I love Jimmy and Kelly. I have been going to them since they opened and now commute from the coast and make them part of my stop. I tried finding places closer after the move, but nothing compares to the nails from diamond nails. They last so long, dont lift or chip (I work in the medical field, so I wash my hands and use sanitizer 20k times a day), and are beautiful. I do not like those chunky nails, and Jimmy listens to what I want. I wish they would just move to the coast!!

Kelli is quick, friendly and does a perfect job every time. Shes very gentle as I have sensitive mail beds. My nails are prefect everytime, never anything to complain about.The entire staff is sincerely friendly and warm and all do a great job.Ill never go to another shop and drive across town to see them!

Price is right. They have been able to accommodate on short notice. Polite and nice. No Mimosas or anything extra special. A good quick option for nail service. Not the place I would take a friend, not because its bad, its more of a one-on-one kinda place.

I had an amazing visit! I had never been there before so first I took it off with my eyebrows they came out on point! I will go for my nails which a salon that I have been to before had severely messed up. They fixed it! Then I went back for pedicures it was amazing as well I would please anyone looking for services from people who care about what they put out there and what they do.

Kelly is amazing and so is all the ladies! I have been consistently going here for the last 6-7 years. The deluxe pedicure is always my go to and they actually take their time to make you enjoy it and leave relaxed! Wont even chance going to another place and being unsatisfied. This is the only salon that I will spend money at aside from one other in my old neighborhood.

Got a deluxe pedicure and got to pick from a large variety of scrubs, it was nice!

My nails look great and I felt like they were very covid-conscious! Everyone was wearing masks and they had plexiglass shields in front of manicure seats as well. Reasonably priced, great experience! I will be back for sure.

A very dear and special friend treated me and himself to a pedicure this morning!This was Darrells first time and he enjoyed himself. 😃His doctor recommended that he have a pedicure.The 2 ladies who gave us our pedicures were friendly, courteous and thorough.I love the new deluxe pedicure goodies.I chose Lavender and Ill choose Lavender again !!!!Darrell knew this is where I always go.I like the new layout of the salon and the new manicure tables.Very nice Kelly.

Had a wonderful deluxe spa pedicure that really helped my feet. Took care of my rough callused heels and gave me pretty pink girl toes!! Two chairs were available right away. The massage chairs are so awesome. Totally worked out a few knots in my neck and shoulders. Prices were pretty good. Thank you!!

I took my daughter here after calling to make sure they accepted walk-ins. My little and I had a very nice experience here (her first pedicure, shes 5) and the staff was so kind and sweet with her! We were able to have tandem pedicures and my daughters tech even painted her finger nails to match just to sweeten the deal :) They did an awesome job. My feet feel and look beautiful! And my girl is over the moon. So cute!

Very fast, walk-in experience. I needed to replace the set of gel nails that I had. Walked in and was Sat and assisted quickly. I had a gentle, older lady who assisted me. Very attentive to detail. I am very pleased with my nails and will definitely be returning for more services. Side note, this shop is slightly farther from home for me than 2 others that are closer, but Ill go out of my way to give them my business.

Kelli is THE best. I have had horrible experiences with techs hurting me with the grinder/ electric file when they file your true nail.She even bought a special tool for me which she uses which is more gentle on the nail bed.Kelli is so gentle.Shes quick and never sloppy.When you inspect your nails afterwards, you are very satisfied as they are perfect anytime!

This place is awesome cheaper than other places. They are also very clean. Love nails do construction for a living so they do them tough and pretty.

Kelly has been doing my nails since 2012 and even when Im living out of state; I will take my nails off before I let anyone other than her do them. As a bartender, having long nails that NEVER break, crack, lift or chip is RARE!! My nails never break or anything!

Another mediocre pedicure in Portland. Weak on the details like cutting and filling consistent nail shape and length, poor paint coverage and not spending much time smoothing calluses. Too much focus on foot and leg massage and not enough focus on cleaning, exfoliating and painting.

Quality nail service and pricing which can be paid by using cash or credit. My nail technician Kelly does great nails!! They get busy, so Id suggest calling ahead and making an appointment.

Just got my nails and feet done. Spent over $100 (normal for me) but Ive never been treated so poorly. They had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in a nail salon. Staff was unprofessional and rude. Not to mention I dont think they are sanitizing the tools. Not once did i see anything cleaned, an I saw alot of dirty utensils. Im just sad this place wasnt what the reviews said it was.

