I moved to Pittsburgh from New Jersey and Allegheny City Realty made the move easy for me. I dealt with Jessica mostly and she’s just the nicest person and was so patient with me while I was deciding. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and I wish I could have taken it with me when I moved again. I was a tenant of Allegheny City Realty for the last few (11!) years and it was an extremely pleasant housing experience. The unit in which I resided was in a well-maintained building in the Mexican War Streets and when any issues arose (which were only a handful during my time with them) attention was paid in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely recommend looking into ACR for your rental needs.

Highly, highly recommend - I couldnt have been more happy with my experience renting from ACR. I lived in two separate properties with them and they were always attentive to any requests I made. They do a great job communicating with tenants and are aware of what is happening in the neighborhood and provided us with promotions with nearby restaurants and businesses. Properties are very well kept and also affordable. They were flexible with move-in and move-out dates as well. In moving from one unit to the other they were wonderful and patient in working with me to find a unit that fit my needs. I feel they went above and beyond for me. Working with ACR was a pleasure!

Megan and Jess at Allegheny City Realty have been amazing and so understanding throughout the year I leased with them. I always felt like I was communicating with warm people just like me, not a faceless company. any little things I needed done around the apartment were taken care of very quickly and efficiently, and the repair guys have been very nice to chat with too! I ended up moving back to harrisburg to be closer to my family this year but if not- I would have loved to stay :) Thanks Megan and Jess for making the last year very stress-free as far as far as the apartment rental! hehehehe I appreciate it! :)

Rented a home in shadyside from ACR for 2 years. Minor maintenance issue arose infrequently and were fixed promptly . Staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional.
