I moved in with Re360 on 8/5 and the company down to my landlord made me feel very welcomed. Anytime I contact them they call or text back immediately. Everyone on the team is very polite and knowledgeable. I love it here.

I have never in my life have rented from a company this terrible. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Sara and Megan are completely unprofessional and keep adding things to your rent to pay like extra late fees on top of a late fee, 2 water bills at 1 time, their maintenance crew is the worst. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don’t. Maintenance is claiming they’re always short staff and when they do show up it’s hours past your scheduled appointment time. They don’t call you or anything. The staff in the office and maintenance are completely unprofessional. I have been with them for almost 2 years and I can’t believe a company like this even exists. My sons bedroom ceiling caved in and maintenance didn’t show for a week. If you want to keep your sanity DO NOT rent from them. Look for something else immediately.

Literally the worst rental company I’m assuming to ever exist. However I can’t confirm that since I’ve only had like 4 other landlords but the worst for sure. We moved in August and within a month we received a letter asking us to renew our lease, no one knows what they’re doing 11 months in advance. So instead of giving us a few months to decide they started showing our apartment with 9 months left on the lease. I’m not sure if these were actual prospective tenants because most places won’t show a place until about 3 months before, I’m assuming it was one of their many bullying tactics. After a week of “viewings” we just caved and signed for another year. The reason we got this place was because we were running out of time with our current lease and we just completed a 9 month lease with them and they didn’t seem any worse than any other landlords. The apartment was on a slant so the refrigerator door would just pop open. After I moved out I realized UPS had it as a business address so I couldn’t get mail forwarded to me. Anyway, the problematic stuff began our second year in. Once again we were bombarded with their attempts to get us to renew. We knew this wasn’t going to happen so they began showing again. Multiple showings a week, I felt uncomfortable being there so i would be gone when they left. However, I started staying and realized no one actually showed up so straight up lying to get you to renew. I guess our utilities were shared with our downstairs neighbor, the first issue was when they determined our drains were clogged and since they didn’t know who did it they just charged us both. The next issue was one day i was home alone and the carbon monoxide detector was going off, I thought it was just a low battery warning so i just ignored it. After a while though i began feeling very light headed and disoriented. I evacuated the apartment immediately and called 911. 911 stated they didn’t properly secure the hot water unit so carbon monoxide began to leak in. This should’ve been a serious matter, due to the fact I literally could’ve died. The firefighters turned the water heater off so we could re enter the house. Instead of prioritizing this, they didn’t send someone out till the next day. Before I say anything about the maintenance issues, let me be clear the maintenance men were always great the issues belong to the other staff of wretched creatures. Another issue was the outdated radiator heat system. We had no control over it. There was one in my room and even on the coldest day my room was unbearably warm while my roommates was freezing cold. The next issue was in the winter, it was the coldest week with highs in the single digits. The outdated radiator system broke. We put in a maintenance request and nothing. We didn’t have heat for the coldest week of the winter. We borrowed space heaters which even turned on full blast didn’t go above 52 degrees. What kind of sick individuals force humans to sleep in those conditions. We withheld rent like any normal person would under those conditions which they later tried to evict us for. Another thing they force you to clean carpets and basically scrub your entire place to get your security deposit back. They also make your do the carpet cleaning from a person they “recommend” who turned out to be creepy and made my female roommate feel uncomfortable. There’s no point in doing this because they will take as much as your security deposit as possible. When we finally moved out we still owed money from the months we withheld rent because of the maintenance issues. I was literally harassed by them. They found my facebook and blew me up asking when i was going to pay it. Completely unprofessional. It sickens me every time I see an article about how up and coming Allentown is and these money hungry frat boys are mentioned. They are literally just using gentrification and exploiting small businesses and tenants who have no other options. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

Ive been with RE360 for 2 years now and they do have a great staff. First looking at possible leases did provide some stress and complications due to an employee we were working with leaving and I wasnt notified. Other than that, they have been extremely accommodating. Mia in particular has always been responsive and kind with my questions, requests, and home inspections. Maintenance is quick and efficient most of the time.

