Tiffany was very friendly and detail-oriented. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area. She even composed these photos for me! Lovely place.

Visited Portland for a wedding and stopped here. They accommodated three of us and were very nice! Best shellac manicure I’ve had. It stayed for well over two weeks before I picked them off (my nails have a hard time holding on to shellac)

Worst service ever! If you are looking for a good nail salon in the Pearl, def don’t go to this one. I had a very bad experience with one of the girls that was there on Sunday; she didn’t even care about the quality of the manicure she was giving me because she seems to be in a hurry.

I went in for a fill, i was shocked when the lady told me that it was $30 but i did it anyway because my nails were desperate. the place i went to before to get my set coast $30 and they did an amazing job but for the exact same price and only a fill... i am not impressed. the lady liked to file my skin more than she did my nail and the shape of my thumbs are different than the rest of my fingers. the place is cute but i dont think i will return.

Small and was serviced within 5 mins of a walk in but I asked for a fill and the the shapes of my nails did not match at all. I had to file my own nails to get them correct. Real nails were not trimmed underneath which resulted in a whole nail breaking off. Went in for a repair and the nail shape was unbelievable. I showed her about 3 times and she stated she did not see anything wrong. I have been getting my nails done for many years and if I could see the uneven quality I feel like she could. Once again I end up filing my own nail and I had to pay. Maybe they are good with natural nails but definitely not acrylic.

My regular nail tech was sick, so ended up getting a last minute appointment here. Not only was the full set I recieved poorly done and rushed, but the service was absolutely horrible. Definitely not going back

This is a tiny place and not a great place for nail design. The quality of the nail polished sucked. The staff was friendly and offered drinks. When directed to wash my hands, the sink was in the bathroom towards the back of the place and through a cramped hallway. The area for waxing was the hallway curtained off. This is an overpriced budget atmosphere.

Best nail salon in Portland! I have been going to Pearl Nails for 8 years or so and they never disappoint. Try it out!!!

Great service & prices for a fancy neighborhood!

Do not go here - there are other places who actually want your business. Purchased a Living Social deal and for months these people will not schedule the service. They put you on hold for 10 or more minutes and then tell you they cant get you in after they find out you have a coupon. They barely speak discernible English and are combative when you ask them why they wont schedule a customer who has already paid money.

This place does a terrible job and the women are extremely unsanitary. I went to get a pedicure and the woman who did my toes attempted to use a used buffer on me. I walked out.
