I was in a bind as my tire was punctured on a round about by their shop. Fortunately, Simpson auto repair was conveniently right there to help me out. They were able to fix my tire and back on the road in no time. They were both efficient and professional.

Family owned businesses and Tim did a great job on my repairs and it didnt cost me much. I will return in the future.

He gave me a price......did the repairs, paid no more than that price. Done in the time I needed my vehicle to be finished. Im bringing another vehicle to him soon.

Called to get a price on a simple oil change as I had driven by and couldn’t remember the exact price I had seen on the sign outside. I asked if the sign said $19.95 and the man on the phone rudely said no it’s not. Instead of replying with the correct price ($28.95) as if he was offended over it. It’s a simple misunderstanding but no need to be rude and not want to even give a quote for an oil change. Lighten up!

I had a vehicular emergency and this was the closest shop. The mechanics could have taken advantage but they didn’t. The gentleman working that day gave me several options and recommended the most sensible one even though it wasn’t the most expensive. In the end, he identified both my main problem and a secondary problem that had been bothering me, and fixed them both for under my anticipated costs in a timely manner.

I took my car in there for the first time today, and they were great! Incredibly nice! Got a life long customer outta me, even after just one visit!

I love Simpsons Auto Repair they handle all 10 of my Vans at Janousek Florist so I can keep delivering flowers. We drive over 200 miles a day so we use them a lot. Fast and great service.