I’m currently a tenant in one of their properties and I could not have asked for a better “1st apartment experience”. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and a steal for the amount of space I got especially with rent steadily going up in the city. Whenever I have a maintenance request their team is responsive and here within a day or two.Amazing experience :)

R.E. 360 is one of the best companies to rent from. When I flew down to Pittsburgh a few months ago to apply for a rental property I drove right up to their office and was too sick to get out and fill out the application. A long story short I flew back home the very next day without applying, but even tho it was the weekend Sarah called me on a Sunday most likely it was her day off and offered to send me a link to the application and help me go through the application to fill it out. Each and every single time I texted or called Sarah she returned my call. If Sarah couldnt get back to me right away because of being busy at the moment or if she was out showing other property then Emily would call back for Sarah, the both of them never missed a beat. The two of them were a team (Team Work Makes The Dream Work). I have been accommodated for any and every situation that I asked or inquired about. I couldnt have worked with or transitioned my place of residence without the help of Sarah and the rest of this great staff, they were very professional. If I ever purchase property for myself in the future I would definately use this company R.E. 360. Thank you so very much.

Re360 has been a very good property manager. All of our maintenance issues are always responded to in a timely manner. More importantly they have been very flexible when payments had to made late. During the pandemic me and both of my roommates found ourselves unemployed for a long time, and re 360 was very patient and very flexible while we waited to find work or mean of income to pay them back. They even waived the late fees during this time to make things easier.

RE 360 is absolutely ATROCIOUS at what they do. The fact that they are still in business is astounding. When we first moved in they gave us the wrong key (should have know them). Ever since, there have been a myriad of flooding issues downstairs (which is a bedroom), which we dealt with and never complained about and were even charged by the company for them. The last straw is the current flooding issue, where my entire bedroom is soaked and they are refusing to come until the next day. Absolutely god awful treatment of tenants. Wish I could have given them zero stars.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Highly recommend NOT renting with this company. They are scammers, will do anything to take extra money from you, and make the renting experience so unpleasant. If you have any problems with your property that a normal rental company would handle, Re 360 will charge you for EVERYTHING. Most of the positive reviews are probably lies - they extort you and say either post a positive review or we’re charging you. Everyone I know who has rented through this company could not wait to get out.

I lived my whole life in FL and was hesitant in signing for a place in a brand new city but RE360 worked with me to find the perfect place. Not only have they been extremely accommodating and kind while I moved during a pandemic but they are always so responsive and polite whenever I have a maintenance problem. I just resigned and couldn’t be happier!

They always come the day of or the next day to help us with any maintenance requests and all of their employees are so friendly and understanding. This is a great place to rent very affordable and it’s close to everything you need like grocery stores , hardware store, and rite aid and many more and it’s right on the bus line to get to downtown or the city. The maintenance is always on time and the neighbors are very friendly. I love it here Re360co was the best choice I made to rent with.

Very solid company to rent through. The office staff has been super helpful and very professional, and they always do whatever they have to in order to answer our questions and help us out. The maintenance team has all been extremely friendly, and they’re great at getting out to help us in a timely manner. Overall very pleased.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We spent nearly 3 years with them and from the jump the customer service was horrible. We had raccoons for over 6 months and every time we’d put a maintenance request in for them, they would send their maintenance crew... never ONCE did the call the PROFESSIONAL pest control/exterminators. We were told the building we were living in was not up to city code so they weren’t allowed to call the professionals. We were forced to live with the sounds of scratching and squealing in our ceiling for MONTHS. Our request were cancelled and ignored. The insulation in our apartment was horrendous so our small 2 bed apartment would have astronomical gas and electric bills. One end of the apartment would be roasting while the other end would need a space heater. Also requested they check this out... once again, ignored. We have a shared basement for laundry and when I tell you it was a dungeon... I would be scared to go down there most nights to do my laundry. It was so unkept, disgusting and downright sad. Our shower has a sliding door and since the bathroom is on a slant (yes, it’s uneven and God forbid theyd level it prior to us moving in) the door never stays open for us to get in and out so what did they do?? THEY GLUED THE DOOR SHUT!!! They charge you for everything and what do they do with the money?!?? Who knows because it’s surely not going towards the properties!!!! My roommate and I did so much to make sure the apartment was tidy, well-maintained and clean, but we expected they would come and do a professional cleaning prior to their next tenant. We were mistaken when we got the email that we were solely responsible for basically flipping the entire (cheaply designed) apartment and that if we didn’t make the apartment up to THEIR standards, it would come out of our security deposit.This company is the definition of city slum lords. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

I love the house I live in. They’re very quick when you have maintenance issues and they always try to do what’s best for the tenant. The only thing that bothered me was when we moved in the house was disgustingly dirty. They ended up crediting us for what we cleaned and having to get someone to clean our carpets. It was just unacceptable. I’m honestly still bothered by it but it’s fine. They’ve also told us that we have charges on the app but we don’t.. the app is confusing and I don’t think it updates correctly. There could definitely be a few things they could change as I just mentioned but other than that I don’t have a problem with RE360 and I love living in my house. Although they did say they were going to fix the vents in my bedroom but apparently never did. I have mixed feelings I guess. I don’t hate the group but I also don’t love the group.

