I’ve lived in Arsenal 201 for a year and a half and have loved it! The apartment complex is clean, stylish, and easy to call home. I love coming home from work and working out at the gym, or relaxing by the pool in the summer. Also because it’s so close to everything on Butler, theres always cool food or fun a short walk away. One of my favorite things to do is bike to the trail along the river and take that downtown. I highly recommend checking this out if you want a nice, safe place to live!

From when I entered the Leasing Office until I submitted my application before leaving through the same door, Arsenal 201, by and through two of their employees, Ben and Chris, who are smart, wholesome, and down-to-earth guys who made what would otherwise be a stressful last-minute decision almost effortless.I came in with the thought that I knew what I wanted - in terms of an apartment, that is. As Ben made me aware, however, I was wanting, well, whatever it was that I wanted under the assumption that a step up in terms of interior square footage and spatial division would be cost-prohibitive for a person of my income and earning capacity. That assumption, I soon learned, was wrong. The one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment that I would have ignored, even avoided, was only approximately $250.00 more than what Id be obligated to pay for a studio within the same facility or complex. As soon as that exchange of information occurred, Ben lead me up and through two of the buildings, during which he pointed out all of the amenities and features offered by Arsenal 201 - the business conference room, the gym (wellness center), the courtyards, and the outdoor swimming pool, among others. Our conversation was seamless which, given the fact that I functioning on less than three hours of sleep, is a testament to Bens interpersonal skills. He sold me by just being real and helping me get from point A to point B. Its a fast world and these are fast-acting guys but with neighborly candor, the kinds of guys that you want overseeing and managing the environment in which you live.I didnt have a chance to meet any other members of the team at Arsenal but, from what I observed, the operation here is just as smooth as was my transition from prospective tenant to applicant. In addition to an engaged, helpful staff of professionals, Arsenal 201 is also a clean, colorful, and exotically-modern structure thats tucked within one of the bigger corners in Lawrenceville - next to a Rite Aid, across from a school, but a world of its own. That having been said, I highly recommend looking here - Arsenal 201 if youre in the market for a reasonably-priced, well-positioned floor plan in the citys most dynamic neighborhoods.

I moved into Arsenal 201 about a month ago and have absolutely loved my experience so far! Ben was incredibly helpful during the apartment search process. He gave an outstanding tour that really stood out among others. It was his attentive and informative follow-up that made my decision an easy one. I cant imagine a better location (the rite aid next door is a huge bonus) or better amenities. I love using the gym, relaxing by the pool, or reading in the hammocks outside. This past week I managed to lock myself out of my room before work and Chris was there in less than five minutes to let me in (wasnt a minute late thanks to him!). The rooms are gorgeous and everything is so well maintained. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Arsenal 201. Special shout out to Mary in the leasing office. We were relocating from CA and weren’t able to view the units ourselves and she was extremely helpful nonetheless - she provided virtual tours and handled the move-in process entirely online and via email. We’ve been at Arsenal a couple months now and we love it. Anytime we have had an issue or question, we still reach out to Mary and she’s always super responsive and on top of it. Thanks you Arsenal 201 and thanks Mary!

Chris Putz, the resident services manager, was so helpful for answering questions and resolving any issues I had at Arsenal 201. Recently I had an issue with specific terms of my lease which I told Chris about. He was very understanding of the situation and assisted with resolving the issue in a timely manner. I thank him very much! He is also very positive and willing to do what he can to help residents at Arsenal 201!

When I first moved in to Arsenal 201 2 years ago I had a pretty good experience, amenities were kept clean, customer service was alright. However, over the last year the complex has continued to go downhill. The outdoor courtyard space became a dog park (residents let their dogs run around off leash and so obviously the dogs also relieved themselves all over the grass). The management did finally ask owners to keep dogs on leashes, however that was after many months of it happening. When I moved apartments (at the end of my lease) they tried to charge me $400 just to switch... even though I completed my lease and started a new one. I was able to get out of it only because they had made a mistake with my lease. Currently, they are trying to enforce rules around COVID restrictions which I appreciate, however it feels they are doing it all wrong. Our gym has been closed for months with really no reason why except they dont have enough staff or cleaning supplies. Our pool is not monitored and they threaten to shut it down instead of just coming out and asking to see wrist bands. They seem to prefer writing emails after the fact instead of walking out and talking to people. Furthermore, the leasing office turnover is extremely high. I think Ive had 5 different sets of management in the apartment since I moved in. There are multiple other complaints I could write, but its exhausting.

As a two-year resident, I can confidently say that Arsenal 201 is a great place to live. The apartments, as well as the complex itself, is clean, modern, and impressive. The Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh is, in my opinion, the best location for young professionals who are either familiar with or new to Pittsburgh. Finally, the staff, especially Ben, Mary, and Chris, are extremely helpful in all facets of life at Arsenal and are very personable people.

