The two ladies Miss Erica and Miss Joyce definitely very helpful definitely very knowledgeable and all-around good customer service. Look forward to doing business there again

Very great selection with affordable prices. However the staff at the time and day I went acted as if she didnt want to really help me. It made me feel (and I did) take my money and my business elsewhere. As a consumer if I a million dollars or if I have a thousand to spend treat me equal. I will not be going back to this location at all.

I love going in to get my ring cleaned and visiting with Steve! Hes a great manager and always a lot of help. Very kind staff.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. A diamond in my ring fell out and I had no issues getting it fixed with our warranty. AJ was an amazing manger who was there to help with any questions. Also had an awesome sales associate who helped me with the paper work, sadly I didnt catch her name. Overall 5 star customer service and cant wait to pick up my ring.

Just left this location! Debbie was the only helpful one now the OTHER LADY I believe her name was Joyce she is HORRIBLE! In her own words well she has seen them all I can’t help! WOW YOU ARE RIDICULOUS! It never hurts to give your opinion or other options to help a customer BUT NO! You would rather sit and talk well your attitude and how to treat people needs help! Thank you again Debbie I appreciate your help but I will not be back! To the manager teach your employees how to be helpful not rude!

After having a bad experience ordering online with Zales I followed that up with another bad experience at the Oak Park Mall location. Extremely poor customer service online and at Oak Park. However, I decided to give it one more try and went to the Corbin Park location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly and assisted immediately. Debbie S. helped me and I cant say enough great things about her. She alone redeemed the entire Zales company for me. The manager also greeted me even though he was helping another customer. From now on I will only do my business with Zales at the Corbin Park location.

The customer service at this store is above reproach!! Weve been in a few times and are always greeted with a smile and recognition from past visits. The entire staff is extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. The manager, AJ Babin, is phenomenal and so very patient. He saw me as he was walking out the door to leave for the day and came back in to help me. You just dont find customer service like that anymore.

My favorite Zales!!! Im not exaggerating one bit when I tell you AJ went above and beyond when it came to selecting the perfect wedding ring! They have the friendliest staff at this particular location and that is why I will drive 30 minutes out of my way just to be a customer at this location.

My experience here was amazing compared to the Oak Park location. I went into the store at Oak Park looking to upgrade and it did not go so well and they kept stressing it wasn’t a true upgrade when I always thought it’s about what a customer wants and if the customer is paying it should not matter. Well I traveled over to this location and I must say that AJ was really awesome and truly right on time as he took care of exactly what I wanted and did not hesitate to meet my needs and I was able to get my upgrade and had my new bling on my hand within two weeks and yes I am happy😊😊💃 I would like to recommend this location and the great services of AJ to anyone who is interested in purchasing from Zales because this location Rocks💯💯

Went in to this location on Saturday to have my earrings checked. The Manager AJ was amazing. Not only did he clean and check my earrings but also cleaned and checked my ring too. I seriously dislike the location at OPM and one of their employees there, I was ready to sell my diamond earrings so as to not have to deal with them...Thanks to AJ I will keep them and future purchases will be from him @ the Corbin Park location. Couldnt have asked for better service, knowledge and just generally a good guy. Thank you AJ for still believing in Customer Service and wowing this difficult customer!! #AJrocks

Its 6 after 12, and they were supposed to open at 12. We were just told they need 15 more minutes. We will take our business somewhere else.

Associates at this location only helped certain customers and would make others wait (waited here for 25 min) ! Very disrespectful
