The most disappointing nail experience ever. We had and appointment for 2 pedicures and 2 full sets at 3:30. We didn’t leave until 7:30. There was one nail tech and one lady doing toes. I understand being short staffed bur they continued to take walk ins and appointments till 5:30. The people who have been in your store for over 4 hours should be helped first. Especially if we had an appointment and walk ins were finishing first. Will not be coming back.

I absolutely loved coming here and getting my nails done. I was in Portland getting ready to have major surgery I just wanted to treat myself at the last minute to some pretty nails. They were kind enough to squeeze me in and did an amazing job

Can i get a zero stars. They did my nails. Got acrylic stuck in the sides of the nail. My thumb nail broke off not even 6 hrs later. Wasnt even doing anything strenuous. I called the next day talked to the man there and he said i had to come in and he would tell me how much it would cost to fix. it broke in 6 hrs im not paying to fix it. Never going back

We called in to schedule a 430 appt just after 1pm on Sunday. When we got there, they had accepted an 8 person party with only 3 workers and 1 nail tech .. we sat for atleast an hour before even getting our toes wet. Then they proceeded to procrastinate and take 2 hrs on a pedicures , and had all 3 if us waiting 1 after another to see same 1 and only nail technician ... We decided after being there til after 730 and not even started on nails when I still needed a full set. To just leave after our first was done. By that time my 4yo was tired restless and we were ALL GETTING HANGRY. needless to say, I will not be returning. First time I experienced this place was in 2016... I recalled thinking that same thought then.Better places that dont want to waist ur time out there. Sorry not sorry, I will not ever be back

My feet are sensitive so pedis are usually uncomfortable, but not here! Was brought here by a friend, got the #3 pedicure, and had an absolute heavenly experience! I will absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone!

Be prepared to wait a long time. They are always willing for you to come in even if they are booked up. They wanted me to wait an hour even though I called ahead to make sure they had time. Wouldnt recommend.

It was by far the best pedicure I have ever had. The young lady was so thorough and conscientious, and did not just rush through the whole process. I definitely walked out on pretty Princess feet. My manicure was the same experience. The fellow did mot rush at all and paid attention to every detail. I would DEFINITELY recommend this shop. Which was also very clean and nice.

I’ve been coming here for two years and I always have an excellent experience and an even better manicure. They have taken all the right precautions for COVID safety so I can feel safe and relaxed while getting a mani/pedi. Great service, great prices.

We had an amazing sister date there, they did a wonderful job taking care of us. They really go out of their way to make the customer happy, the place is very clean and has an overall relaxing vibe. Go there for a great experience!

The they didn’t clean my nail when I got the full set done or even fix my cuticles I was very disappointed, and the prices are not worth the quality of nail because I have gone to places that changed less and the nail product was better but I was in a rush and decided to stop her. Would not recommend. Good people thought.

While they ran a bit behind, it’s one of the best acrylic nail sets I’ve ever gotten. They pay so much attention to detail and each nail is symmetrical with the rest. Will be coming back here always!!! They’re also so nice. :)

I went yesterday for my birthday. Three of us got deluxe pedicures done at exactly the same time. The place was very clean and the service was wonderful. Our nails looked neat, the massages and treatment felt relaxing and the staff were kind. 200% recommend. They also gave me a birthday gift a nice little touch to top off a wonderful treatment.

I love Best Nail for a pedicure! I am always offered something to drink, the chairs are comfy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They always place a plastic liner in the water soaking bowl which is an awesome way to prevent foot infection from other people. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I love this place so much. They always take time to understand what I want w my acrylic and make sure looks bomb! These guys have a lot of experience. Ive enjoyed a few pedicures, but mosy have my fingernails done.They have a lot of color selection and designs. My favorite is that they let me show them pictures and tell them what I want and it always turns out really unique and cool. Def recommend!

Was looking for a nail salon that did acrylic on toes and they were able to do them here, they came out BEAUTIFULLY 🤍🤍🤍 also the pedicure with the sugar scrub, massage & hot rocks is amazing, I’m definitely coming back this is my new fav spot 🥰

Holly and Le always take the best care of me. I am greeted by name and promptly seated. They remembered me after an almost 2-year absence after I moved to another city. My gel manicures last 3 weeks and pedicures even longer. They have some of the best color selections in the area and keep up on all nail trends, like nail shapes, matte finish, sparkles, designs, and special requests. I won’t go anywhere else.

Quickly become one of our favorite places to go! Lee does amazing with acrylics. My nails last two weeks until I need a fill. No chipping or breakage even with work. The atmosphere is great, they serve drinks and they do an amazing job. Definitely recommend stopping by!

This is seriously the best place for a manicure. Don’t let the strip mall outside fool you; the inside is really nice and the people there gave me literally the best manicure. They charged me $30 for a better manicure than I was getting at a “upscale spa” for $60 and it lasted for weeks through my whole vacation. Drop in or by appointment these guys have always come through. I now go out of my way to drive here.

