Love tires plus great service and bought my new tires there best Ive ever had. Great in rain and snow and all around. I seem to have a lead foot and they really respond. The guys are great and give excellent service. They go out of their way, to make the customer happy. Also can check tire pressure free, if one is out and about and needs it. To make sure tires are at correct pressure.Will definitely be back.

Well , I wish I had something better to say I am really disappointed in the service I received our truck was broke down right in front of Tires Plus and they wouldnt service us right away even though everyone was sitting around. I was in need and they wouldnt even take 5 min of their time to help. Instead I had to drive across town an Quality Tire helped me with my issue.

I wouldnt go to this place again if they had three last tires on earth. I have never been treated so rudely. I asked the service tech to check a flat tire, he growled at me and asked if I had an appointment, then just turned his back in me and walked away.

They dont hold true their Lifetime alignment service. Theyll try to nickel & dime you with additional but required repairs that have nothing to do with a tire alignment. First time Ive ever heard a power steering line needs replaced in order to properly align tires. So of course I talked to my Trusted mechanic who concurred their required additional repairs werent needed in order to get an alignment done.#NotTrustworthy

Went there in the morning because the tires I wasn’t able to place an order online. When I got there they told me it was because that particular tire had been discontinued. (Not sure why it was listed online if it was discontinued, but whatever) they guy working at that time was helpful and helped me find a similar tire around the same budget.Went back later that evening to get 4 brand new tires put on and wasn’t explained anything about what was included with my purchase. I was exhausted from sitting waiting for 2 hours and just wanted to get home. When I called the in the morning to ask I found out that they offer no coverage or warranty just free rotation and balance. Disappointing, if I had know that no warranty would be provided I probably would have gone somewhere else

Am completely happy with the work done here and will recommend to friends and family. I had a fairly major repair done and it was completed quickly.

Got new tires and the tires and service were fine; However my key fab was returned to me broken. The key is stuck open and I cant get it to close. It worked fine before the service.

Store did not have the right wrench for alignment, told me to come back another day....but did offer $15.00 off next visit.

I purchased tires in January. Absolutely horrible service. The employees were absolutely rude. After I got four new tires, the next day the front passenger side tire was flat. I looked at the stems. On the receipt, it said they replaced them. They didn’t. You could tell just by looking at them. So I took my car in to have the stems replaced. The employees were rude. After they fixed the stem for that tire, the next day the front passenger side tire was flat. Again, I went in and they were rude. I finally just took my car someplace else to have the stems actually replaced. Save your money. Do not go here.

I won’t lie, I wasn’t expecting much from a tired plus location, but they were EXCELLENT! I’m not a car kind of person but they got me exactly what I needed, they were open on Sunday, and they made the process easy without Nickel and diming me. I’ll be back!

They make it very easy to get your tires filled with air. You just pull up to the first bay & they come out & check all your tires.

I am here visiting Omaha from Colorado, one of my tires blew out on the side of the road today, a day before I have to leave. So frantically I started price shopping tires this morning since I dont have too much money to throw on tires. By far, Tires Plus gave me the best price on some all season tires. So I came in, they got my car right in. An hour they had me out the door paying 343 dollars and some change for 4 new tires. Thats 15 dollars less than they quoted me over the phone! Add to that they were very friendly. And I got warranty on the tires, free tire rotations and repairs at locations even in Colorado. I can say, you guys have definitely earned a customer. Next time I need some tires I will get them at tires plus, hands down. Thank you all so much. You guys made my day.

Great service I always have trusted this tires plus location with all my preventive maintenance needs they do so much more than just change oil and tires.

Very fast and professional. They helped me change a headlight when no jiffy lube or other quick shop would touch it without taking apart my bumper. Alex was able to fix it and change my oil all in about 30 minutes. Also, got my Uber vehicle inspection done here for $20!

If you want Fair honest work, this is the place. I know its unusual to say, but for an auto repair shop and tire store, I have never encountered more trustworthy, friendly, and honest people

They did what I asked, plug a tire to fix a screw that was in my tire. I didnt expect 26 dollar tab to do it when every other tire shop will do it for free. All he said was well, were open and they arent. I can see a ten, maybe 15 dollar tab for services but this was over the top. Will not buy tires or go back to this place and Ill make sure family and friends dont either.

First time was good. This time different vehicle Guy mis lead me tried to promote something I did not want to buy . All said and done guy was wrong and another company was glad to sell me the tires I asked for and $150.00 cheaper , CORPORATE SHOULD REEVALUATE THEIR STAFF. You have lost a valued CUSTOMER....