Arsenal 201 is the definition of Luxury at an affordable price. I have lived in Pittsburgh for two years now. I just moved into Arsenal 201 around a month ago and havent for a second regretted my decision. Its exactly what I been looking for and more. It works for me, starting with the location which is super appealing and not to mention up and coming. The amenities are by far the nicest I seen around the area. The building is always kept clean, and residents seem very respectful. When it comes to the staff, they couldnt be more accommodating and attentive. I have had the pleasure of speaking to Jessica and Garrett almost every week. You can always expect them to have smile on their faces whenever you walk in.Lastly, the maintenance staff lead by Jose is also exceptional. From mounting your TV on the wall, to fixing anything in your apartment, they can honestly do it all with their great teamwork!I 100% recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to be proud of where they live.Thank you Arsenal 201!

Moved in a short while ago. Management has been incredible. They answered any questions we had very quickly and are always willing to help. Everyone on staff from the manager to maintenance is friendly and the neighbors are friendly as well. Beautiful community and apartments, very glad to be living here. The process of applying was quick and efficient, did not even remotely have the experience of the other reviewer. Love that its close to everything, theres even a dog park in walking distance. Any maintenance requests that we put in were handled within a day or two even though they were low priority cosmetic things. The amenities are fantastic and well kept. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Everything is high quality and every detail has thought put into it. Construction is finished and it looks beautiful.

Updated review: I have finally moved out after two years. Arsenal 201 will always be near and dear to my heart. The staff especially Mary is very friendly and helpful. Shes trying to get to know everyone in the building and throws the best events and manages everyones nagging requests 😅 Its hard to accommodate so many residents yet she gets the job done with the utmost grace! I will miss you all! 😘Original review: Ive lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for another one, which is a no brainer :) The apartment is so cozy! I dont drive but the bus lines take you everywhere from across the street. A convenient store nearby for your quick milk or egg or toilet paper run :) Lawrenceville is packed with great bars and restaurants and new ones that are popping up every week!! The amenities in the apartment complex are great as you can read from the other reviews! The maintenance team will come fix anything you need in less than 15 minutes! Very responsive! I love it here! :)

My wife and I moved in several months ago and like everyone else, weve had a great experience thus far. Recently I needed official proof of residency to transfer my NJ state license to PA after having wasted 4hours at the DMV because me printing it out on my own was apparently fraudulent (go figure). Garrett was super helpful printing out an official lease along with a signed letter for additional proof within 24 hours. professional and responsive staff, great amenities and great neighbors!

I was recently transferred for work and had a week to find a place to live in Pittsburgh. I visited 25 complexes in several different neighborhoods. I finally narrowed it to 2 new luxury apartment buildings. One of the two was in Shadyside and the other was Arsenal 201. I ended up choosing the latter because of my AMAZING experience with the leasing agent, Christina. Out of all of my experiences she was the most helpful and pleasant to deal with. She even went above and beyond while I was moving in and while I was trying to get settled.

I work in the Lawrenceville area and this community is extremely convenient to work as well as a lot of restaurants in the area. The staff is always very responsive to any of my concerns or questions. I really enjoy the amenities both within each apartment (washer/dryer, garbage disposal, valet trash) and within the community (pool, gym equipment, package acceptance, parking availability). They have resident community events on a monthly basis that always seem to creatively planned and well stocked! Having the opportunity to live in such a new and well equipped community as a young professional (thats also pet friendly for my 2 new kittens!) has made my move to Pittsburgh more fabulous than expected. I have been living at Arsenal 201 for the past year and have just recently switched from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and all of my questions during the process were able to be answered by staff in a reasonable amount of time.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a few times. I have some friends that live there. They had a great 4th of July pool party and Halloween party as well. I recently moved into Arsenal 201; renting one of the three bedroom apartments. I choose Arsenal 201 as the place to rent based on the online description/location and online reviews. I have not been disappointed. My experience to date has been excellent. In no particular order here are my comments: Lawrenceville is a great location and the apartment is well situated in Lawrenceville; the apartment complex has some great amenities —> common areas for community hanging out; exercise facility a huge plus — spacious, clean, lots of light; shared outside grills for cookout. I really like the layout of my apartment —> lots of closet space, gets lots of sunlight; everything is in good working order; management —> super cordial, very responsive; everything is very clean; maintenance needs appear to be promptly handled; very pet friendly. Lastly, there really seems to be a sense of community within Arsenal 201. Everyone I’ve met has been cordial. That’s been a huge plus.

Brand new contemporary apartments with terrible management. It has a very nice contemporary setting and the apartment inside also looks very charming. The first apartment I looked up in Pittsburgh and eventually applied. And story ends. No updates from them after the application.Timeline:I was given a tour of the apartment by Cyndy on May 26th,2018. She was very nice but she told me that they offer free monthly parking to sub-compact car.(which I called them last week and one of the staff member told me that they never have this kind of policy and they ran out of the $75 surface parking, only $$$ indoor parking spots left ) Due to some miscommunication, I didnt submit my application until June 4th, 2018. After that, they didnt contact me at all. I have no update from them whether my application was approved or not.I sent out a few emails to several staff members. No one responded. Not responsive at all!I called them on June 29th and One of the staff Christina told me that my application was approved and she would type out the welcome letter for me and Email me the lease later today.Update on July 3rd: no one contacted me about the lease.Pro: brand new apartment, nice lobby and amenitiescon: terrible management, ongoing construction
