They charged us different prices then what was on their website, the male that was working in the shop was nice but very clumsy and did not do a good manicure. Both my friend and i’s nail technician were very harsh with our cuticlesI definitely would not recommend this place.

This was my gfs first pedicure ever and the ladies were extremely nice, professional, and kind. The value is also exceptional for the price. I will be returning next time I need a pedicure.

Very friendly woman doing my nails, her mother was nice too so it makes me sad to write this, but, their nail job isnt good. I got a new dip set on. She made them too long, some were crooked and three of them cracked the very next day! I havent had them for a full week and theyre already falling off. I paid 50 dollars to get those done. Their foot package is great, dont get a new nail set there though.

I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t had a pedicure In a while or what. But whatever just happened to me was amazing!!!! I think I found my new spot !!!

My feet were beyond happy my extreme pedicure. I called in advance and when they were running behind they called to let me know which I really appreciated not rushing to wait because I knew in advance. Both myself and my son had a wonderful experience. This is for sure my go to spot in Portland now.

I went in with horrible cuticles since I constantly pick at them. She spent so much time working on them and my nails have not looked this good in years! There is also a psu student discount!

Walked in without an appointment and they were able to give me a mani and pedi right away. Did an absolutely fantastic job, very pleased with my nails. Facility was very clean and inviting. I will certainly go back. Heads up parking is a chore like always in downtown

I came in after a class at PSU before going to Vegas for an event. I got a classic pedicure and shellac on my nails. It was a really nice experience! They are very friendly, not pushy when upselling, and do really clean nice work. There is a decent shellac selection.It was one of those experiences where I could tell they make sure you’re satisfied with your nails, and relaxing. Also (at the time) they had a discount for PSU students and the price was very reasonable. I’m planning on going again when I decide to get shellac again. I’ve actually been recommending it to a few friends.

I really didnt know what to expect coming here, but I must say the prices are extremely reasonable as far as Portland prices go. The technicians are sweet, professional, meticulous, and offer great customer service. They are also very clean. Theyre quick to sanitize their utensils -which I love. Im also a bit of a perfectionist and they definitely did an amazing job. This will be my go to place!

My favorite nail salon. Ive gone everywhere in Portland, but no one comes close to their quality and skill. Nails come out perfect every time. Prices are awesome when you consider the flawless technique. Furthermore, they are very nice and you never feel like they are taking about you, like some places. Ten stars.

Wonderful place!

I was very impressed by their work. I got a gel manicure for $25. The paint job was done in thin, even layers and I only ended up with one very small bubble on the side of a nail. I told my technician that my skin tends to tear when trimming my cuticles and she was very gentle. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy so you might want to plan ahead and book an appointment. Ill definitely be back.

This was the WORST pedicure I have ever had. We were able to be seen right away, so that was awesome. However, that was the best part of the whole expierence. I was seated in a chair, warm water in the tub. The chair ended up not working so she moved me over one chair. As she was filling up my new tub, it was straight cold water. Not to mention the tub wasnt even filled up past my ankles. Me, and the 4 other people I was with all had cold water. I had a chance to look at my old water before I switched and there was dead skin and other unmentionables floating in the tub. I was not the only one who saw disgusting things floating in their tub. Originally I planned on getting the Deluxe but quickly realized I wanted to pay as little and get out as quickly as possible so I switched to the express. Rather than apologizing and discounting or bumping us up to the deluxe pedicure to make up for the lack of hot water the promised on their menu, we were charged the full amount and no apologizes given. This was the worst pedicure EVER. AVOID.

Only go here during work when Im pressed for time due to some upcoming event. I have been pleased with the results each visit. And because they dont do acrylics, no annoying smell!!

I went there for a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. She was really friendly, took her time, and did a great job. The manicure (not gel) lasted a week without chipping, which never happens because my job is very tough on my nails. Ill definitely be back!

I mean, the laquer went on smother than I could do myself, and they did a really nice job with the nail shape and nail beds, but I expect a gel manicure to last at least two weeks. It was so thick and slopped over the sides of my nails so that it started to lift and peel within days.The price was a little cheaper than many other local salons in the area-- but not by much if I have to get it redone sooner.Im willing to go back, but I dont think this is going to be my go-to salon. Maybe they had an off day.Maybe if you want to get your nails done for a special date it would be worth the cheaper price tag. Otherwise, I think Id rather spend another $5-$10 somewhere else.They really are friendly, though.

The reviews looked better than some of the downtown nail joints, and I was excited to try a new salon. I showed up today at their posted opening time of 10 AM and waited for 20 minutes for someone to open the store before I gave up.

I had an appt. arrived on time and they were not even close to ready which was to my benefit since it gave me a chance to look around. The place was so disgusting and falling apart that I just got up and left. Don’t go.

Woman working on me was fighting the whole time with other customers because they couldn’t get their appointment straight. They also were not very accommodating and had no machines to dry nails. All the girls were sitting there under fans.

I called ahead and they said no problem with being there in 15 minutes for a pedicure. I ran there to be on time and they were full, they clearly lied and there was no space. They said it would only be a 35 minute wait. I hate this kind of treatment and wont try them again as they clearly dont care about their customers.