I go to these guys every time i need work done. everything from suspension mechanical to simple preventive maintenance. Ive been dealing with Nick the store manager even when he was just starting there and there is no one in the Omaha metro area i trust more than him and his team.You wont find a more friendly professional person to deal with. I will be a repeat customer and always recommend Nick and his team every time someone asks me where should I go

The manager, Nick, was actually really nice at this branch. I had a scheduled oil and filter change; it went very smoothly. The flashing, yellow oil warning indicator has been resolved. I was in and out of Tires Plus in less than an hour for a good price, thanks!

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Made me leery to go here. But the price was good so I fell for it. It has been several weeks since I got new tires and alignment and my car is working better than before. So at the moment they seem like a safe bet for your car. Made an appointment and when I got there they said they were too busy to look at my vehicle. Said I can leave my car there and they’ll look at it in a day or two. Rather confusing experience especially for an appt. don’t waste your time even going here. What’s the point of an appt if you can’t honor it.

Driving around for 20 minutes and I cant find a tire air pump in town thats not broken. Drove by Tires Plus and they filled my tires for free inside of 2 minutes. Good people, Great service.

Manager is a tool. After getting two tires replaced, on my way home within 10 minutes a piece falls off my car, the mechanic that drove out to meet me where i was stranded on the highway was excellent and explained this probably happen when they backed my vehicle off of the lift but when speaking with the manager i was told its not their responsibility cause they didnt work on it. After getting the refund of a whole 40 dollars he was nice enough to print on the reciept that it was missing pins prior to service. As all these low reviews show its the staff that causes all the low scores, steer clear.

Last fall I bought new tires from here. Since then I’ve had to fill up my tires at least every two weeks due to deflation of my tires and being below 15 psi when they should be at 32. I brought my car back in 2 times now and both times they’ve told me nothing was wrong. I now have been to my dealership who are now actually fixing the tires properly. In addition to this, the employees have been rude and unhelpful. I am not happy with the services and will not be returning.

Nice place staff is helpful. The coffee bar was decent and bathrooms clean. they get you in and out.

I sent my wife to this place to get her front brakes done. Pads and rotors. They gave her a quote of $458. They also said she needed a new serpentine belt, air filter, and that the rear tires were shot. I called up to see why rotors and pads were $458, and they said that each rotor was $100 (you can get these from any auto store for $45), and the pads were even more. The rest was labor. I called Mad Hatter down the street, and they quoted the same brake job at $233. A $225 difference for a 1 hour job. We obviously took the lower estimate. When we went to get the car from them, they ended up charging us $10 for looking at it, even though they advertise a free brake inspection. WTH?Regarding the belt, air filter and tires, Im sure they were just trying to pull a fast one on her. The belt may be a little old, but is not squeaking one bit. The filter was a year old, and the tires were only 9 months old! I checked the tires when I went to pick up the car, and there was barely any wear on them, and the little bit of wear that was there was even. They tried to get her to buy two new tires and get a rotation. Yet another repair shop trying to take advantage of a female.We didnt get any work done here. Im sure they do a fine job, based on the other reviews. I will never be finding out for myself though. I will continue to go to Mad Hatter. They did a good job in a short time and were easy to work with.

Called ahead to bring my husband’s car in for a flat tire and they told is to come on in. (We drove across town in rush hour traffic after bundling our 7 month old up to bring with us in the freezing cold) They told my husband when he got there that they could not look at it at 5:30 and they don’t close til 7. We will not be going here anymore. Completely dishonest.

Horrible service gege the front desk lady was very rude and didn’t know how to do her job. I brought in my 2007 Lexus ES with squeaky breaks they only drove it from the parking lot to the garage and we were told they didn’t squeak, we had to ask them to drive it after we came back to find out what was going on because we didn’t get a call from them like they said they would! I also had them do the oil change and they didn’t put a sticker on the car and they didn’t reset the oil light on the dashboard either. When I called to find out if they had done the oil change at all she was rude in saying she wasn’t authorized to tell me who worked on the car! She hung up without saying much but to bring the car back as if they didn’t waste our time already! We will never bring the car back to this store and I recommend people to do the same!

I used this store for years. Spent thousands of dollars on tires with good experiences. Unfortunately that all ended today. I called the store and set up an appointment to have snow tire mounted. They told me to come in at 5:30pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and they acted like they had no clue that they set the appointment. I looked at my call logs to make sure I called the right store and sure enough it was the same store I set the appointment with. The clerk was worthless. Just told me he dident know what to say.How about an appology for overbooking and canceling on me after I show up.I will NEVER use this store again.What a horrible way to do business.

I actually had a really good experience. I was hesitant to go here due to the reviews but I called several places in Omaha and this place was the cheapest. I had a tire go flat. Everywhere else was telling me at least $100 just for the tire. Tires plus charged be about $70 all together with everything. The tire is doing great. I recomend this place.

I like the place overall. But they seem to always charge me for something I did not expect. Be sure to check for the TIRE INSURANCE the add to every tire. it is not cheap!