Slum-lords to the highest degree!! I rented from them for two years (big mistake) and it was a nightmare. The house was in disrepair from the day we moved in until the day we moved out. We could not use the kitchen for the first two months we lived there because it was so wrecked they had to be there to repair it daily, we couldn’t even go in— most of those two months there was no floor. Two trees fell through the roof during that time and the roof was never appropriately repaired nor was the back hill maintained to keep it from happening again. Not to mention the stairs to get in were hazardous and not structurally sound. Professional movers would not even use them because they were too dangerous! No matter how many times we asked they were never appropriately fixed. We are lucky there were no major injuries! We often had to submit requests before anyone would show up and jobs were often left undone or half done... I would not rent from them again.

Also there is an online portal that makes paying rent and maintenance requests easy to complete.Our home has had a few things go wrong but their maintenance team has been very quick to come and resolve the issues every time.Overall has been a good experience so far renting from this company.

I dodged a serious bullet with not getting approved to rent through this company. Out of the 3-4 properties I viewed, all of them looked neglected,especially one that was vacant. With my poor credit I was willing to still rent considering my options were limited. I was told to get a cosigner only to be told that the reason I wasnt approved defeated the point of getting a cosigner. My optinion this company seriously lacks in proffessionalism. I find it comical that I was turned down for poor credit but the tenants of the properties i viewed seriously lacked housekeeping skills. After asking around about this company many previous tenants confirmed this companys neglegant ways.

Absolutely no care for their properties or tenants, are never available for questions, and will find every excuse to take your money. Moved into one of their properties and it was absolutely filthy, with actual body hair clippings coating the bathroom. Avoid renting through them at all costs.

I was fortunate enough to have had RE 360 buy my property I was renting earlier this year. Not only did they take over the situation gracefully, they were extremely considerate of myself and my family. It was a blessing in disguise because until they started the management, repairs were going unattended.They take care of your request for repairs in an expeditious manner! The repair guys are courteous and through.I could go on and on but they also helped me during the pandemic and did not force me out of my home . For that I will be eternally grateful and now they have placed me in an upgraded unit that is beyond believable so I hope that you take all that I said into consideration and rent from these people because they are amazing! After the first year theyre good at not bothering you, but thats about the end of the good things I have to say about them.Theyll make promises but refuse anything in writing and then when the time comes theyll back peddle saying whoever told you that was lying or they didnt have the authority to promise you thatGetting double charged on the waterbill just for them to promise a credit for the coming month of I give them a call, then when I call they ignore me or refuse to call me back, and when I get ahold of someone they tell me to call the water company because they cant do anything.Or saying that when we move out that we can leave the trash on the road without being charged removal fee since the city pick up is the next day, only to charge us for the removal before the city pickup had a chance to come.If you decide to live under their management, get EVERYTHING in writing and then take screenshots of that writing

Their communication was great to start however when going to see the unit, they simply did not show. I am moving from out of town and a friend was going to see the unit for me. After confirming with my friend the agent did not show up at the scheduled time and did not communicate with them and did not pick up the phone. My friend finally got a text message from the agent 30 mins after the scheduled time saying she had arrivedAdditionally, the unit entrance and unit was questionable in quality compared to the photos the company posted online. The number I was being texted from was also different from the number my friend was texting with. After seeing other negative reviews about the company I am no longer pursing working with this rental company.

Currently a tenant in one of their properties. This morning my fiancé lost her engagement ring down an AC vent in the house. RE360 had someone out that same morning who was extremely understanding and helpful. He quickly got to work finding the best way to get the ring out. His persistence in trying different ways to get the ring out ultimately led to us getting the ring back. We are so incredibly thankful that the team at RE360, who worked so fast and effectively in taking care of us during what easily could’ve been a nightmare experience for my fiancé and I.

