My engine light went on so I called & the Jensen Tire folks said to stop it & drop it off the next day. I did. They called to let me know what they found & offered some options. They are so easy to work with, always explain things clearly & let me know about things to watch out for in the near future. They are The Best!

The people at this location are amazing. I had a rough week of plane delays for two entire days- finally get to Omaha, and then when leaving town to drive 4 hours at 3 on a Friday, discovered my brand new tire has a large screw in it! I spent 45 minutes calling places as I am not familiar with Omaha. Everyone e did not have time and could maybe do it by Tuesday. I called this particular location and a gentleman ( I think named Ryan) said they were booked, however if I could be patient- to come and they would fit me in. I was able to get there- a lady checked me in. She knew that I was coming! An hour later they got my vehicle in. At 4:15- she brings me my keys!!! I asked the amount to pay - I was so happy to even be done. I was literally told that there was no charge - my week had been rough enough! What! Who does that? I teared up- so generous- filled me with spiritual thankfulness on the generosity - it is not that I could not have afforded it- it was the recognition of my struggles that week and a way to make it better. They are the best!!! THANK YOU!!!

I drove over a nail at 4:30 pm. My car was towed into their shop at 5:30 pm. They repaired it and I drove out of the shop ~30 minutes later just before close. Staff were polite and kind. Great service at a great price!

I had such a great experience. This shop is local and I just walked in and even though there was a wait, they were still very professional and speedy with a parking lot full of cars! I am so grateful for their service. And very affordable as well!

The staff were kind and honest. Mike worked on our tire problems and took the time to explain the issues and offered his advice. It’s nice to find a repair shop that is honest!

Ray was especially helpful during a very stressful time in my life. My car was having issues, and he was very upfront and honest with me, taking the time to explain the issue thoroughly. Then, when I decided the cost of the repair was not worth the cost of the car itself, Ray helped me find a scrap yard to sell my car to, and even called them himself to add to my credibility. He offered to hold my car at the shop for a few days if I needed to. He is an incredible asset to Jensen’s :) I also spoke to Bobby (I think?) who was also incredibly kind over the phone. Though our interaction was brief, the friendliness was very appreciated.

The prices of the services are fairly competitive and the mechanics are prompt, at least compared to what Im used to. So, I would say its pretty good value for the money. Also, I have been treated well by the staff in all of my experiences so far. They havent pressured me into any decisions, but have provided me with information about the condition of my car and different options for service.

This is the only place I go for tire repair. They are awesome and have great prices. Friendly and prompt service.

Ive been using this shop for years and I havent had any trouble getting my vehicles fixed in a timely and courteous manner. My only complaint is that sometimes they dont call back when they finish doing work, and you have to call them to find out if they are done with your car. This doesnt happen most of the time, though.

They are very honest people. Could have easily charged me but didnt charge me a single cent!!

I came in with my check tire light on and the service technician was kind enough to check my tires and put air in them. He found a small nail in the lowest tire, so they patched it. Friendly, fast reasonably priced service. Clean waiting room.

I absolutely love this place! I had brought my car to a dealership twice because I suspected the alternator was going. The guys at the dealership completely ignored me. Fast forward a few weeks later and I was pregnant stuck on the side of the road. Jensen got my car in right away, identified the issue, and repaired it immediately. I’ve gone there for other things on the past and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else.

Jensen quickly got my car in, found, and repaired the issue with my flat tire. They gave me options for replacing tires or repairing tires, with the pros and cons for each option. No pressure to take the expensive option. The repair was quick and the cost was fair. I am very satisfied with Jensens for car repair.

I brought my vehicle in to get an inspection of the suspension. The price of the quote was less than what I imagined. I will be bringing my vehicle in on Friday to get everything fixed. I have brought my other vehicles to the Jensen Tire & Auto on Harney Street and have loved their service. It’s hard to find an automotive repair place to trust ... I trust them - they will do a great job.

This location is honest and seems to value their customers. They did t give a BS list of items I didn’t need. They kept it down to earth, and were honest and direct about what was needed and when.

