This Walmart location provided an excellent service, specially Jeff. He is very knowledgeable technician and honest to customer. But few times they are under staff which is understandable.Keep your good work, Walmart Auto on 128th & L St.

Guys where great and went out their way. Even offered to polish my headlights (did a great job).

An amazing, friendly and professional environment is what you can expect when working with Komi, Mohammad and Jim! All three worked amazingly swiftly together as a team. Any customer feels automatically taken care of when entering the tire center. Different price options where provided for me after several calls around the Omaha area, with no options given. I bought premium tires including the lifetime warranty for less than all other tire centers offered me.

I came here for an oil change and they didn’t put my dipstick in properly causing oil to go all over the engine, and put the sticker right in the way! Supervisor tried saying the tech just spilled a little oil like I didn’t see the dipstick jiggling around when I looked under the hood due to the constant smell of burning oil!!! It also took over 20min of being on hold to speak to anybody about the issue. The first person who answered the phone laughed about it too!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Good tires and facilities are adequate, however, keeping with Walmart protocol they hire just the minimal staffing to keep it going. Plan to leave your car or spend 2-3 hours shopping while you wait. Painful at times to watch the crew

Worst visit ever, took around 7 people. 3 managers, none trained to handle an exchange for a battery, bought it at 120th l street omaha, bought battery less than a year ago at that store and they looked up serial # and told me they couldnt give me a new one. Didnt even last one year, 2 year battery! Horrible service. 3 managers talked openly about how their fellow employees are worthless and always quit soon after being hired. Wasted 3 hours with no battery in and, leaving it up to me to contact maker of battery never been so disappointed and mad at a store ever in my life, all apparently from lack of training. 👎👎👎No Stars 0000000!!!!!!!! Actually 1 star because it wouldnt let me post without tapping a star. 3 managers in pic didnt know what to tell me!

Took a tire in there that I was having to fill on a daily basis to get repaired and was told that it was unrepairable and was asked if I wanted a new tire. I was sceptical so I said no and they told me there was a nail in the sidewall. Seemed like not even a minute later they basically kicked me out without discussing it any further. So I took my tire to Discount Tire on 120th and Dodge St. and they showed me where the nail was and told me that they dont know why Walmart said it was unrepairable and fixed it for free! Also they stole the center cover of my rim!

I went to ask how much would be to get new tires, oil and filter change. The guy asked me the whole information of the tire. Where is the customer service here? I dont know anything about tires and they have a system which can provide help. Another thing, he stated that I can make an appointment for changing the tires but not for the oil change. Does that means that, even when having my car in already, you cant complete the rest? I have to come in 2 times for auto service? What? The guy didnt really seen willing to help more. Customer service like this is the type of service that pushes people away. You should really work on this area. Its not the first time Ive been asking for autoservice and NEVER get the assistance required. 👎🏾

Came here for an “affordable“ oil change and spent more than I would’ve at a more reputable place! They have now started charging separately for an oil filter. That should be included with the oil change!!! So much for saving money, definitely won’t be going back👎🏻👎🏻

Unorganized. They dont call you when they are done with the vehicle. Apparently you should walk up there and ask them to check once in a while.

With the exception of only 1 mechanic working it took a bit longer than expected to get 4 new tires and a wiper blade installed, but I didnt have to wait too long for him to get started. I went in before 8am and left around 9:35 or so. David at the counter was helpful in double checking that the tires I ordered were the ones received.

On 11/29/18 from 8:35 am until I have up at 9:20 am I tried calling the main customer service line along with the auto care center and got NO answer. I was able to reach the bakery and she said she didnt know what to tell me...they were cutting hours right around the holiday season...she was very sorry. I also called the grocery pickup line and he said he was on a cell phone and couldnt transfer calls and would try to walk up and tell the ladies in customer service that someone was trying to call.

The $5000 dollar oil change!!! Took my 2015 Jeep Laredo here for a routine oil change. They left my transfer case empty and ruined my motor. Yes you heard me right!!! I have all the paperwork to prove they checked off on the transfer case in addition the transfer case had ZERO leaks. It has been two weeks and the current auto service garage still has my vehicle and can only give me a minimum cost at this point. So far $5000 is lowest estimate and two weeks in a rental car $1000. Went to Walmart to file a claim, presented my paperwork and all they could do was say sorry. In addition, I was told by the manager to not file a claim because I wouldn’t win. Stay tuned as I will be posting the final bill. The rental car bill and Walmart’s response to my claim. The current garage will be a witness on my behalf that the transfer case had no leaks and that Walmart had checked off on it 2000 miles earlier. So here goes David vs Goliath. This location seems to struggle with their workload. I could not get a hold of them to check on my car, then after physically going to the store to check they ended up only doing some of what I asked for. I would give them another shot because they seem to care about the customers but were running behind.

