Ive used this firestone for years for various reasons they have always been very friendly and reasonable. This latest experience was to do my brakes which ended up being more expensive than I had anticipated but their service manager was so awesome he worked things around to save me money. Thank you so much Mark and the rest of the team for taking care of your customers. Ill be back.

Scheduled an appointment online a few weeks back. Never received confirmation that said appointment was scheduled. Took car to shop and was told that the computer system had rescheduled me for another day, which didnt work(and was completely unbeknownst to me). Was also told the work performed would take them 4-5 hours. Did not return. Performed most of the labor intensive work by myself in under 2 hours instead.**When I was working as a line tech, I had access to a shop with lifts and did a lot of this on my own. But I have since changed careers and do not have access to those facilities any longer.

Ive had my car serviced here before and didnt have much trouble (just oil changes) but today, theyve had my car all day and just now, at 530 pm, told me they didnt bother to pull my keys out of the key drop and work on my car-for which I had an 8 am appointment. I am very disappointed.

This Firestone always comes through for me! Today they went above and beyond, well... Michael (a lead tech I believe) is the person that helped me, the customer service is top notch. I drive past many other shops to get to this one specifically, have been doing so for years and will continue to do so. Thank you sir I appreciate your help today! I was the guy who’s car was stuck in the snow!

Ethan was horrible!!!!!!!! It took 30 minutes for them to pull my vehicle back and I was the only vehicle there! Service is awful employees are very unprofessional!! Told me they couldn’t replace just 1 tire they would have to do all 4 which is bs! They love trying to take advantage of people! Discount tires is the way to go

Do not go here. They told me my slow leaking tire was “unrepairable” and that I needed a whole new set of 4 lmao. I went down the street to an actual mechanic and they pulled out a nail and patched it. They then told me that the tread on all 4 tires were decent and would last another couple 1000 miles. Dont waste your time and money on this place

The store on 72nd close to dodge is the best. Jamie went way beyond being just the manager. His staff were very good too. I will always go there for my tire and car maintenance. Thanks Jamie and staff!!

For the first time in a long time I was actually impressed with Firstone. I came in for an oil change and to test the battery. Which I ended up needing a new one. Also ended up needing new tires. The manager at the store worked with me to get everything covered cost wise. He price matched Walmart tires, and gave a discount for installing them. Will definitely come back to this Firstone for any future work on the car.

Absolutely terrible. Nobody takes ownership here of there mistakes. They take advantage of women and have terrible customer service. Extremely mismanaged.

While on the surface all appeared well with the service at first, everyone polite and friendly... Be wary if youre not a car expert or, in particular, are a female! These guys seemingly see only dollar signs when customers walk in! They claimed they were unable to break loose three calipers and that those needed replaced, along with various other things, totalling near $800. However, after a visit from my knowledgeable Dad, who was able to break the calipers loose himself in a few minutes, and apparently take care of $500 dollars worth of work, I only needed to pay around $200! After that, all of the work seemed to be well done and I havent had a problem. However, I cant ignore the fact that I was nearly swindled!

Worst company ever. You go in for one thing, and then they give you things that need fixed. But these things didnt need fixed two months ago. So if you take your vehicle to this Firestone or any Firestone for that matter get a second opinion. Also dont even attempted their sister store either Tired Inc you will get the same treatment. If I could give a 0 I so would, all they want is your money. Especially when they are recommending things that need fixed that were just replaced not even a year ago.

They changed my head and tail lights within 20 minutes, which was faster than expected with the full lobby. I had asked if they could show me how they did it, so that I could do it myself next time, and they were more than happy to teach me and without hesitation. It was a strange request that most shops would’ve said no to for one reason or another, so thank you guys for taking the extra time it was greatly appreciated!!

I have been coming here for a little over a year and a half. I don’t have them do much work besides oil changes and inspections. The staff is nice. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because the time it takes sometimes to do simple stuff. I understand shops get busy. But there was a time I brought my car in to do an inspection on my rear brakes. They are drum brakes, so you have to take off the wheels. When they put the the tires back on they stripped the stud. I found out after trying to rotate my tires. They said they would need to inspect it. They fixed it for free because they are the only ones that worked on it. I did get a little mad and I apologize. But when it takes a couple of days to fix a stud that’s when it becomes kind of ridiculous . It’s just when they tell you all they did was a service but I kept telling them no, you also checked my rear brakes they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. In the end they did fix it for free. That’s a major safety issue when I’m down to 3 lug nuts. I worked on cars almost my whole life. I know more than their service writers. And for them to tell me they checked the lugs nuts with a Torque wrench is simply not true. If the tech did , it would have kept spinning. I had to use a torch to remove it. What happened was the tech used an air impact and stripped the stud. That’s it. Simply human error. But the fact they wouldn’t own up to it got me upset. It’s in the past and it’s over with. I will continue to go here because that’s the only problem I had and they did correct it.I called one night and I don’t remember his name, but he was young and very understanding.