Service was good & friendly, but I feel its ridiculous that a diagnostic cost $130 & that cuz they got the wrong part for the servicing my car wouldve needed, they were going to charge me for the wrong part & the right part, which wouldve increased my total bill by a couple hundred dollars. Customers shouldnt be charged for the businesss screw up.

Excellent service, decently priced.....took my car out and immediately noticed the difference...... fr bed way way better for a fraction of what I was paying to have work done elsewhere.....overall, I would highly recommend this place for repairs.

Great service. I pulled in with a low tire, told them I needed a new one ASAP, and they did it.

I needed my brakes repaired and they also went ahead and aligned my tires, I really appreciate their work my car runs so much better now!

I popped in here 5minutes before closing on New Years Eve needing a tire repair and, having been to 6 places already, I really hoped they could help me. And they did! She got me right in, shaming the other 2 Jensen stores n various others I went to appropriately and charged me a rave review for services and I am so happy to do so! I had to bring my car here for an emergency as a bump on the interstate from construction threw something off in my car. They changed all the brakes and other assortments. $1k total. My wife picked it up the next day and drove off the lot with the brakes almost completely not working. Thank God she didnt go any faster than 25 downtown. When they got it back, we were told the last person to change my brakes put them on backwards, causing this location, who put it on right, to inadvertently put it on backwards. I drove for years with no problems, and my wife drove 5 minutes after to come across a MASSIVE danger. I cannot believe they test drove it before completing it, even though they confirmed to us that they did.

The staff was very friendly, and kept me in the loop about what they were doing. They did a great job, and it ended up being cheaper than I thought it would be. It was a great experience!

We went there because we started noticing our truck brakes grinding. We have two vehicles so we didnt drive the truck to avoid wearing down the rotors. We knew we would need to replace the brake pads but Jensen told us that we need to replace all 4 rotors and brake pads. They quoted us over a $1,000 dollars. We would have believe that the rotors were wore down if we drove on them for a while but we didnt. We picked up our truck and took it somewhere else and they told us the rotors were fine, we just needed to replace the brake pads like we thought.I do not recommend Jensen (we went to the downtown location on Harney) and will never return. Unfortunately, Im sure many people are tricked into paying the extra money because they are scared their brakes might go out.

Went in with a flat tire, they told me they couldnt repair it. Had my tire looked at later and it turns out they had tried to patch it and botched the job and then lied to me about it. Then charged me $20 to put my spare on. They did refund the $20 and bought a new tire so at least they made it right. But dont lie to people and make sure your techs know what they are doing.

Having a flat tire first thing Monday morning, Jensen Tire was able to get me in right away without an appointment. They were friendly and helpful. Explained the problem and gave me a couple of options and their recommendation. Will definitely use this location again.

I got a flat tire while in Omaha on a work trip one day before I was supposed to drive 8.5 hours back home. I searched through tire rack and many other websites with nobody able to replace the tire for 2-3 business days!Finally I pulled up google maps at my hotel and stumbled upon Jensen. Their website mentioned they carry most everything in stock so I took a chance and called. Not only did they have my tire size available within an hour of me ordering, but they worked around my schedule and fit me in the very same morning to get me back on the road.Bobby was super personable and friendly. And even better yet, they quoted me cheaper than any other place I checked by at least $40-50 a tire.If you need work done, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Good service, clear diagnosis and good communication was experienced by me on my two visits to this location. Id give it 5 stars if the waiting area was a little more modern with some type of media to take up the wait, but the entire facility is very clean and organized and the shop bays are all modern.

Great service, and the cleanest autosomal Ive ever been to! I brought my car in at 3 PM when it started making a funny noise while driving cross country. Ended up needing the brakes replaced, and they were able to get it fixed by 10 the next morning.

I did some additional services for a total of $129. They called to try to get me to pay for a service that I had done to my vehicle 4 months ago and didn’t need again for an additional $220. They didn’t do all of those services but provided a service I didn’t need and didn’t indicate the amount for a total bill of $240. Will not be returning. When all I needed and wanted was a rotation and oil change for $69.

