I went with a friend and my 9yr old twins and we had a great experience. They were especially wonderful with my daughters. Our nails all look beautiful!

I had a manicure done with my sister, and in less than a week my first nail popped right off. In less than 2 weeks they had all fallen off. They hadnt even grown out to the point where I would consider calling for a fill. No pain, they just popped off as if they had been press ons. I have had salon manicures in the past, and have never experienced anything like it. Extra star becuase all of my sisters nails are still on and in good condition.

Their attention to detail on your nails is great, everyone is so nice. They have a wide selection of dip powder colors. Will definitely go back!

Last minute decision to treat myself. To my surprise they weren’t as busy as thought so I went all out for me. Tiffany was very attentive to detail and is great at what she does. Often I feel like the job is rushed and not at all here. Second time visiting and will be back again.

I had a great first experience here with my boyfriend! I got a mani and pedi, he got a mani, and we were both very pleased. The girl who did my nails was very kind, asking me if she was doing everything to my needs, and she did a wonderful job. Very happy with this nail salon; I will be back!

First time there and both Chuo and her husband Theary, were as polite, kind and friendly as can be. I got a thorough pedicure and will definitely go back! He also did foot manipulations that no other pedicure place has done. My toes look great. My daughter liked her manicure. (My only recommendation is to use hot or warm towels after the calf massage instead of cool towels but maybe because its summer, that makes more sense.) I highly recommend this place owned by this wonderful couple.

I had a basic manicure with shellac polish, and my daughter had acrylics. The staff were very friendly and interacted with us the entire time. My manicure was excellent and my daughter’s nails looked awesome! There’s plenty of parking due to their location, and prices are comparable to other local shops. Have already recommended to friends, and will return for fills and polish changes. Plan to have pedicures there eventually too!

I was doing some shopping next door and decided I wanted a gel pedicure. I called, and they told me 30-45 minutes. I’m glad they were honest and didn’t under quote me, so I could kill some time before going over. This place gets busy as it’s right next to hannaford, I’d recommend making an appointment. I was there over two hours before their posted closing time and saw them turn a couple different people away.The girl doing my gel pedicure did a good job, the price was right, I really can’t complain. Hopefully the gel lasts.The biggest reason I came is because they were open on a Sunday. I wanted a manicure as well, next time I will come in earlier.

The best! No matter who does your pedicure it will be excellent and last longer than any other place. Love this place.

Nails turned out good but the place is filthy! Very uncomfortably so. If I hadnt been desperate I would have run.

I went in at 6pm at night and asked for a pedicure and a acrylic fill. The water for the pedicure was scorching hot and when I asked for the water to be turned down a little bit she put on cold water and let it finish filling so I had cold water for my feet so soak in. I asked for a basic black on my toes and received a dark blue, its close enough, I can make it work. My acrylic fill took almost an hour. Multiple times she kept prodding me with her own nail which was extremely painful, EVERY SINGLE NAIL IS SHAPED INCORRECTLY, and best of all the wrong polish was put on. I had picked out a navy blue with silver sparkles. When she finally started actually painting my nails I wasnt paying attention because I was talking with someone else getting their nails done. Half way through the first hand I looked down and noticed that I had bubblegum pink nails. The nail person sitting next to the woman doing my nails asked if I liked it and laughed while doing so. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I said it was different but to just finish. The rest of the time, every time that one of the nail stylists would walk by they would laugh at my nails. I paid $52 to have nothing that I really asked for. And today, I spent another $25 to get my nails fixed.

The girls stayed open late to make me and my best friends nails were totally dry. We loved our experience there! Will definitely return!

I got a full-set of acrylic nails. They were horrible. The nail polish was horrible. It had bumps all over. Lines on my nails. It had blue colored lines, but my nails were pink. Also, my daughter asked one of the ladies how long it would take and she yelled at her and said god your so annoying.Mind you shes only 11.

Wonderful! First time customer, greeted warmly and received a beautiful french manicure from Jenny. This is probably the friendliest nail salon Ive been to in the Portland area. Ill definitely return!

Absolutely adore this place!! don’t understand the bad reviews at all.. the girls are so nice and down to earth and do an amazing job every time; even when i have come in super close to close they are still attentive!

Excellent customer service. The technicians take their time and seem to enjoy their job and their customers. So glad I stopped in on my way into Hannaford. Will be coming here from now on!

UPDATED: Nail artist TWAN is no longer there!! Great 1st Experience! I waited MAYBE 10 minutes. Apperence leaves much to be desired but service was GREAT and Twan was AMAZING! I am PICKY and for his 1st time doing THIS shape I am impressed. I was impressed by the photos on here and glad I went, I will be going back! Good prices, pink & gel ... I paid $42 before tip.

The salon was clean, the staff is polite & friendly, and they got me in last minute with out issue. Those things are important. I was disappointed in my service. I went in for acrylics and a simple nail art design, only on my ring fingers. My nails were Very thick, uneven in places, and unbalanced; they flared at the tips. The polish coverage was streaky as well. But with all of that , what was most disappointing, was I didnt feel as if I was listened to. There was no language barrier either. I showed the woman a photo of the design I wanted, it was very simple and rustic. She asked if she could modify it a bit, I agreed bc we had discussed using more muted colors and placement of the art. Not only was the nail art bold colors, the actual design looked nothing like the photo, and the placement was not where we had discussed. I honestly feel as if she just did whatever she wanted and just did a standard, older looking, design. I had another place to be that afternoon, otherwise I would have asked for a fix. Instead I wont return and will not reccomend this salon to others. I would never refuse payment, bc I understand that this is their livelihood and its just rude to do so. I was just very disappointed with the outcome of my nails.
