My usual place opened late today, so I decided to give this place a shot. The person who did my nails was very sweet, but I had an awful experience.This person (bless their heart) cut me kind of severely with the nail file, to the point where I wouldn’t stop bleeding. They had to use both some sort of maybe liquid adhesive? and some sort of powder. It probably took 5 minutes to stop the bleeding. I wasn’t too bothered at the time because accidents happen.My nails looked decent in the salon, but when I left I almost immediately noticed that they were uneven, bumpy (on top and on the tip of my nails), and the shapes are incorrect. I had to finish filing them down at home, but I will probably end up either getting my nails fixed elsewhere or just continue fixing them myself.When I left I also realized that I had actually been cut. Like, a lot. Small cuts can be found on multiple fingers, and to top it off the larger cut appears like it might be a little infected.It’s also worth mentioning that the nail tech used several drills on my injured, bloody nail and did not immediately disinfect them. I hope that they did after.I paid $80 for uneven nails, several cut fingers, and a potential infection—all which I will have to deal with myself. They are really kind people, but I got pretty screwed.

Really poor pedicure here - sloppy prep work, didnt shape my toenails very well, polish uneven. Worse - when I politely asked them to redo just one nail, the nail tech started arguing with me and talking smack with the other nail tech in a foreign language lol. Poor service on top of poor quality work. Won’t be back - much better options nearby.

Ive gotten a couple manicures, a waxing and a pedicure here and Everytime has been a great experience. Very talented and knowledgeable staff who are also very friendly and personable. Huge selection of beautiful Polish, very comfortable seating and consistent cleanliness. just a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Also within walking distance of delicious restaurants, the Lloyd center and Portland businesses. 10/10.

Dennison gave me the worst pedicure I have ever paid for. He was rushing because he had 3 other customers waiting and only had 1 person working with him. A pedicure is suppose to be relaxing and pampering. If you want quality time and service DONT go to Broadway nails. You will not get good service. It was beyond disappointing.

I went in a little Leary cause they just opened but I ended up leaving very happy.. Great vibe, very friendly and great service....I struggle with finding right salon to get my nails done that fits my budget and I do believe I have found the one.. Leaving very happy.

Absolutely terrible job. I can’t believe people have the audacity to charge $45 for UNEVEN, THICK, CRUSTY nails. Every single one of my nails was a different shape, each was different in thickness as far as the acrylic powder goes. There was acrylic and gel polish residue underneath my nails and on my cuticles and all around my fingers. I honestly just laughed when I got in my car to keep myself from crying because it was such a S H ! T manicure. The staff was only okay, bland, mediocrely polite.

I have cuts on every single one of my fingers, after charging two dollars extra for a file they then proceeded to file open the sides of my nails. They are filed in all different shapes too. Do not reccomend this place.

I’d give this place a 0 star if I could!!!Horrible service and horrible nails! They were left uneven and too thick! But that’s not the biggest problem. I had left my pouch full of a couple hundred dollars in cash when I went to get my nails done. I called back and the owner who I presume is Dennis refused to help at all, not even to look around or check the security camera. He said if I want him to look then to call the police. I don’t even want the police involved, I just wanted to know if it was left there pf taken from there because I went straight to work after and didn’t take anything out of my purse. HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY OR EVEN STOLEN FROM, DO NOT COME HERE.

When i first came to this place i was extremely happy , perfect service perfect nails so i always tipped great every single time despite leaving with nails coming up to over $60-80 dollars every time!!Ive been a customer regularly twice a month since January !!unfortunately i will NOT be coming back ever again, i was a known customer, i am extremely disappointed i scheduled an appointment for 5:30 when i arrived someone was in the chair so i said i can return at 6! at 6 she still was helping previous client! i sat in my car again until her previous client left (from 5:30-6:30 sitting in my car) when her client finally left i went inside and she was already working on another client!! so i waited (9months pregnant ) in my car for over an hour !! for NOTHING!extremely disappointed another nail shop in Portland i can not relay on!.- Ky

This place is a gem. I got a gel manicure and I am so happy with it. The staff are really nice and professional, I plan to go back regularly.

I probably wont be returning to this salon. I got what I paid for I guess. The nail tech that did my manicure rushed through the entire process because they had over booked themselves (like all nail salons). When I asked for a specific design, he free hand the art, causing the nail art to come out uneven and downright bad. Before I could express my displeasure in the service, he had put the finishing coat (gel nails). The nail with the design is bumpy and the coat of color is uneven and all over the sides of skin. Frankly, I could have done a better job at home and for far cheaper. I think if I ever returned to this salon (in an act of desperation), I would not be getting a design done. Would NOT recommend if you want nail art.

-UPDATE-4/20/18Overall I give this place a 4.75 out of 5 stars (but they only give you whole star values) I have been to this place almost a handful of times and have established a routine of going there every two weeks. I’ve had Lee in the past before and she’s always done a great job. After my not so good experience (see review below) I left less than pleased but they were nice enough to reach out and offer me a free dip service which I had always been curious about. It’s similar to the look of acrylic but easier on the health of your nails and helps strengthen them. Which my nails definitely needed after the beating they took two weeks ago. I am extremely happy, not only with the way my nails came out this time, but with the way they all handled the situation. They still treated me the same, very kind and understanding and I didn’t feel weird at all going in for a free service for a less than positive review. I will admit, I was very frustrated when I wrote the last review and I hope it didn’t come off as anything but constructive and expressive to my experience. I was also pleased to hear that they had also noticed a lack of consistency with their new employee and took action to fix it along with going the extra mile of reaching out. Thank you to the manager Quy for reaching out and to Lee for doing a great job! I’ll definitely be going back to see Lee every two weeks for the foreseeable future.———————————————————————4/7/18I never write reviews and I’m too nice to say anything in the moment, but I have to share my experience. This review is only based on my most recent experience. I’ve come here a couple times and the first times I was super please! The girl did a great job and this most recent time I got a different gal and I’m sorry but I’ve never been more upset with a nail appointment. She used the electric nail grinder on my nails and cut my cuticles a ton with the tool. My nails are paper thin (even with a shellac mani on top) and one of my nails has already ripped. Some of the shellac on a couple nails are also uneven. Debating going back since I’ve loved my past experiences. May just avoid getting the same employee again.
