I rented a place in Mt Washington from PPM 20+ yrs ago when I was in college and they were always responsive and easy to work with. They gave me back my deposit with no made up charges like some large landlords do because they can. When I was getting divorced and needed a place I went to them again and they dont disappoint. Easy online rent pay and maintenance requests that are answered quickly. If there an issue they are on it. I recommend them to everyone!

PPM was easy to deal with from initial inquiry to move-out and we only left due to an out-of-state job transfer. We primarily dealt with Dave, Katie, and Mike and they are all lovely people---professional and responsive. Maintenance issues, which inevitably pop up in older buildings, were addressed quickly and they always texted before they came over. They are definitely one of the better rental agencies in the Pittsburgh area. They have a family company vibe (we loved the little basket of useful welcome gifts) but are very professional and have the resources of a larger operation.

Totally incompetent. Maybe this is a low end rental agency? Certainly would never use them to list a property. Absolutely clueless with respect to pricing a listing!

I rented an apartment through PPM Realty, now NextHome PPM Realty, for approximately 7 years and lived in 2 different apartments in that time. They were fair on prices, always friendly, and quick to respond to any issues. If I did not utilize their awesome home-buying policy, I would definitely have stayed longer than I did. Id definitely recommend their company to anyone!

Poorly kept overpriced apartments with appliances that hardly work. Staff are nice but generally unhelpful.Edit: just because something was completed doesnt mean they fixed it

Great company, the place was clean, we never had problems, quiet neighborhood lots of options due to them owning multiple properties. Would still be there if it wasn’t for relocation to CA.

My rental experience with PPM was great.I used PPM Realty as my agent in my new home search as well. Reed did an awesome job with my home search. I knew he was being honest with me on every recommendation he made. In the end he really was like a trusted family member. I would recommend PPM to anyone looking to rent or buy. They are a great example of what makes Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh. Great people, willing to help and guide you every step of the way.

I rented with PPM for 3 years and had a fantastic experience! Katie and the rest of the staff there always answered any questions/maintenance requests we had very quickly. The apartment I rented was very reasonably priced and it was very easy to pay rent each month online. If I had not purchased a home, I would have continued to rent my apartment through PPM.

What a great experience! Our Agent Matt Durbin was fantastic. We have been looking at homes off an on for a few years now and never have we had an agent work as hard as Matt has. He was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of buying a home. He even pitched in and helped with repairs needed to satisfy our mortgage co appraisal. We had many questions and many people bothering Matt who juggled everything/everyone perfectly. We could not have been happier, and we cant thank Matt enough for everything.