I had a nail in my tire as I was heading home three hours and they told me they were closed. I was so bummed since I start a new job tomorrow and Dav’i, Robert and another young gentlemen got me a tire on very quickly. Customer service is great here. I’m so thankful

I went in to replace a tire blown by our wonderful potholes. And an oil change. They were able to replace the tire, but not do the oil change because they didnt have the filter needed. They were pretty fast given the fact that they were short handed on associates. The head manger came in and took one associate away from my car to air up his tire. The manager on duty told the associate to finish up my car. Thank you Robert for being so on top of things.

They do a great job here. They need to hire more auto technicians. Waiting two hours for an oil change is too long.

Words cant Express how I feel towards my oil change service this time for one it was already about to be 8pm and that is their closing time I HAD TO CALL to find what was going on with my car just so they can say auto center is closed... REALLY, well I told the guy through the phone I need my car for work who is going to be held responsible then, so hw puts me on hold, just to tell me oh your car is ready for pickup... so my problem is if I wouldnt have called to find out about my car it probably would of been there all night for all they care 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

They told me an hour for an oil change, but it took 1 1/2 hours. I know it was getting close to Christmas, but they should have been honest. They also told me I needed a new tire, but instead it is a tire rod that my car needs. I found that out today at Discount Tire. They referred me to a place close by.

This is a worst auto center. I got my oil change done here few days ago. They charged me around $60 while I usually pay about $20 else where.They were also supposed to top of fluids but only the windshield fluid was topped off. They used the cheapest one and it got frozen due to cold weather. I was unable to wipe windshield when I needed the most. They were also supposed to top off steering fluid but that didnt happen.Tires were rotated and the guys tampered the seal between wheel and tire. I had to go to a different store and pay additional to fix it.I would never go to this auto center again.Guys were are very rude.

I had a new tire put on my rim. They failed to properly tighten the lug nuts. That is service so poor someone could die. Never go here, you can get cheaper, and safer. The guy never even gave me tire options, just here is what you get. Not the advertised tire.

Dont ever come here if you have an emergency, I swear by God I came here on Sunday May 5th because online it showed it was open till 8pm. Well guess what they werent open till 8. They said all thier mechanics went home at 5pm. I drove all they way across town with half a flat just to be told guess what we cant help you. So if you are reading this never come here you will not be helped, false advertising, false website information. Worst place ever!!! One of the worst places I have ever been to for tire repair. My wife took her dodge dart in to get it repaired because it was leaking 30psi a day. We also had an oil change done that day. For both it took over 3 hours to complete . They said for the tire it was leaking air due to a loose valve stem. Didnt take it off or anything just immediately said it was valve stem and it was fixed now. Since we have left last week it has still been leaking the same amount of air out of the tire meaning the issue was not resolved. We are now back at this location to fix the issue and have been waiting another 3 hours for a repair . Dont come here if you want your issues to be resolved correctly in a timely manner.

I went into the store and found what I needed without any problems, the clerk who helped me was nice and very helpful and friendly, quickly rang up my purchase and I was on my way.. 🤣

If i could give them a negative star I would, I came here few months back with one of my vehicles and they did an oil change and completely broke the drain plug on the car and told me they couldn’t do anything about. I stopped going, well today i take my vehicle in to get ONE tire and he quoted me 189. And told me to try somewhere else if i didn’t want to spend that amount. Very unprofessional, then he walked out to look at the tires and didn’t say anything to me just walked out while i was talking. When i was telling him the issue he laughed and shook his head and disagreed with what i said. Extremely rude. I will never return back to Walmart any of them for any of their services in auto they suck !

