I have gone to Vogue Nails on Woodstock a few times now and each time I have had a good experience, but not this time. The nail technicians are very nice, the salon is very clean and they do a great job on my fingernails. My visit this past Saturday was the first time Ive had a bad experience so Im hoping its just a one-time thing, but I did want to write something up because I know there are people like me that get pedicures mainly for the massage.I scheduled two pedicure appointments, one for me and one for my nephew. We were greeted right when we entered and sat right away at the pedicure chairs. I was asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and I said the works, which amounted to a 55 dollar pedicure for each of us, plus the add on of shellac for me (77 bucks total). It should have included massage, hot stone, paraffin, and cooling gel. What we got instead is what was more or less a base pedicure. If we had paid for that, I wouldnt be on here giving this review. My nephew didnt receive any of that and my massage was maybe 1 minute on both legs and feet. When I went to pay I made it clear that I should be only paying for the base pedicure, but they didnt budge so for that Im reluctant to go there again. Most of why I get a pedicure is for the relaxation and the 5-10 minute massage. Had I known my massage would be 2 minutes in total I would have picked a different place.

This place was amazing. We called for an appt day of and got right in. I wish I got the nail tech’s name, but she killed it! Gave her an idea of what I wanted and told her to kind of do what she wanted to do. The shape is amazing and lines are clean AF! Def be back.

Super nice and i liked the hot stones a lot ☺️ the lady was nice and did a rlly good job but the cuticle part kinda hurt. overall very good and me and my mom will definitely be coming back again! relaxing and i like the waterfall window things they have up

The pedicure was fine but I am horrified by how my nails turned out. She shaped my nails extremely short and strangely, and the color was really lumpy and doesnt even cover the entire nail. Hopefully I will be allowed to post pictures of the final nails she sent me home with so you can see for yourself. I complained, she examined her work and said she didnt see what I was complaining about. I also wasnt screened for Covid symptoms and didnt see anyone wipe down anything the whole hour i was in there. She also definitely was using tools that werent cleaned between customers because someone elses nail clippings fell out of her tools and onto the table when she pulled them out to start my manicure. I definitely wont be going back.UPDATE: The owner just responded that I should have said something at the time. I DID. I pointed out exactly what I was unhappy with, the nail tech turned on her lamp and examined my hand for a minute and said she saw nothing wrong. She offered to put on another layer of nail polish over the already very lumpy manicure or just remove it entirely. I had already been there for an hour, and when I asked if she could redo the polish from base, she said she could take the polish off. I ended up going home and taking it off myself but my nails are so short that its physically painful and I tried to round them out but they look terrible. Im very unhappy.

First time coming in and I was in a hurry—I was seen right away and received amazing service! I loved how clean everything was and how professional the nail artists are. I will definitely come back here.

I love this salon - I regularly get my eyebrows waxed here. They are fast and affordable, and they do a great job! I appreciate the fair pricing, and always try to tip well, as all the cosmeticians are kind and professional. I recently got a pedicure here with the hot stone massage and it was AWESOME! Highly recommended!

Vogue nails on Woodstock is the best. They are very friendly, professional, and offer great advice. I highly recommend them!

They are busy but they keep accepting people to come in and making them wait for a good 20 mins if not 45. All they do is wipe down the pedicure bowls, no sanitation or anything. Who knows what are growing on those bowls. I wont if they actually clean their tools too. Will never use this place again.

Say they take appointments over the phone but don’t take down your name which is weird. Showed up at appointment time and are busy. Also they don’t clean their bowls between pedicures which is gross and a health hazard. Would not come here again.

The ladies here are so nice and always make time for walk ins. Great service and good prices.

Pandemic review: the nail salon was incredibly clean and everyone was wearing masks. There were plexiglass partitions set up at manicure stations and my manicurist wore a face shield in addition to her mask. I had to scan a code (with the camera on my phone) that provided a link to answer questions including my name and address for contact tracing. I was also promptly given hand sanitizer before touching anything in the salon. Barbicide certifications were prominently displayed and the door remained open for air flow. I felt safe and the nail technicians’ actions confirmed that they are taking everyone’s health seriously. As a bonus, I’m very satisfied with both my manicure and pedicure and will be going back.

Have been going to vogue nails for years! I love that they are always open and available rarely have to wait. The atmosphere is relaxing, quiet and clean. Great get away for a busy mom!