Maintenance is completed within a week of submission of a maintenance request, all issues have been addressed per RE360s own policy which all clients are furnished with. Honestly don’t rent with them, my roommate and I signed a lease and were moved into one of their properties in mount Oliver that happened to be slanted, completely understandable being on the slopes and things shift but our safety was clearly not a concern for them that being said the house was NOT livable and they didn’t say a word until parents were involved. Don’t even expect to see your security deposit back because they take it regardless of completing all the tasks they ask of you. Look somewhere else before renting.

There are PLENTY of other companies to rent though in Pittsburgh, do not go through RE360. I had the worst experience renting with this company. I wish I could turn back time. The nightmares I went through with them I would not wish on anyone. Bugs, trees falling multiple times, the house was literally falling apart... one issue after another because they never kept up with property maintenance over the years. RE360 does not care about its tenants, they only care about roping you into a contract to get your money.

I have been renting through Re360 for just over a year now. In that time, the company has proven its reliability by promptly responding to any maintenance request we have had. In addition, the online portal makes paying rent, creating maintenance requests, and more easily accessible in one customer friendly user face.Most recently, when a main power line fell onto my house’s power line and caused a small fire late into the evening, Re360 called me and sent a maintenance technician to our house before I even had the chance to reach out to them. The team communicated thoroughly throughout the process as they fought with Duquesne Light for a week to get our power back on. Upon our return home, they even sent an edible arrangements basket and a 6-pack of beer for our troubles (though, of course, it was out of their control).In short, I highly recommend Re360 for your property rental needs. They’ve always been professional and reliable under normal circumstances, but went above and beyond for my roommate and I during this freak accident.Thanks again, team 360

I’ve been with RE360 for a little over three years now. Since then, almost all of my maintenance requests have been dealt with within the same week of submitting them. This past year they sent out a tenant satisfaction survey which was a good way for them to receive feedback and for us to suggest any improvements we think our apartments/houses may need. I’m hoping they will continue with these surveys for the years to come.

The company was easy to work with and listened to our needs. We saw a few places that we did not like and the company worked with us until we found our current house. We had a few issues with utilities but it was eventually solved in a respectable manner. Their maintenance request system is phenomenal! This is a rental company who threatens to charge you for completing simple maintenance requests if you do not leave them a positive review - you cannot trust a single positive review they have - any positive review made cannot be trusted because they were, too, most likely threatened - i have a attached a text from RE360 as proof - i have never had a worse rental experience in my life - i have also talked to THREE fellow tenants who were in tears stating that RE360 threatened eviction on them due to loosing their jobs from COVID19 - these people are disgusting

TL;DR: Maintenance normally is good, but can be spotty. Take care of the place, treat it like a home and put the effort in to keep it nice and itll be okay. Follow the rules but dont be afriad to call and professionally voice complaints or issues.Rented for two years in southside slopes, from May 2018 through May 2020. After reading all the negative reviews back in 2018, I was pretty concerned but the location worked perfectly for me so I figured I could take a chance.My biggest piece of advice: document everything, especially on move in and as well for move out, be honest with what you tried to fix or issues that you know you left. Dont be afriad to call RE360 and let them know whats going on as far as an issue with a maintenance request, or otherwise.There are for sure a lot of bad reviews on here, and Ive been waiting two years to give my experience and honestly, over two years there were minimal issues, the people I interacted with from the company were pleasant and life goes on. Again, be friendly, take care of the place and dont give them any reasons to find an issue with you. I got my full security deposit back and aside from a maintenance request that was handled really poorly, (and from what I heard when I called to voice my disappointment, that guy had been fired), my experience was that things were pretty much fine. Do your side of things and theyll do theirs.

My partner and I had a really great experience with Jerico at RE 360 as we searched for a rental. He brought amazing energy, tips and listings for us to explore. Always great follow up after viewings and each time we went out, we could tell he was customizing the listings to our feedback. We ended up deciding to take a different direction and buy a house but we would go back to him in a heart beat if we decided to go back to renting. HIGHLY recommend.

Quite possibly the worst realty management company on the planet. I would honestly not be surprised if they had friends/family create fake reviews to prop up their overall numbers.Some of the past things they have done: fraud (creating fake documentation to exploit tenants in court, rented out properties while still under contract, forced signing of leases under pressure and lying about the cost of rent)All of the above things listed have happened, if you have a choice, don’t get locked into a contract with a company that has no ethics.

