It was my first time in this establishment and in first walk in was welcomed and greeted. The facility was nice and clean and everyone was very pleasant. They did a great job on my feet and I would highly recommend anyone to go if you are in the area.

I always see Mimi and get shellac and she does a great job! Ive gotten a pedicure there and it was amazing. They have a good size menu for the pedicures. They also offer drinks.

Went in to get a fill and change of color... I originally got my nails done elsewhere since I was out of town... there were some issues with the original acrylics I got and David completely fixed them and made them look amazing! Great attention to detail! Highly recommend!

Today I did the gel pedicure. It was so relaxing . I could of fell asleep. Highly recommend this one. I for sure will be getting it again. Till next time.

Took Mama to get her pedicure done for the first time. The staff was wonderful to her and myself they wanted to make sure we were doing great. After always said and done mom left and a very happy mood. She said she will be back to start getting her pedicures done there.

First and last time visiting this salon. I understand it’s post covid but nothing appeared clean at all. Equipment came from a draw - not even a sanitizer jar or individual wrapper. This was practice before covid. I wanted gel, though dip was heavily pushed on me. We went back and forth. Then I picked out a color, found out that one + three other “pages” of selections aren’t available - then why advertise them?I was cut not once but TWICE during the manicure. Blood all over my pinky and ring finger - not even a sorry or general acknowledgement. I should have left then. I did ask for them to correct uneven files nails before this happened. I’ve been to some questionable places but this one definitely beats all - never returning

Today I went in as a walk-in and got sns one-color nails, and they did not disappoint! It was my first time going, and I was really nervous about going somewhere new. My nail technician was incredible, spent extra time on each nail to make sure everything was perfect and that I had no bumps or points anywhere. Ive never seen so much dedication! I wish I couldve given a better tip than $5, but it was all the money I had. 10/10 would come again (and tip the much-earned amount!)

I always make an appointment, but yesterday I was a walk-in. They saw me right away! I had my acrylic nails taken off and had a shellac manicure. I also had two individual lashes replaced. I had lash extensions put on 3 weeks ago and they still look great!! I always go to Ocean Nails and wouldnt ever go anywhere else.

So far everyone who has helped me has done an outstanding job. Ill keep coming back as long as customer services dont change!

I asked to have a simple black nails with stars on them and well they are not what expected. I appreciate that they tried there best just wish they were honest with me when I asked if they could do it.

I absolutely love the atmosphere, the people are very professional, the spa is exceptionally clean, and the do such a wonderful job with all of the services they offer. Even my husband is willing to get a pedicure while he waits for me!! Love this spa and will continue to recommend it to everyone!!

I came in on July 18 because my sisters friend recommended us to check it out. I was skeptical because only 1 out of 6 nail salons have given me design nail results, but I came in & was totally impressed!!!

Asked for Medium length coffin shaped nails and got very short round square nails. 2 hours wasted and eventually another 30 to get them soaked off not to mention the money spent.. last time I will ever come here after chance after chance…

I have been going to Ocean Nails for several months and have always enjoyed it. They are now under new management. Hopefully the prices don’t increase and too many changes as it was good before.

They were very busy but even though I didnt have an appointment they were able to take me right away. Great experience!!

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was very nice, personable, and friendly. she took his time to make sure every little small detail was just right. Which I appreciate. even took it upon her self afterwards to lotion my hands and give me a quick neck massage!! Felt sooo good! This was definitely an experience Ill never forget!

I had my nails done 3 days ago. Manicure and French polish. Regular polish no shellack or SNS. They have peeled and all have come off. I spent $25 for that? I will never go back. I understand chipping but not coming off in sheets.

Wouldnt recommend. I paid 95 for a pedicure and acrylic nails. They came out so uneven, lumpy. Its not letting me post a picture for proof. 😒

The best place in Portland Tx to get your nails and toes done 😄 the customer service is amazing and the workers are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! Also very clean and sanitary which is a HUGE deal. Elda did my hands and feet which came out perfect! But the whole team is great, Melinda and Bryan are awesome too! Horrible experience. Nails were so thick and bumpy. When I asked why they were like that, worker responded that it was because it was so cold outside. What does that mean? It wasnt cold inside. Pretty sure I was over charged for plain acrylic nails $40. (Just to get me to leave) Everywhere else its only $25. But I learned my lesson. Dont ever go back. Very sad.

Very nice people. The shop is nice and I have missed having a glass of wine while getting my nails done.

My mom and I went to get my nails and her toes done. I said that I wanted sns ombré nails and they put on acrylic because they said it would last longer. The when he started my nails the smell was so strong I had an asthma attack. He finally finished my nails they look awful and they are not even ombré. The manager was nice and offered to redo them later but we still had to pay for the nails I won’t be returning

By far the best nail experience Ive ever had. And the customer service is amazing! I never write reviews but i had to today. They stayed open until almost 10 for me because i wanted an ombre theyd never done before, sadly he couldnt do it so sent me home and told me to come back in the morning and hed fix it, he didnt charge me for it that night. I came back today and they fixed it! Even better than what i thought i wanted. Now everytime i look at my nails i cant help but be overly happy that they did this for me ❤

Yeah, Im changing my 5 star to a 1 star. I went in for a pedicure and I got a cut. He put this antibiotic liquid thing on my cut and proceeded to finish my pedicure. When he finished we were already trying to dry my toenails. So I asked him if I could get antibiotic cream and a bandaid to cover this cut meanwhile I get home. This Texas heat can make anyone sweat even if you are wearing sandals. He just put that liquid thing again and didnt get me a bandaid. Now Im concerned about this cut. I just got home and Im livid since this was not treated properly. Now I have dried up blood in the nail bed. I am NEVER coming back to this place. About time I learn how to do my own pedicure. Well...wish me luck folks.

I went to get my nails done and they didn’t ask if I wanted a drink and my nails have bumps in them and glue all over my fingers

Gave this shop three opportunities to get my nails right and every time they were awful. They cannot shape they can not paint with shellac and they are awful about not admitting to fault. Done.