She done a good job. One thing I couldnt understand Why it was CASH ONLY. BUT THEIR ATM ONLY CHARGES .50 CENT TO TAKE OUT YOUR MONEY OUT OF THEIR MACHINE. I just hope they report all their income to the government. These gal make a lot of money especially tips.

2nd time weve been to this convenient neighborhood salon. After this last visit, I remember now why we dont frequent it more often... They are ridiculously overpriced! They do a good job but the fact that they only take cash is strange in this day and age. I wish I could say wed be back to this neighborhood stomp but sadly the cons outweigh the pros.

Had a wonderful experience with me first manicure and pedicure. I got the stone massage and the wax, it was amazing. I almost fell asleep it was so comfortable. I will definitely be doing that again

I have been going to this friendly and clean shop for years now. I had not had my nails done professionally for about 15 years and decided it was time again. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away by Lo An. She is professional and gentle with her technique. She is very kind and does a fantastic job. I always get compliments on my nails. I have also had lip and eyebrow wax, and pedicures. Very lucky to have found her!

I went here for the first time on December 31st to get a full set of nails put on. The place was really clean, the staff was extremely nice. The man who did my nails did am amazing job. I have not gone back in for a fill yet but will be going today. My nails STILL look good considering its been over a month. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have their nails done.

What a disappointment. When I can support local, I do. I really, really wanted to love this place.These are the pros that lured me in and stand true: Its in my neighborhood, its a large and beautifully outfitted, clean space and they have a TON of gel nail colors (3x more than any other nail salon Ive been to).Unfortunately, the cons significantly outweigh those pros:- Regardless of whether you have an appointment, you will wait a very long time. I will always give a place a second chance for the small mistakes, but I even gave this place three chances; thats how much I wanted to support this local biz. Each time I went here AND with an appointment, I waited 20-40 minutes after being seated before anyone helped me. On top of that, one of those times after waiting 40 whole minutes, the nail tech sat down and started to work on my nails, and then excused herself for another 10 minutes while she helped someone else.- Yes, they carry OPI, but its not the same quality of OPI polish from other salons. Twice, it was peeling off within a week.- And lastly, what really killed me was their pushiness for cash. The first time I went there, I asked if they accept card and was told yes; when I went to pay my bill they asked me 3x to use the ATM instead and I refused. The second time, they were lightly pushy. The third time, they lied to my face and swore up and down the card machine was broken, so I asked why they didnt put a sign in the window and they had no answer. When I told them I had no cash and only a card because they claim to accept cards, they said theyd try the card machine just in case it worked - guess what, it worked.

I have been going here since they opened, their staff is courteous, professional and always eager to make sure your satisfied. Yesterday I had a facial as well....they had time and so did I. Pampered! And no sales pitch afterwards. Highly recommend, but be sure your not in a rush, just sit back, relax, enjoy and have a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Made an appointment and still waited 20 minutes. They were so busy and had so many walk ins, and rushed through my pedicure so quickly, I had no time to relax. I asked the lady to scrub my heels, and she replied I already did. Bad quality polish, or its old and does not look smooth on my nails.They charge for using a card, and my nails smudged when I got home. Complete waste of 30$.

I go to the same girl always. She Is great. Her name is Kim. I also make appts. Also I you have a problem let them know. My girl never rushers. Also you can bring back your nail file, sponge file, for them to be use again, also bring my nail polish, for the color I want.

I go to this shop every week.If you are in a hurry they are great because they always have lots of people working.If you are wanting to relax and enjoy a pedicure...not so much. If you are getting a Mani & Pedi they will try to do it at the same time. In my experience this takes most of the enjoyment out of the pedicure and leads to a messy manicure. You have to tell them that you want it done separately.I get lashes done here. The lash lady is the best. She is always happy and is the reason I keep coming back.

Every time I go there they cut me, either with a file or a drill. Theyre kind of rude and they only take cash but they dont have an ATM, its annoying. I went to get a set done last week and three nails have already broken. They raised their prices from 25$ to 30$ and didnt tell me until they finished my nails. I paid 31$ (including a nail file) for an acrylic set. But my best friend had to pay 37$, even though she got the same thing I did, an acrylic set. The reason, they told us, for the difference in price was that she got long nails but I got my nails twice the size of hers. My best friend is Polynesian, Im white. My conclusion is that theyre racist. Horrible job on my nails, horrible people. Never going there again.