Made an appointment for my mom and I in the afternoon so we wouldnt have to wait because we were on a tight schedule for that day. After waiting for half an hour in the waiting area, a lady walked in without an appointment and said she couldnt wait to get her nails done. After she threw a fit, they sat her instead of us - even though we had an appointment and had already been waiting 30+ minutes! They were not able to get us sat and start working for another 20 minutes so we had to leave without getting our nails done. I have never experienced a more terrible customer service moment in my life. I will never go to this salon

Visited a week ago for my birthday and got a wonderful pedicure. The place is clean and I was offered a drink right off the bat! My feet were in really bad shape too. I havent had a pedicure in years but I was made very comfortable and felt super pampered! The prices are very reasonable and its not one of those places that smells like a nail salon. You dont get an instant headache from the acetone smell of most nail places. I will definitely visit again!

First off I was told to arrive at 115 and was basically ignored until 2 all the while theyre still taking walk ins.. the place was hot, stuffy with no airflow and if all this wasnt bad enough I told the nail tech the problems I had with my last fill and he assured me that wouldnt happen there.. well it did, my nails are bad and on top of it all the cut me under two of my nails and burned me with the drill like ten times!DO NOT GO HERE!! SPARE YOURSELF unnecessary pain! I SHOULDNT WALK AWAY FROM A MANICURE BLEEDING AND CUT IN MULTIPLE PLACES!!! Maybe if my nails looked remotely decent I wouldnt be so upset but they look HORRIBLE!! Plus if he made me bleed how many other ppl were cut? So how many other peoples blood is hanging out around that place!! NOT OKAY!

This place is my girlfriends favorite place she has become a regular a while ago and has advised her entire family and friends to go there. She says they do a really good job nearly every time but recently she has been very upset with how she gets treated, they are not as friendly and make their guests feel unwelcome and she told me that she went in a few days ago and the male nail tech cut her, then BLAIMED it on her, as her cut began to bleed he did not stop or advice her to wash it out, he continued to electrically file getting tons of stuff in her cut which I feel is very important for others to know, they also try to pack to many people into time periods knowing that there are only 3 of them working there. We do enjoy the quality of the work but their attitudes are horrible and she is beginning to let all the people she has advised to go there how they have been treating all clinients and I feel as if they want business to continue building up they need to fix their act and be nicer and more inviting And realize that people come here to relax and the atmosphere is slowly driving folks away. I do not recommend this place as of now but will be updating my post if results are seen.

This is the only salon in Portland Ill go to. They will literally give you any nails you want, bring in a picture no matter how fancy the nails and thats what theyll give you. You will leave with exactly what you ask for. I should add its worth the few extra bucks for their shellac (no idea how its actually spelled) nails because they will last forever with zero chips or breaks. You also get a complimentary mimosa (or tea, soda etc) with your service.Highly recommend. Everyone who works there is truly talented at making your nails look perfect.

I am 26 and this was the best nail salon expirience I have ever had. I have gotten probably over 100 Mani/Pedis in my life. This place was awesome! I will be back. I only had limited time due to being on my work break, but they accomodated and worked on my toes and nails at the same time! I felt really relaxed. They did not cut corners on the pedi, its comes with all of the scrubbing, hot waxing, massaging, hot towels without being asked. I am so pleasantly surprised to have found such a good place so close to my work!!!

This is the worst place to go! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For us customer service is a priority and we at least want to be treated fairly! So my sister in law and i came in for acrylic nails it was her birthday present from me and she traveled all the way from beaverton to come and join me. The owners (wife and husband) were gona do our nails and the wife had barely glued the nails on my sister in laws fingers and a girl walks in and asks do you have time to do shellac? And the the owner quickly responds yes yes I do! She literally walks away and goes directly to the customer coming in. My sister-in-law and I thought that she was probably going to be quick or she was going to get somebody to finish with us but instead she did the other customers shellacs while my sister-in-law had the acrylic nails unfinished she hadnt even measured and cut to her desire the husband had to go and do it while he was there with mine. He was about to be done with mine and the wife didnt even come back or apologize for basically preferring the other customer over my sister in law. My sister-in-law had to request to get her acrylic nails taken off because we didnt even have time to stay and wait for her to be finished with the other customer. We dont care if the customer has been a loyal customer but we were here first so we deserve our time. They definitely need more staff!!! Also the husband made me bleed and didnt even apologize for it, it was noticeable, it hurt & of course I didnt make a big deal about it but the least he couldve said was sorry! My sister-in-law and I never get our nails done because we are afraid of bad customer service and I actually thought this was a nice decent place so I invited her to come with me & to just to get treated like this? We work hard all week and all we wanted to do was get pampered! Even with an apology we would have forgiven eveything they did but we couldnt even receive that from them? I am honestly very disappointed and will never be returning back!! they are lucky I even paid for my nails because I wasnt happy with the final result and we felt discriminated because she chose the other lady over us. Was it maybe because we werent going to give her as big of a tip as the other lady? We didnt look rich enough? Or because were not American? Id really like to know why the other customer was preferred over us. Why werent we treated fairly? Thats my biggest disappointment. Please save your money and go somewhere else!!!