I have been renting with RE360 in Pittsburgh in the Southside area for 3 years now. They have improved alot over the 3 years and i mean immensely. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. They will even search for experts in other fields (dishwasher repair) if your apartment requires it. Ed has been extremely helpful in organizing the different requests that have came in over the years. Garret also was incredibly helpful staying late to make sure everything was in the best possible condition. I would recommend RE360 to anyone looking to move into the Pittsburgh area or even just to upgrade from their current landlord to a team with more experience and capital to keep your apartment in its best shape. They also own alot of apartments so you have alot of options to choose from.

The guy named Jordan was super insisting on us getting our lease longer. When we said we won’t, he started to bring people over our place showing our house 4 months beforehand 😡. He never asked if this would be convenient for us, just brought bunch of people pretty much every week for 4 freaking months. Once, he did one of the endless showings, he locked me sitting on the porch without a key. I had to call to the company, he got back, and didn’t even apologize. So, if you like being bothered every freaking weekend for the freaking 4 months before your lease will end, go ahead and get a place with them!!!

I really enjoyed renting from RE 360. My roommates and I had a number of issues with the house when first moving in so that we filled out a maintenance form to make the space safer. I love the online portal where I can pay my rent with a debit card and place maintenance requests without needing to get on the phone! When I first moved in there were giant black and brown roaches. I put in a maintenance request and called and nothing was done. I’ve had rodents and all had to cover my place with traps and poison and spray raid all through out the kitchen. Before signing I was promised window units for the summer. Once moved in i called and they denied that. By my second month another resident and i have had our tires slashed. Though they have signs on the property that it’s under surveillance they stated there are no cameras and that they have nothing to do with anything. They didn’t even say “I’m sorry that that happened to you” no empathy whatsoever anytime i call. My birthday cards were opened in my mail box . Mail boxes are tiny as hell no locks on them or anything and most of the numbers are gone on them so wrong mail is often in my box. My tub looks as if it was painted with regular household paint. While cleaning the pain started to chip revealing a very yellow dirty tub underneath. Called and they acted clueless and once again a tone of annoyance and not caring. As another review stated they only care about the money. Our “parking lot” is rubbish. Full of trash rocks and mud. No parking space lines. The entrance point is a rugged curb very hard on the tires. Don’t really feel as though they care about the tenant just the money. Still have 9 months to go. Not looking forward to it

I once saw bigfoot when I was on a camping trip. A rare sight, to be sure, but still monumentally more common than the legendary sight of RE360 actually giving somebody their deposit back. They rent out disgusting places with glaring issues that they knowingly hide from their tenants. They are astoundingly unprofessional and unresponsive. If youre looking to rent in Pittsburgh, please, for your own sake, do not deal with this company.

I looked at many places through this company with Beau. He was very friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and if there was something he didnt know, he would be honest and get back to me. I was very happy with most of the apartments he choose to pick for us to view. I never ended up moving into one of these houses/apartments, but that was due to difficulties finding roommates, but the experience of apartment searching with this company was good because everything I wanted to have addressed, was done so.

Look, they’re not the best but they’re not the worst. I’ve been with them for almost a year so I can’t speak to the security deposit issue people seem to be having. I can, however, confirm that they ask if you want to renew your lease for the next year after you’ve been living there for only a few months (for an increased rent price). When we first moved in, our place had been vacant for a while and had a pretty nasty house fly infestation in the basement. A maintenance guy came to look at it but didn’t really do much to spray/fix the issue. The flies died off quickly on their own though so we just avoided the basement for a week or so.I live in a duplex and my half of the house has a basement that floods like no other when it rains. Just puddles of water on the floor. It’s probably a foundation issue and not their fault, but I did submit several maintenance requests asking if someone could look into this and nothing they did seemed to help. I run a dehumidifier down there 24/7 for fear of mold, which I voiced as a concern in a maintenance request for said issue.You have to pay a security deposit equal to 1 months rent, plus your first month’s rent upfront, plus a pet deposit that is equal to ANOTHER month’s rent. Again, I can’t say whether or not I will see that money again.Other than those things, they’re fine. No worse than Lobos. I even looked at a few different apartments with Jordan for my upcoming lease term
