The level of attentiveness and effort from Candy, Jeff and Julie within customer service, the handcrafting of our 3 rings, and the personal attention was beyond what we could have imagined! We originally contacted them because of their mokume parter James Binion in Washington state. They crafted a personal relationship with us through the whole process, the CAD modeling was extensive, we were able to use a family stone and went through multiple iterations to create exactly what my now husband and I wanted. We cannot suggest their services enough!

I am very impressed with the interactions I had with Candy, Jeff and Julie. From the moment I walked in the store, Candy was so welcoming and attentive. I had a promise ring my father had given to my mother that I wanted to use as my wedding band. I needed to have the diamond and head replaced and the band polished. Candy took time to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted from the type of head and prongs to the cut and clarity of the diamond. No one else I had consulted walked me through the process and provided different options. Julie even made up a rendering of the ring so I could visualize what it would look like. After Jeff made the alterations to the ring, it looked like a brand new band. The work is high quality, and it is pairs beautifully with my engagement ring. I am so pleased with the end result! I went to Visionary Jewelers for my custom wedding band for my heirloom engagement ring. I had never been through the process of customizing jewelry before so I was a little intimidated by everything. Candy and Julie were so welcoming and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. I ended up at Visionary Jewelers after many failed attempts to find someone to make custom cufflinks for me to give to my brother to ask him to walk me down the aisle. All the other jewelry stores would say they could do, and then couldn’t, or send me an outrageous quote. The second I walked in I knew this place was different. An amazing company! My husband and I went through them to design our wedding and engagement bands while we were dating. My husband was stationed abroad at the time, they worked with us every step of the way, helping us to craft the perfect set of rings that really tied into us as a couple. Visionary Jewelers...how do I begin? Candy and Jeffrey are truly amazing! Several years ago when I decided to design my husband’s wedding band, they listened and gave their opinions. It turned out PERFECT! When my dad was devastated after his Indian silver, jade inlaid ring (which he had worn for 60 years) slipped off his finger and was lost, they went to enormous lengths to recreate it. Although they only had a blown-up photo to refer to, not to mention the worldwide search they performed for someone who could actually inlay the silver inside the stone, it was impeccable! The look on my father’s face when he was reunited with his beloved ring was priceless. We will never be able to repay them for that gift. Those were the first two times we patronized Visionary Jewelers, but were absolutely not the last. They have lovingly repaired and updated many pieces of my mother’s antique jewelry which I inherited. Never had I trusted a jeweler enough before with this task. I cant say enough great things about Visionary Jewelers! Everyone there is fantastic and friendly and knowledgeable. After speaking with them I never even considered another jeweler. I went in because I needed a custom wedding band to fit my engagement ring, which held a lot of sentimental value for me. I began the design process with strict constraints due to a very short engagement (only two months) and a very picky design in mind. During the process, I tweaked the details of the ring multiple times and even given the strict deadline, the designer was completely (and happily) willing to modify all of the tiny nuances as many times as I felt necessary. All the while, the staff was able to keep the budget a secret from me while lightly guiding the design to fit into the budget that my fiance set. I now own a completely unique ring that is exactly what I wanted. I truly couldnt be happier with the result. Honestly, designing a ring from scratch in the allotted time was vastly more pleasant than finding a wedding dress. I wish I could design jewelry with Visionary Jewelers on a regular basis because this was so much fun!

Outstanding. There is simply no better word to describe my experience at Visionary Jewelers.
