I just ended my lease to move to Boston, but if I could’ve stayed in the Pittsburgh area I would have gone out of my way to stay one of Marc’s tenants. He was incredibly responsive, reasonable, and accommodating with every request. The rent was worth every penny. Marc was the first landlord I had where I felt like I was dealing with an actual kind person and not someone just trying to wring me out through lease terms. Zero complaints, only praise.

Brands Capital was responsive to any issues I experienced. The property was fairly priced for the condition and rent was not over inflated for the 7 years I was a tenant.The online pay feature was convenient and they are accommodating to multiple pets, which can be hard to find when renting.They also offer generous discounts for consistently paying on time.

My husband and I rented a one bedroom apartment from Brands Capital for about a year. We moved recently because we bought our own home and Marc has been great about working with us to get a subletter for the remainder of our lease. Hes very professional and is quick to reply about any concerns weve had about the apartment.The apartment we rented was small but very nice and pretty recently updated. Our apartment was the only place in our price range that had a separate entrance, let us have our own washer and dryer AND didnt have pet fees. I definitely feel like we got a great deal for having such a nice place to live.Weve already recommended Brands Capital to a few friends and coworkers.
