’t be disappointed!!

My very favorite place to get my nails done. I have visited so many nails salons and have had mixed results...but once I found Polish I have not gone anywhere else! I LOVE Livia and I see her every 10 days or so to get my manicure. She is amazing and smart and funny and always so accommodating. I dont even pick out a color- I just trust her amazing judgement and she never steers me wrong!

The setting is lovely and my nail tech was warm and welcoming.The dip powder mani was average at best. My cuticles were ignored. Some nail tips are rough to the touch. The powder was filed inconsistently, leaving high and low spots. Some nail edges remain unpainted. Clear finish isn’t smooth.I expect a better manicure at any price, but for a $55 (before tip!) service, the results are disappointing.

Absolutely amazing! I’m from out of town and did a quick search for nail salons in the area. Polish Day Spa did not disappoint. I called to make an appointment but ended up getting there early and they got me right in. I truly feel like they took their time and went above and beyond to make my experience what it was. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Polish Day Spa since they opened a few years ago. The staff are very friendly and always accommodating. They manage to create a clean, cozy vibe with excellent customer service.

A nice pedicure but for the price the service could be a little better and friendlier. For $40 bucks for a normal pedi it would be nice to be offered a glass of water or tea at least. The spa itself is clean and relaxing but I probably will try some other places rather than come back.

We had an appointment but it didnt seem to make much difference in getting out pedicures, still had go wait. The pedicure itself felt pretty good. I asked for a flower design on my big toe and they had to switch technicians to accommodate my request. The results were good. The atmosphere was clean airy. It didnt blow me away but I would come back.

I love this salon. Its super, clean, fresh, bright and peaceful. I have been several times for manicures and pedicures and had many different manicurists, and ALL have been really good, professional and sweet. Its my go to place for all things nails!

After just 2 visits Ive found my regular nail salon. Livia and her team are all amazing, you can see anyone and know youll get a perfect service. I go about every three weeks for gel polish manicures and spa pedicures. They also offer acupressure massage although I havent taken advantage of it yet. The salon is relaxing, decorated in minimalist white and playing classical music. Its a treat I look forward to every time I go. Appointments are highly recommended.

Have been in twice already. Very peaceful experience. Super clean, professional nail spa. All of the services are very customer centered and the work is top notch and very detail oriented. Its a bit of surenity in the city!

My six year old niece and I made an appointment, day of, while she was visiting from out of state to get a simple polish for the both of us. Not only were we able to get in (on a Thursday), but the staff were so supportive, friendly, and made our adventure day an absolute blast!! Thank you, Polish Spa - We we will 100% be back :)

I made an online appointment and went to the salon. They said that they didnt honor same day online appointments. I had a confirmation email for the appointment. They told me their system is broken and they need to fix it. This is bad customer service. Treat the customer better and honor appointments made by your system especially if your own system doesnt work!

They were able to fit me in next day for a Tuesday afternoon gel mani and regular pedi. The technician took her time and did a fabulous job. The entire experience was relaxing and I walked away with excellent nails for a wedding I was attending. They were knowledgeable and answers my questions along the way. It’s an out of the way spot, but taking a Lyft there was really easy. Would recommend