What did they do to my car???I got an alternator replaced, and now not only my air conditioning makes a rattling sound, but my entire car shakes when i turn it on. I have never had a single positive experience at any firestone. I dont have the kind of money to fix something new that wasnt a problem before they touched my vehicle.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Tried to charge me $400 a tire, then I had a man call and they were gonna charge him $170 a tire. Sexist do not bring your car here.

Went to get an oil change back on October. Was a simple process, at which they suggested I get new brake fluid, coolant, and wipers. I did the coolant and wipers on my own since they wanted to charge me about $160 for the coolant and $26 for the wipers.Per usual when you get an oil change, they gave a miles mark at which you need to change your oil again. They suggested a change after 3,000 miles. I understand and returned after the 3,000.This time around I got the same oil change. They did the same check and suggested I get a new battery. Nothing was mentioned about my brake fluid even though Id done nothing to replace it from last time. This time they suggest I dont replace my oil for 5,000 miles as well.Overall disappointed with their work, dont think Ill return here especially with the inconsistency.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service at this location. I came in yesterday to make an appointment to get my oil changed on my Chevy Spark. I was assured that the oil filter that needed to be ordered would be in today, and that there would be no problems.I picked my children up after work and came in for our 5:30 appointment. We waited and waited until we were the only three people left in the waiting room. Finally, at 7:00 we were informed that they forgot to order the oil filter and that it might be a bit longer, because they had to get someone to drive one over. By 7:30 the service was finished. I am thankful that my children were being so patient.In the end, I paid $40 for an oil change that took two hours. For goodnes sake; I could have done it myself! I was offered $10 off and the assurance that well talk to the guy who made your appointment yesterday. Nice. My time is worth much more than $5 an hour.Never again.

Horrible place, DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you plan on totaling it just leaving the parking lot! Took my vehicle in for alignment they said it was perfect so went to drive it home and barley drove 1 block and the passenger tire almost fell off. Parked in a separate parking lot went back they admitted they messed up my front end and didn’t want to look at the vehicle again and sent me on my way. I asked for a manager, they called him and he told them not to look at the vehicle just give my money back and send me on my way. Now I’m out a work vehicle and have to spend more money to get it towed home

I got a flat tire that was not able to be repaired. I went to Firestone because I was literally right by them. The man at the front desk helped me so much. I was not aware I had warranty on my tire that I bought at Walker Tire. I did not buy a tire from them, I used my warranty from Walker. But the service and helping me figure out the best deal was something worth noting.

Save your money and go somewhere else they’re gonna rip you off. Especially if your a woman.

Had two tires mount and balanced. I was in and out in 45 min. I also do a lot of my own work and was pleased to hear the service writers not feed clients lies. Keep up the good work.

Had an appointment at noon to purchase two new tires. If it wasnt for me going to the counter at 2:30 to check the status, my car would still be sitting their not being serviced. Here I sit almost 3:30 still waiting.. why? Worst first time experience ever.

I had a flat, so I left my car at this location. They found it needed more work, so I approved the further repair. There was a bit of confusion with my repair, but the service manager went out of his way to make things right! He didnt have to waive a charge on part of the repair. Thanks for great service. Service engine light came on and did engine diagnostic on thursday, for my car back on Friday. Did not use it on the weekend and today on Monday, the service engine soon came back on. I went to the Firestone again but they said another diagnostic is required and will have to pay again. Okay, but what did I pay over $600 for? A total rip off

I broke a belt traveling home from Lincoln to Iowa and ended up at this facility, the only one I could find open on a Sunday afternoon, and there was one tech and the supervisor at the desk said he didnt think they could get to it that afternoon. I gave him my cell number and headed to a nearby motel and told him Id be back in the morning. Just as I was about to check in, the supervisor called me, told me he had decided to work late, and the job was finished. I told him Id come back but instead he drove over and picked me up at the motel. We went back to the facility, I paid up, and was on my way home. Have never forgotten it.

I stood there for 10 minutes at the front desk while the employees are seeing that I am standing there. No one tried to help. When I approached one of the employees to ask if he can help me out he yelled Yes sir, Ill be there in a minute. This is very rude and unacceptable. I left the shop immediately. I dont know how this can be allowed in such a known franchise mechanic shop. The problem is that you end up being ripped off with prices. If you want to do so you might as well show some respect to your customers!!! Horrible experience, will never come back

I took my old 2000 Malibu in because of a power steering issue specifically, despite the fact multiple things were going south on it. The people there were friendly, upfront, and never once did I feel pressured or as if they were trying to take advantage of an inexperienced car owner. when it comes to mechanical issues. My total costs were exactly what they said it would be and I couldnt have had friendlier service during an extremely stressful time in my life. I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot now and will for sure go back when it needs work!