Had noise coming from front wheel. Suspected bad wheel bearing. They found inside wheel well rubbing tire on turns. Also repaired tire valve. This could have cost me a lot more if they werent honest.Thanks

WOW. BAD. BEWARE!!!! I took my car in today to fix my air conditioning. The lady, Bobbie Padilla, quoted me $130 to FIX the problem and I said okay. They called me later and said they could not fix the problem and that I could come pick up my car. She then proceeded to charge me $125 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC that I did not approve. I agreed to pay for a FIX not a DIAGNOSTIC. She was taking advantage of me and luckily my boyfriend helped me get a refund. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I WILL BE LEAVING REVIEWS EVERYWHERE. SOOOOO BAD!!!!

As a single woman in my early 20s it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and frustrated at a mechanic. Jensen’s is great about not talking down to me, answering all of my questions, and walking me through what is a necessity and when. There is no bs and I never feel taken advantage of. Their price might be slightly more, but the peace of mind makes it worth every penny.

Wow! These guys are amazing. I was on a road trip with my boyfriend from Oregon to move me in to school in Boston, MA. My 2014 Ford Focus’ check engine light came on. We went to autozone first and they recommended jensens because they do a full diagnostic for free. We arrived. And they were so kind and understanding. They offered us recommendations of things to go check out while we waited on the results. Unfortunately, it ended up that my transmission control module needed to be replaced. They let me know that ford had an extended warranty that would cover it if I brought it to a ford dealership. They printed out all the warranty papers for me and gave me the numbers to call. Made this stressful situation so much better!

We live in Lincoln but had car trouble while in Omaha. We didn’t have any experience with auto mechanics in Omaha, but have always had good experiences with Jensen Tire in Lincoln so we stuck with them. The shop at 2010 Harvey St. was close to where our car was. They got us in Saturday morning, my car was fixed by noon, and the price was very fair. Trusting Jensen Tire was a excellent choice! I highly recommend them!

I used to really like Jensen but the downtown location really upsells to the point that I lost faith in their honesty.

These guys saved me! When the transmission went out in my jeep, I was devastated. With Covid going on, my hours had been cut, but i was still expected to be on call 24x7. They not only got my jeep up and going a full day earlier than expected, they also were able to provide me with a financing option where I could make payments if I needed to to get me through until I could resume my full schedule at work! I am so grateful to them for being able to help me out!

There were dirty hand prints on the leather of the door once they finished the service. That is unacceptable. I am not taking my car for maintenance and still having to clean it later.

Quick and friendly service! I arrived home from vacation to a dead car battery. The jump start did not work, so the car was stuck in a garage and had to change out the battery myself. Ray was a great help. They checked the electrical on my car upon returning my old battery just to be sure everything was in working order. I would definitely return and recommend to others!

I had a great experience! Called prior to scheduling the day before. They were upfront and honest that it’d be at least a 2 hour wait since I was unable to drop off my car. Asked if I could come in the following morning at 8. Appointment scheduled! When I went in they were prompt and attentive. Answered all my questions. Coffee was good, and waiting room comfortable. I was all set within an hour of arriving! (Transmission fluid flush and tire repair) plus they didn’t try and upsell me on a bunch of other things, which is such a breath of fresh air for this woman!THANK YOU!

We only took our car here because I seen all the good reviews on google. So my husband took our car to Jenson to get our a/c checked because it wasnt working. My husband had already just recently replaced the a/c compressor and some hoses and put in new coolant among other things, but it still wasnt working.They charged us $125 just to diagnose the a/c and then told us it was the a/c compressor that needed to be replaced even though my husband told them he just did that. They wanted us to pay $2,000 to fix the compressor.We took it to another shop today and there was just a loose hose, that was all!! SO PLEASE BEWARE!!! Im sure Jenson knew that and they were just going to tighten that hose and pretend they replaced an already brand new compressor and would have just sent us on our way $2,000 later!We will NEVER bring any of our vehicles back here, not even to purchase a car freshener!
