Brought car in for engine diag, checking brakes and humming noise while driving. Service woman wrote up and asked me to sign paperwork to look over vehicle. The price was $308.00! I asked why so much? Service woman stated each inspection was almost $100. Brake checks are free pretty much anywhere. Humming noise is a test drive not an hour of labor. Just informed to do diag. Had my car for 3 days just for a diag. Called me and service woman stated my car NEEDS spark plugs and injector. Took car with no service done. I did not tell dealer the back story on my car to see how honest they were. I run a tractor repair shop. I did diag on my car and was egr or purge related. Also this car was left to me by my father that passed away. I took to dealer to make sure everything is tip top because keeping the car. Took car to a different service center. They called and issue is Purge Valve. Spark plugs are a rec due every 30,000, mine is at 69,000. Humming noise was rr wheel bearing. Agreed to do all work and car is perfect and my bill was still cheaper than Cadillac dealer who would have not even fixed the issue. Service was friendly and courteous but they literally acted like they can do what they want as far as having your car with no courtesy car btw and then sell you whatever they want.

Im very happy and impressed with the level of service that Mike and the rest of Huber Cadillacs service team provide me with on my 2012 Cadillac CTS4. They contact the extended warranty company for you if you have one, they offer loaner vehicles and they call you with updates, instead of like other places Ive experienced, having to call them for updates. If its going to take an extra day, you wont be waiting and wondering. Mike calls you. You can feel that Mike and Huber Cadillac cares about his and their customers. Thank you for everything! I don’t know why these folks even list vehicles online. You call them make a very fair offer they don’t even have enough respect to call you back. You have to call them a day later. Then they try and insult your intelligence about about your offer. The market doesn’t lie about what cars are worth today. If you don’t want to sell online or be bothered by out of town folks calling on your vehicles then don’t list your cars there.

Warning: Cadillac and Huber will not stand behind the vehicle warranty. My transmission started slam shifting at 4 years old and less than 70k miles on my 2014 Cadillac SRX. They refused to fix it multiple times until it was out of warranty a year later, and then would only cover 40% of the rebuild costing me $2,000. Huber and corporate pointed the finger at each other. Cadillac said Huber determined nothing was wrong, Huber said Cadillac wouldnt let them look at it until it failed. Watch out or youll get scammed.

Outside of Amazing, my husband and I both appreciate the expertise of the service department. Erwin was so kind and knowledgeable. We both also appreciated the loaner vehicle was amazing. Not to mention, it is great to not have to sit and wait for hours for service, then be hassled by a salesman while waiting(this was an experience we dealt with at a different dealership).Our vehicle was only 2 weeks out of warranty and Erwin seen to it that with the low mileage, Cadillac did cover the issue at hand. My husband and I decided to look into a brand new Cadillac, what a WONDERFUL experience! We did the contacting and Jeff Stanley is AMAZING! he was not pushy, found what we wanted, and the Cadillac is being trailered in(brand new). Sight unseen, we know that if it isnt the exact Cadillac we have the paperwork on, we arent obligated. Although, we know it will be. Those were my thoughts a year ago. Why would Huber Cadillac respond yesterday thanking me - because I questioned their integrity when told my tires are half worn with 20,000 miles on a 2 year old 2018 XT5 (told tires only last for 35,000 miles in certain driving conditions). Is this truly a luxury vehicle? I dont think so

I had such a great car buying experience at Huber Cadillac. I love my 2019 XT4. My salesperson Steve was fantastic and very easy to work with.I recently got a flat tire at work, and took my tire in to Bev in service. Ive only had my car for two months, and I wanted to make sure there wasnt anymore damage other than a nail. Bev got me in right away, and treated me like a VIP. Ive had such bad experiences at other dealerships service departments, and Huber Cadillac is a breath of fresh air! Thank you!

Worst service ever. If I could give negative stars I would. Service department has no sense of urgency, lack of follow up and doesnt seem to care about the customer at all. Ive had my Escalade in several times and the inadequate service is consistent. I will NEVER buy another Cadillac.

When the transmission went out on my moms 2016 Cadillac SUV (that has 20K miles), we were disappointed but we fully believed that the dealership would take care of the situation and provide my mom with a loaner vehicle. My parents purchased every available warranty when they purchased the vehicle new from the dealership. Although the dealership did repair the vehicle, they refused to provide a loaner vehicle to my mother because they were concerned about the number of miles that she was going to put on the loaner vehicle. When you buy a Cadillac, you expect a superior customer experience. It is disappointing that the local dealership decided that a subpar customer experience was acceptable. When I contacted the manufacturer, they disclaimed all responsibility for the local dealership.