I had always had decent luck, not great, but decent. But, we had an engine replacement done and, since the engine damage was due to overheating, I asked that they replace the water pump as well. Less than 3 months later, water pump failed and I was told it was not replaced at the time, but since no one could remember me telling them to do it, even though I said it repeatedly, I had to pay for $200 labor again.Frustrating. I might use them again, but just be sure that everything is clear going into it. Also, I dont think I have ever got out of there without being told I need to do something else to the vehicle. Ball joints, brakes, etc. Its always something, but that is true of about every mechanic it seems.

I had four new tires put on my car and an alignment done at this location. The next day my car wouldnt start. After not having a vehicle for two days, my boyfriend found that the idle air speed control motor was unlatched and barely making a connection causing the engine to stall at idle. I called to tell them that I never let anyone else touch my car for this reason, and tires was an exception. Cody at the front desk was nice, but they wouldnt give me so much as a free oil change. Just proceeded to tell me that their guys wouldnt do that. It just seems too coincidental to me.

Brought two different tires here on two different cars in two different years. Both had nails in the tire. Both times they refused to repair it and tried to sell me a new tire.So if you want to buy a tire, this is your place I guess. If you want them to do what you made your appointment for them to do, I wouldnt recommend coming to Tires Plus.

They tried to charge me more than the advertised price for a vehicle inspection. They didnt care to adjust it until I pointed at the sign. I used to go to them for everything on both my cars. Not anymore. Looks like Ill be going to Jenson now.

They were extremely rude. Three of the men working there made insulting comments, and chauvinistic remarks acting like they could tell me whatever and I wouldnt know anything about a vehicle or what needed to be, and would just accept what I was told. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, had it in on time to get brake pads changed, an hour later all they did was an inspection I was told it didnt need to be done (50%) then when I insisted they do what I came in for suddenly the back brakes are at 60%! Wasnt done after 2 hours as told ..had to order parts and would be at least another hour..when it was finally done I only got a mile away bc it was done wrong and the back end was on fire! I called and they tried telling me it was normal for it to smoke a bit! Short version ..tow truck, more insults and rudeness, rental car, and 2 days later ..new pads, new rotors, new ball bearings, new calibers! And told they didnt owe me any compensation

Had my college age son make an appointment there to have 4 new tires on his car a few days ahead of a hometown visit. Dropped it off and 4 hours later he picked it up. They had put tires TOO LARGE for the car on and not what he had asked for. He discovered it when he tried to drive away and the TIRES HIT THE WHEEL WELLS! Promptly returned to store, they said they were out of the correct tire, he asked for a refund and for his old tires to be put back on so he could drive somewhere else, they refunded money but had ruined one tire in the process so he drove away on three balding tires and a donut tire!!!! Horrible service and staff is a few bricks short of a load for creating this problem. Complained to company and NO response. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

TIRE SCAM WARNING! We went in for new tires on a 2008 Buick Enclave - the tire price was good so we dropped the truck off. Later, Tires Plus calls with your Tire Pressure Monitors are requiring more than moderate force to remove - may we use more force? What did we know - we said ok. 20 minutes later they call back and say we were able to save 1 - but the other 3 broke while trying to remove. So I ask - how much is that? Its $135 - EACH. I asked to tow the car away but they said that it didnt have any tires on it and couldnt be towed as it was. Realize - that this car was 4 years old with 65,000. I warned a friend when he took his car into another shop about this scam and the other shop said sir, if we break it its on us to repair. LESSON - #1 - Dont go to this Tires Plus. #2 - make sure youre very clear about how they are going to treat your TPM - its a complete rip off if you let them break it. #3 - youre screwed when they break these things because theres nothing you can do with no tires on your car. Lesson learned - I hope youve learned something to.***Update - one of the valves is now leaking about 1 pound of pressure/day - so we have to go to the gas station and fill every week. Thanks Tires Plus!***FINAL UPDATE - After several years we had these tires replaced (Dec 15) - the tires performed very well. Of note, when we got the new tires NO ONE mentioned that the pressure sensors may be difficult to remove - nor was there a charge for anything related to the tire pressure sensors. Final verdict, as expected Tires Plus MAY give you a deal on tires - but expect them to try and fiscally rape you in any way possible to profit from your visit. Signing out

Bad drive my vehicle to fix a rubber oil change rubber rotation among other things. Im not sure they changed the oil and the rubber was charged and not fixed. When I looked for my vehicle, I said I went back and the Lord who is at the counter told me that it was fixed. I told him the problem continues and the tires have different air pressure. I was filling the rubber all weekend and Im going today that I had a break. And they tell me that they have another problem and that I need to replace the rubber. Shit they didnt fix it and they want to charge me another rubber. I do not recommend jamasss