The 128th & L Street Omaha Walmart Tire and Lube Location. What a circus of arrogant, dimwits this is. Until today I just accepted the fact that by simply showing up and asking for service here, I’m going to be treated like a 3rd rate citizen. I’m going to be warned of a 2,3 or 4hr wait. I’m going to be encouraged to take my business somewhere else, encouraged to come back another day and have them tell me they don’t carry Mobil 1 / Valvoline / Whatever brand oil you use - as again they strongly encourage you to go away. And my reply each time “I can leave it as long as you need it. No problem.”Two weeks ago today (a Sunday as well) I brought my Chevy in for the usual oil change and tire rotation. I was strongly encouraged to leave as they were too busy however I told them time wasn’t an issue. I was then told they don’t carry Mobil 1 oil (my oil brand preference) any longer and I could leave and go buy my oil somewhere else etc etc etc all sorts of excuses to get rid of me. I conceded to everything and even agreed to switch to Valvoline brand oil. I simply just wanted my oil changed and tires rotated. After checking in I was then told to come back anytime around 6pm but before 8pm. It was currently 3pm so this allowed them ample time to complete the work on mine and the other 1-2 cars they had waiting. (Walmart Auto Technicians don’t move very fast, again I’ve accepted this). I returned around 630pm and my car was done. Great! I paid and left albeit slightly upset that I had to switch oil brands.Here we are today. Another Sunday. The same Walmart T&L. My head still hurts asI type from going nuclear on these halfwits a few hours ago. So... I brought in my Ford around 145pm earlier today. Was told frantically “were too busy, don’t bother blah blah”. As per usual I said “time isn’t a concern”. Was told that it would be 2-3 hrs minimum maybe more and they couldn’t guarantee a tire rotation. I said sounds great. Next I very clearly said “so I’ll be back around 5pm” to confirm this with the frantic and almost catatonic like man who was gazing deeply at a stapler as if he was trying to figure out how it worked. He replied “yes 5pm”. I gave him my keys and left.445pm I return to a locked building. I have to walk all the way around to the front of Walmart and then inside to the back of the store to the tire and lube section. Once arriving there it’s a ghost town. Locked up, lights off and everyone gone. I find a employee to ask what’s going on. Almost immediately as if it was a trained response she says “I don’t know nothing, I don’t work back here”. Of course she doesn’t know anything. Why would she?! She then pages another gentleman who comes to reaffirm me that he also knows nothing and doesn’t even know where the Tire and Lube people are or what the hours are for T&L dept. Did I mention he had “Assistant Manager” printed on his name tag. So now yet another person shows up and he knows even less yet. I keep asking them all “what work was completed on my car? What oil brand was put in it? How much is my bill” Basic things. No one had a clue. No one knew how to read the ticket or use the register. It was a site to behold even for Walmart standards. Finally I read the ticket myself which stated the work was completed at 345pm and the tire rotation I requested not completed. Yet the employees left early. I was enraged for the shear fact of wasting my time and how poorly the customer service is at this location. No one had a clue or was sure of anything. The blind leading the blind. I was told by the Assistant Mgr. that they are short staffed so I shouldn’t be so upset. If this is the case then lock the doors and hang up signs saying “sorry, we aren’t accepting any service for the foreseeable future.” Why treat customers like AHOLES just because your job requires some level of competency from you which you clearly lack.

My Daughter had a flat on the Side of the Road, Removed the tire, took it in to Walmart, and Bought a NEW tire From Walmart, at 45 minutes to close, they sold her the tire and REFUSED to Mount it the same day. -thumbs DOWN WALMART... :(-

Cheap but I was missing my parking pass for work and didnt notice until the next day. I never take it out of my car, somebody either removed it by accident or on purpose. Calling the center, they couldnt care less.

Horrible service!! The attendants are rude and provide some of the worst servicr Ive ever experienced. Scratched my wheels, stained my seats and was rude to me whenI asked about it. No one deserves service this bad.

Dont get a battery and pay for the warranty here. I went in with my everstart battery that had a two year warranty on it (and stopped working after a year and a few months) and instead of, ya know, giving me the same type of battery back (which only makes sense) they gave me the cheapest piece of crap thing that had already been used and recharged and only had a year warranty. I asked the guy that was helping me why he had given me the wrong thing and he proceeded to tell me that no walmart carries that battery anymore and the hunk of junk he gave me is the same thing. Not a good system at all. Im thoroughly disappointed. Basically got really jipped.

It was TERRIBLE! Service Manager was very unhelpful and refused to fix my flat tire because they wanted to close 20 minutes early. I had to change out for my spare in front of their service door. Will never go back

Came in on Polar Vortex day. Tire blew on my way to work. After, I brought the wheel in and they were kind enough to rush my tire. In my experience, they will do just a tire in between pulling vehicles in. If time is a factor, just bring the wheel.