Jimmy and Kelly do the best nails. I continually go to this place for this reason. They might not be the friendliest but its not about making friends, its about getting my nails done the way they should look. Quality of my nails is definitely worth it.

I never write reviews so bare with me—Kelly is absolutely fantastic. She does a great job and she’s also kind with a great sense of humor. However the man that works there is a complete jerk! Yesterday was the first time he’s done my fill and the last time I will EVER go to this place. He was so rough with me that I screamed out in pain and made my eyes water (I’ve had a baby so I can handle pain pretty well) and didn’t even say sorry. Then he continued to do my nails huffing and puffing until he eventually stood up and stomped off telling me I could wait for Kelly to do them when she was done with her customer. I loved Kelly’s work but I will never spend my hard earned money here again if it’s going anywhere near his pockets.

Im so disappointed.I dont even know what to say about the service I recieved today.Ive always loved this place been going here since high schoolToday i felt like they werent friendly or socail at all with me. I didnt get a greeting of hi, how are you and when i tried to start convos they didnt say anything back.I felt that i was pushed to have long nails if i wanted the coffin style. But i see short coffin nails all the time. And ive had other nail salons do the short coffin style before too. 🤔I was also laughed at after the lady shortened my nails and i told her that i liked that length and they were perfect.I dont go to the nail salon often but when i do, i want be greeted and respected. I am hoping they just had an off day today. And that this is not an experience i have again. I will go here at least one more time and if the service i receive is the same then ill update this star rating and not go to the salon again.

Decent job for a full pink and white nail set but have had a better job done. Lady over filed my nails by the cuticle and left deep ravines on my natural nails.

Horrible service. I went there to get a full set of solar nails and a pedicure. They were all out of every single French tip color. They were also next to impossible to understand.

In short- my nails look pretty good & cost about $10 less than most Portland salons, but the experience was not great & I wouldnt go back.Im sure theyre nice people and they did decent work at a very reasonable rate, but the atmosphere was not relaxing or enjoyable.The shop is cluttered, piles of product packaging, tattered old magazines, food, and miscellaneous household items crowd every counter and display shelf. (Literally, the glass display case looks like your junk drawer at home) Not unsanitary, necessarily, but not great & I thought if they offered me a beverage (they didnt) I would question drinking it. Which made me wonder why I was letting them do my nails. But as they pulled out their instruments it all seemed fine.The nail tech seemed like he would rather be anywhere else in the world & kept pulling my arm, twisting my hand & fingers in unnatural ways & would periodically tap my hand and tsk at me as he repositioned my fingers in ways Ive never seen in the 15 years Ive been getting my nails done. He seemed very frustrated I didnt somehow know what he wanted & we couldnt communicate in the same language. He shaped my nails oval without asking (I came in with them rounded) didnt ask if I wanted them shortened (I did) but I didnt correct him because I just wanted it to be over.

I had tried several places in portland and so far this is the only one i like, never got an infection ( i did in 2 places at the pearl district area) and they do a great job, sometimea you have to wait so i recommend to book an appoitment, in my opinion is the best in portland area!

So it started with me trying to call and make an appointment with them. The message stated on Sundays they open at 10:00am. After multiple attempts i finally got a person around 11:30a. I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure.I got there right on time to sit and wait for over 20 minutes. Jerry started on my nails and seemed very rushed. any time i would try to talk he would quickly answer. Even after i requested a couple things, he didnt seem to care and filed and shaped the nails his way. he then dropped me off at the pedicure chair without finishing my nails and without saying anything and left. Kelly came and did my pedicure. It was good, same as most places i have been. During the pedicure, another customer had a cup of coffee, so i asked if i could have a cup. Kelly said yes but then i guess forgot because i never got it. After my pedicure, which was in complete silence... they had no music or TV on, she asked what i would like on my nails. It was a basic one over all color with sparkles on the tips. She then RUSSSSHHEEDD and painted my nails horribly with spotty edges not even covered and not evenly painted. when i asked if i could add something to the tips as i first asked for, she then said They look good like that and walked over the next client. She then left me unattended for over 30 minutes while i just waited for any type or attention, to check my nails, see if im doing ok, ANYTHING...?? Finally i got out of the chair and went to the counter to pay. They didnt ask how i liked my nails, or even say thank you. I am very sad because i love getting pampered and getting my nails done and this salon will never have me as a customer again. :(