I was visiting from out of town and my car had a serious problem. They worked me in on a busy day, figured out the problem efficiently, and helped find a reasonable solution. Travis was extremely helpful and upfront throughout the process. I would have no problems going back again.

Online scheduling is not efficient or accurate. Notified me the day after that my appointment for yesterday was approved. Couldnt get me on for a simple oil change for over a week.

This was the second time the gentleman were able to accommodate us in an emergency manner. They were thorough and didnt try to upsell on any unnecessary items.

Made an appointment to get fixtures/wires going into my batter replaced... and decided to go ahead and get a new batter while I was at it. We were told they could get us in...and we explained several times what needed to be replaced on the car (the primary issue being the battery cables/fixtures). They said no problem. 3hrs later they call with an estimate and I made sure it included the fixtures and wires to the battery because that was what we wanted replaced...I was assured this was so. We go and pay after waiting around for 4hrs! and get home only to find out that they didnt replace the warped fixtures/cables to the battery at all. They just put the old ones on a new battery. After four hours those idiots still didnt even fix what I came in for...and of course it cost almost $200 to get the batter replaced alone, that took 4hrs (which I could have done myself in 10min). Ridiculous. Very unhappy and have to waste my time going back in to have them fix something they were supposed to fix the first time. Completely incompetent for what should be a very basic service. I wouldnt ever go here again or recommend it to anyone else. If you do...make sure and check there work to see if they even did the job.

Got my car towed here, blew a tire out. Everytime you go into car places you expect to pay big money well it was not only cheaper then most places but I got a protection plan with it job was completed in 25mins or less, Management was especially geat very friendly and polite. I’ll be coming here for future repairs just because I had such a great experience.

Went in at 11:30 after being told be done 1/2 hr at 1:25 get a call that one more hour later that my car will be in the shop. They are NOT be TRUSTED they messed up a CAR Rental last year and didnt fix it right as got different car in minnesota airport after the break system was not fix accordingly. This place is bogus disorganized and the staff was rude when told him issues had last year. Im never coming back here. Went to a different Firestone and my experience was very different and got my services on cheap scale and then on time. I got a free oil change for ONLY this location but rather pass to the BS.

Havent gotten anything more complicated than an oil change and new tires here, but I have been very pleased with their service. Travis is extremely helpful and patient in explaining exactly what is needed and why.

If i could give a review higher than excellent I would. The guy who helped me, Tony, Was great. At first I was a little bit weary but those feeling soon subsided. I have a Malibu that had a security problem, he did everything in his power to get my car fixed. Above and beyond worker!

I grew up in a town that was all about that small shop and short of bringing our family a fruit cake for Christmas, this location leaves me feeling like my car is in good hands.

Blatantly lied and tried to get me to buy a new set of tires. Told me there was a nail in one of them (not at all true) and that the tread on all four was half of what it really was. Never going again.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and fluid top off. Additionally, I had my battery replaced. I spent $181.22 for this service. There was additional PAPERWORK attached to my receipt recommending a brake fluid flush. No one discussed this with me. I know now why it was not discussed. The shop left my master cylinder cap off. Almost criminal in trying to make my brakes fail. Every single cap, with the exception of the radiator cap, on my engine was left loose. The dipstick was improperly installed. The technicians name is on my receipts. I will not include his name. The recommendations are included were not given to me for my perusal. The paperwork recommending repair (which I did not see) was NOT reviewed with me. Its probably a good thing, because the service price on the paperwork is 2.5 to 3 times more costly than a reputable service place. Its kind of strange that documents are included to recommend repairs that are not covered with the customer. I believe this shop and their service personnel intentionally sabatoged my vehicle. This is truly a Buyer Beware shop!

Went there first for oil change and a check engine light pop up next morning its still not going away!!! Went there again for brake pads cause i had the firestone credit card and had no money!! Had to change brake pads but instead ended up getting a $900 something bill still paying for it!!! Never going to Firestone again! Total rip off!!

I used to like this store and had good service there in the past. However, the most recent experience was disappointing to say the least. My GF made an appointment online for an oil change and when we arrived we were told it would be late because they were running behind. Thats okay, it happens, and it took just over an hour for the oil change, not terrible. However, when driving home we smelled an intense burnt oil smell so I popped the hood to see how much oil they had spilled refilling it. To our amazement we noticed the oil cap was sitting under the hood and was never installed, and oil was everywhere. It is very fortunate that we noticed this on the drive home because it could have completely ruined the engine! I will not be taking my car here for any further service.