My experience, as always, was fine with my service advisor; however I am a bit disappointed with the quality of my vehicle. It LEAKS every time it rains and in my opinion a CADILLAC shouldn’t do that and if it does it should be fixed for free (will cost $500 to fix and since I had other more pressing repairs to get done I had to forgo fixing the leaking); no matter how many years old it is and even if the bumper to bumper warranty has expired, something like that demands a free repair. It’s a Cadillac - for crying out loud! With the amount of money I spent on the car that’s bad customer service for a so called luxury vehicle. I came back to GM after 20 years driving a foreign car. I will think long and hard when it’s time for a new vehicle.

I broke the axle shaft of my 90 Cadi DeVille almost 3 weeks ago and have been having a heck of a time finding the correct part. Hours of research and calling every dealership in the area, including Huber once. Guessing it was the lady I talked to todays day off(?), Either way she had found my part in minutes. Thank you lady!! The service and overall buying experience with Huber Cadillac was absolutely amazing. The minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by GM Shawn Mikesh. He greeted us, helped expedite the procedure by processing our initial paperwork, and made us feel very welcome. We had the privilege of working with Salesman Marty DeBoer and he was extremely helpful, worked hard to ensure that we made use of incentives that were available to us, and explained the new vehicle to us in depth on the day of service. Chris Staley in Finance was incredible as well. He was very transparent, explained everything, was NOT pushy at all. I was so impressed with the entire team (cant forget Bev in Service), that we look forward to doing business with Huber for years to come. I didnt buy a car from them, but Ill forever be grateful for Huber. I took my niece there today who turned 13 on the 30th. Shes autistic and its been a dream of hers to ride in a Cadillac. Today she got that chance because of the amazing hospitality of the staff at Huber. The manager let her take pictures in the cars and took her for a ride in a red Escalade (her favorite color). I will never go to Huber again. I had my sons 2005 CTS towed there for not being able to start, the diagnostics cost as Mike W said 160.00 for 1hour and they didnt find the problem within that timeframe so I would have to pay an additional 160.00 for the mechanic to continue.I was just outdone. We own 3 Cadillacs and if they need any service I will not take them to HUBER. I WOULD RATHER TAKE THEM TO Sid Dillon or Edawards,. CADILLAC OWNERS BEWARE

2016 Cadillac Escalade DO NOT BUY - I have had 9 month old car into the shop for drive-train issues 8 times. Huber is incapable of fixing the issues with the 8 Speed transmission or GM has produced an deficient product impossible to repair.

I took my SRX to The Body Shop after I was hit by a drunk driver. The Body Shop did great work but the Cadillac Service Center did not...they inspected the car for any damage and gave it the all clear. As soon as I picked it up I could tell it sounded completely different. I called the Body Shop and notified them. It took 2 months before they could get me a new loaner car and when I dropped the SRX off at the Service Center the rep tried to charge me for some $200 charge that they did not get from their own Body Shop. In addition to that, the front driver side hub bearing was damaged and that was what was causing some major grinding sounds. What did they inspect the first time they had my vehicle?? The rep then told me that insurance wouldnt pay for it because even though I was hit on that side of the car the impact was not close enough to that tire (I was pushed sideways into the next lane!) and it was going to be $500+. I called my insurance and they gave the approval the next day. The next time I need body work done I will definitely go to the Body Shop but I will never use Cadillac Service again.Update 07/02/2019 -Replaced a part on my SRX that required Cadillac to program. Picked up my car after the repair and drove for about 5 seconds before the same dashboard lights came back on and prevented the car from being able to drive. Then was told that I didnt ask them to test drive the vehicle and that these were all unrelated issues. Then had to replace the left rear hub assembly ... the same side my vehicle was hit on in the previous review. Something else they missed during the first time. I have had no problems on the passenger side of the vehicle. This service department failed to accurately diagnose most of the issues with my SRX and I have paid the price for it ($12,000 out of pocket and counting). Now they are telling me the rear differential needs to be replaced after I picked up the car again and 10 minutes later the Service Rear Axle message came up on the dash. If there was any other Cadillac dealer in Omaha I would have gone there.