Decent enough paint on nails, but other spa treatments were, not very good. Wax was barely warm, almost set already when my feet went in, and there was not enough of it to cover even the soles of my feet. The massage was no massage, just a light rub, and the tech barely put any mud on my legs, not even enough for the front of my leg and none on the back. Severely lacking in the spa category!Also cash only even though they say they accept credit cards.Definitely will not be back.

I had 3 different nail techs do my nails. They are thin in some spots and I was asked to use the atm and it was only 50 cents. I got home and checked my account it took another 2 dollars out of my accountAnd they kept trying to make us buy shelac.

I have been going to this nail place for about 3 years and I always call ahead of time in the day to schedule, they know me by name and what I like getting done. Their work areas are always clean and even if they are busy they make sure that everyone can get seated and get their foots soaked, even offering them bubbly or tea! I have always had great work done here for my pedicure and I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done! Everyone who has had a bad experience should give them another shot, because anything that has ever happened to me that I dont like I told them (which hasnt been much) they fixed and it has been great! I can go anywhere, but I choose to go here where the service is great, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calming. They only take cash but thats no problem for they have had an ATM for as long as Ive been going that is right in the store and never broken! Thank you vogue nail staff!

I got a full set plus nail kit 51$ went back 3 days later with a nail that was half off due to my hair getting stuck then 2 days later a hole nail popped off putting on a jacket never had a nail fall off so easy and i never not have my nails done. Im so mad will never go back

Absolutely terrible!Each time I come here it gets worse and worse, needless to say I won’t be back ever again. My sister and I got acrylics done six days ago and I’m already taking 8 off.. two broke THE NEXT DAY! They tore up my cuticles and never once said sorry, but ridiculed me when they wouldn’t stop bleeding! “Oh you no take care of nails, very dry, won’t stop bleeding” well they weren’t bleeding before I came in!We were charged extra for our shape but wasn’t told about the unnecessary charge until after we were done so two sets of acrylics were $90!! Just to turn around and have two of mine break the next day, and one of my sisters chipped. When I called to ask if they could fix the ones that were already broken they told me I would be charged for a fill!!I can’t stress it enough; NEVER GO HERE!!

I thought this would be a great experience. Not a long wait, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The tech cut my cuticles so short they hurt and she just said sorry, they wont stop bleeding. Well ya you chopped them up! The chelac looked good but 7 of my fingers were so swollen and hurt for 10 days, I thought they were infected. Now they are flaking and peeling. Would not go back because of that.

Made an appointment. Was rushed. Pedicure - I got to soak in luke warm water for maybe 2 mins. During the rushed Pedicure I was asked what color I wanted. At that point I did not feel like walking across the floor with wet feet to pick a color. So, I opted for clear. My full set that I asked to be as natural looking as possible ended up being some old school acrylic with clear on them. I Was not given any option of gel or newer style. Nails are shaped unevenly.Waste of $80.00!

Service was way over priced and most importantly not even good. I was charged 45 for a white tip, charged extra for some damn thing... ended up costing me over $50 and the file job was so awful it was statement in 2 days. If I could load a picture now of my nails you would get it.I do not post negative until I have been somewhere twice. Enough.

Very spotty service. Some great techs, some really bad. Wish I could give a higher review because they are very clean, list their prices (required by law) and provide a no-fee ATM so you can get cash. However, some of their techs try to upsell you to buy more services and are very rude if you decline. Quality spotty too. Recently went in for a mani-pedi; the tech filled the tub with cold water (it was 36 degrees outside). I told her the water was too cold and asked for warm water. She insisted I put my feet in and said it would “warm up”. I ended up walking out and went to another salon.

Everything costs extra. They are in a hurry to get you out of the chair and get Payed. Dont go there.

RIP OFF ALERTMy daughter’s 78 year old grandma took my daughter to get acrylic nails at Vogue Nails on Woodstock. She came home with cheapo dollar store press on nails that cost $35.00 plus tip. Wow…Really? Horrible looking and the worst quality ever, fell off 2 days later. “Jeff” the nail tech did not wash his hands, wear gloves, clipped my daughter’s cuticles down to the bone.Have good reason and the proof to believe he is not a licensed nail technician (you need to go to cosmetology school and have 300 plus hours of school and take and an exam)“Lou Ann” The lovely lady at the front desk barked at me screaming no refunds OK ! and I call cop on you! (Exceptional customer service…)They accept CASH only and give NO receipts…Hmmm convenient for those who don’t care to pay their fair share of state and federal taxes