Didnt want to give any stars but this place is a joke!!! I made an appointment for 5/4 @ 1p, left work early to get there and somehow no appointment was made but there is an account. So after explaining to the rude guy at the front desk that i know i made the appointment and showed him my call log he then decides to fit me in ridiculous and with a wait time of 1hr. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS PLACE

We stopped here on our way to the West coast. We asked about the state of our tires. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Took my 07 Maxima here when i had what i thought was a leaky tire, so i had them replace front 2 tires. Fine, i probably needed those anyways. They mentioned as i was paying for my new tires that the valve cores were stripped but were not leaking. This is what it actually said on the service sheet, and i cant make this up, vale core striped. I had to ask to get clarification because the handwriting was so terrible. That should have been a warning to me that these people were not the most intelligent bunch ever. Couple days later Im still losing pressure in one of the tires. I bring it back in and they now tell me that the valve cores ARE leaking but they cant take them out without replacing the sensors. So i say, ok, whatever, just fix it. I just want tires that arent a total leaky bag of s***. So they replace two of the cores along with the sensors. Im now out $600. Thats 2 new tires, 2 valve cores and sensors. So i drive away thinking that my car is now fully functional. Wrong! A few days later Im still losing pressure, so i call them and they tell me that it mustve been the temp change from going from the warm shop to the cold outside weather. Obviously this is total bs. So i take it back in. They spend an hour trying to figure out whats wrong and the tech comes out and says they cant find whats wrong with it. So i basically tell them that they are going to figure something out because they just put a new sensor in the tire and the pressure indidcator is on. I asked them to confirm that the indicator was on and he agreed with me that the low tire pressure indicator was on (its still on a year later by the way). So he mopes back out to keep working on the leaky $600 tire problem. 45 minutes later he comes back with a triumphant look on his face. Its a bent rim! But they cant fix it at their shop because apparently they needed a special machine to fix an aluminum rim. Which the tech says that he knows a place that does it, but Ill need to take my bent rim that holds no air on my own because of insert bs here. I dont remember the exact reason, but i remember not liking the answer. So i talk to the service manager, who apparently doesnt know that this is my third visit, and he proceeds to try and sell me a new rim for another $300. I tell him, look, Ill eat the cost of the tires because i probably needed new ones anyways, but we need to come up with a less expensive solution here. So he offers to have the rim fixed at the aforementioned special shop for $130. And for a bonus, i get to drive around on a spare for 4 days! Not a full size spare, a doughnut. Woo hoo! So i go back in to get my new fixed rim and ill give them credit for this, they didnt charge me for it. Yay. Fast forward a year and Im still having to fill up the two tires they had put on every two weeks. The pressure indicator used to turn off when i got the tires above 30 psi. It now stays on constantly regardless of the psi in the tires. So i say, screw it, and take it in to the dealership. They tell me, and try to contain your shock here, the two tires in question were not beaded properly, so they had to be removed, cleaned and rebeaded. Oh and on top of that one of the sensors is bad. Sitting at the dealership as i write this to find out if its the same ones that firestone put in. Woo freaking hoo. Do yourself a favor and dont come within a country mile of this place.

A drain in my AC was plugged. I got it fixed for $25. But not at firestone. I went there first. They suggested that it might be the heatercore and that they have to disassemble it. Would have been around $800. Then they would have cleaned and looked at the pipes. Their cost estimate was around $150 for that. I would have paid around $1000 because they wanted to look at the heatercore first for what I got fixed for $25. I guess that is how they make money!!!

Steer away from this place!! They will rip you off and charge you to fix parts that dont even need fixing!! They want to charge me to replace parts that I have already replaced a week ago?? What type of logic is that??? Steer away!! Warned you...

Really bad customer service especially front desk. There is one old pos and he is complete dick. After investigating my car comes out with all this problems that doesnt exist in my car but expensive to fix. Passes by my real problem as it was not so expensive to fix. I tell him lets focus on the real problem that I am aware of, keeps dropping his stupid mouse meaning dont interrupt me. And it took them two hours to find the problem even though I told them what is the problem. Overall pos service and pos old douch bag.

Bought 4 tires, and road protection,was told I would recieve 1st rate service,took my car in 7am saturday,for a nail in my tire,was told 2 cars in front of me,about 2 hours,seemed like a long time,left it, called many times,finally got my car done and was told to pick it up at 7pm,when I picked it up they had broke my hub cap, rude people to deal with on top of that. NEVER WILL GO BACK!
