I love this nail salon, they always do an excellent job with my nails. And arent afraid to try the designs I bring to them. They work fast and are high quality.

Kim was the lovely person who worked with me. My manicure is beautiful. Towards the end, I hesitated on the color she patiently helped me and was very sweet. Im so happy they honored my request and did not push me into getting more than I wanted. I cant tell you how many times I encounter the pressure to get gel, etc... its so frustrating. She carefully inspected my nails before I left. Looking forward to next visit!

One of the best gel nails ever received! I have gotten nails done at other states before too but this place is outstanding! The girl who did my nails was super precise and took care/time to do my nails. Result is amazing! Will definitely come back.

Making an appointment was easy over the phone. I showed up late for my appointment (I did call ahead to let them know) and they were so gracious and still got me out the door in 1.5 hours after a gel mani reg pedi. I will likely be back, though I would prefer an online booking system.

1. There is no plastic bag around the feet soaking bowls… they just wash this by hands, what happened if the previous client has fungus or skin conditions?2. The place is small and every seat were filled with poor air quality3. The service was meh 😑

Twice Ive been to Adore and both times I was unhappy with my manicure and BOTH times I ended up with cuts from the technician. The first time I went to get a pedicure the tech cut my cuticles too short on my toe and was painful and she realized what she did and apologized. I let it go because accidents happen. The second time a careless tech reached into the nail bath with cuticle clippers to pull my hand out and nicked me with the blade. I want to adore this place and its really close to my home but I will NOT be back because their techs either just dont care or dont like doing mens nails.

Cathrine was very rude and disrespectful to me. Instead of listening to why I was there she asked her coworker to do something totally different to my nails. Absolutely a nightmare.I just need to be honest that the other girl that did my pedi she had a great attitude and she was very lovely.

Incredibly safe during COVID. Only 3 people in while I was here. Signed a health waiver.This is a safe part of Portland at the moment. Lots of parking available.My nails look great! The owner was incredibly nice to my daughter. This was her first pedicure (11.5 years old).We will definitely be back.

Definitely the best mani pedi I’ve ever gotten! The prices were incredibly reasonable, the salon was clean, and there were so many incredible polish options to choose from— not to mention my nails turned out perfect. I saw Katherine and she was amazing!! Will likely be returning on the regular :)

They have taken incredible safety measures and are very thorough in making sure we are all safe, wearing masks and feel safe during our visit here. The team was very kind and sensitive to my older mom and her safety too. Highly recommend this spa during these uncertain times.

I moved to Portland a few months ago and Ive been searching for a new nail salon, and Ive definitely found it! Ive never had a nail tech pay such close attention to detail, she took her time and made sure everything was perfect, she used cuticle cream multiple times (I guess my nails were in pretty bad shape!) and took her time shaping them, and spent quite a bit of time making sure the glitter was perfect as well! My friend and I ended up staying until after closing time, but this did not phase my tech (I feel so bad that I never caught her name...) she didnt seem grumpy or upset that she was staying late, and she was still taking her time to make sure my manicure was perfect! I really appreciated that everyone working there was in a good mood, they were all laughing together and seemed to really enjoy their job. Such a wonderful experience! Hands down (pun intended) the best manicure Ive ever received. I cant express enough how much I appreciate the attention to detail. Also, the champagne was delicious.

I am a regular at Adore Day Spa and have always have walked away a satisfied customer. They have wonderful service. They have great products and very nice place. It is a popular spot so an appointment is suggested. Subtle touches such as offering complimentary light beverages to customers really makes this place special.

The customer service is unmatched and you are treated like a princess. The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 star is because I called to book an appointment for my friend and I in 30 minutes from the time I called. They assured me they could accommodate both appointments at the same time. When I got there, the place looked packed. I waited while my friend was helped, had her full service and then I was helped. I also got these werid bubbles on my nailpoilsh after doing the paraffin treatment. We spent about 2.5hr for our service for a gel manicure and the adore day spa manicure. I would hope next time they could either hold our appointments or be honest about the availability. This aside, a really great place

Got a pedicure here 3 weeks ago and it still looks perfect. Was able to call and make an appointment super quick, for the same day! Got a manicure and pedicure and they even let me add on half a leg wax (below the knees) at the last minute, and that was great too. My legs are still freaking smooth af! My first leg wax ever and it went great.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. They have a lot of color options and are very professional. I always get compliments on my nails after I come here!

I had an amazing pedicure and manicure here! My family was visiting and we all wanted to get pedis, we called and they were able to fit us in relatively soon. They were also busy when we got there! The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere relaxing!

Great space! Clean and quick, tons of colors and super helpful staff. High end polishes, shellac/gel manicures dont chip or peel as I have had with other places.

This was my first time at Adore and it won’t be my last :) Thao has fantastic attention to detail! One of the most perfect shellac pedicures I’ve received!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked the $55 hot stone pedicure with 25 minute massage for 2. We had a 3:00 appointment, but we not taken in until 3:20. No callous removal, no sugar scrub, no parrafix wax treatment. I actually timed the massage. It was less than 4 minutes. Absolutely pathetic. I asked why I wasnt receiving the treatment I booked for my friend and I. I received confused looks and no answers. They painted my toes and offered to do the missing services AFTER my toes were done. At the cost of the upgraded service. No thanks. I wont ever be back. Ive had cheaper, better service for less money at just about every other place Ive ever been. Get it together ladies, this is just sad.

I booked ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I came in, it was packed and I ended up waiting 45 minutes to g t my feet done. Then another 20 minutes after that was done for my nails. So about an hour wait total, and the service was ok. I didn’t get a discount or anything which was surprising, but oh well.

I had my first pedicure here. It was an amazing experience at a good price. Everyone who works here is really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

This time was okay, but not great. Person who made my mani/pedi, was not so experienced and damaged my nail during taking over gel. He tried to soak my nails with polish remover, but I’ve mentioned that I have gel. At the end he made it with stick and that cost me damage ... recognized it just after removed shellac and saw a dint.

Thao and Katherine were great. Perfect. Went with my wife. It was my first time. She practically had to drag me. I went for her birthday. Hahah. People talk about how it tickles, or it can hurt, or it can sting, or it smells like ammonia... But here, none of that is true. I am super ticklish on my feet, but they did amazing! No pain, no discomfort, no tickles, no chemical smells, good price. Friendly staff. I had Thao, she had Katherine. They were amazing. My wife will not have to drag me anymore.

Worst manicure ever. The gel chipped on multiple nails just after a couple days and my cuticles were red and scabby after they cut them.
