What can I say...Kind, concerned and so giving.Im a professional filmmaker and I went to three places trying to get a super tiny screw placed back into one of my cinema lenses. I pulled up Jewelers on my phone because I sensed they might have tools that could get the job done. When Goodhearts Fine Jewelry came up and three others in the areas I just felt guided to visit them. Im so glad I did.Alan greeted me with a warm welcome and heard my situation and immediately began trying to fix the screw. The end result was that he and brother Bruce found a solution to my situation. This is why small business matter so much because its not just what they do for you, its how they do it. It was a wonderful experience and Im so grateful I have found these two brothers and their business.While I was there they told me that their parents started the business back in Sedalia when they were young boys . Its so beautiful to see too loyal sons honoring their dear parents and making a life for themselves with all the new gifts and talents they also bring to the family business. I bought an estate ring for my wife. She had it resized in California and the jeweler kept one of the sapphires. He said he tightened all of the stones but within a week we lost 3 diamondsAllen to the rescue!! Allen looked at the ring and gave me an estimate. He replaced the diamonds and the sapphire and made the ring look brand new! When I picked it up it was less than the estimated cost.Thank you so much. My wife couldn’t believe it was the same ring!!

Bruce and his brother Alan treated me like I was the most important person in the world this week. I was checking on the possibility of transforming 2 rings of my moms that held special memories for me. These rings were not top dollar except in sentiment.I also had several watches that they put new batteries in for me. Due to my work schedule they waited until I could arrive after 5pm to pick up my watches. Their service was hesrtwarming!

I would rate a zero if this site would let me. Also...I have reviewed this store before and they apparently select which posts can be public, which isnt right. They chose not to keep my review in here. My ex husband bought my engagement ring from Goodhearts years ago for $8,500.00. I went to at least 10 jewelry stores to try to sell my ring later. Most places werent even interested in it. I brought it back to Goodhearts to try to sell it back to them and they wouldnt even make an offer.The highest offer I had when I went to sell it was $700.00 because the diamond had a big flaw. I tell everyone I know never to shop here. If you do shop here, have another jeweler appraise anything before you buy it.

Alan and Bruce are awesome! They are really friendly and provide excellent customer service. I took my wedding ring in to have it replated and repaired and they did an amazing job. I love that they are a family owned small business jewelry store. I highly recommended Goodhearts Jewelry and will definitely go back for all my future jewelry needs.

Wow! I am just blown away. I had a very special gift in mind for my Wife for her birthday. I contacted Alan and he helped me through my thoughts even drawing picturrs to help me through this. Their caring, kindness and professionslism really stood out. I just picked up the gift and never being a softy, I fought back tears while I was there, it was so beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for to match my love for my Wife. Great customer service!

The owners personally are great guys but the business model upset my wife enough to have her write this review. I reccomended that she have her white gold wedding ring dipped at this business. They had to send it off, which I thought was a bit strange but since I knew them i was okay with the idea. When she received the ring back it had a few burns ( chemically altered) she took it back in and they decided to buff the ring ( which i figured would have been a good fit too) they buffed the burned areas and reduced the look by about 50%. My issue is that before she left the store they had her sign a waiver stating that she was satisfied with the work and basically signing away any liabilities. She is not one to start and arguement and she felt very uncomfortable but since these were networking colleagues of mine she felt it was what she needed to do. When she came back to the house later on she was in tears because her ring still had the burns and now she had no way of having the ring fixed and she had also paid 50-60 dollars for them to damage it and the dip actually wore within 2 months. Now the dipping issue was the company that they sent it too but instead of having hersign a damn waiver they should have been upset themselves and had the service they work with fix it. I had not seen them face to face since this time and am no longer in the group that we were apart of. I was very disappointed that instead of finding a remedy for their customer they were more worried that she was going to sure them for her damaged ring. Not a very good deal at all. I can not say stay away because they have helped other friends that i know with success but the deal we had was just sour.
