Ive used TO Haas over the years and have never had a bad experience. This time they hung the spare tire under my truck upside down, causing it to bounce around while driving down the road. They also broke off four of the clips that holds the hubcaps in place. Even with this one bad experience I still plan on using them in the future for their out the door prices are better than most companys.

They are honest and do great work. I’ve had bad experiences with other places, but TO Hass has always been reliable and friendly. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I came in for a tire repair without an appointment. They worked me in and I was done in an hour. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They were courteous and professional. I took them a dozen donuts afterwards. That says it all!

This was my first time coming here and I ordered a set of new wheels for my Tacoma. The order came in on time but unfortunately one of the wheels must have been damaged in shipping because it had a scuff mark on it. Chad told me right away what happened and he called the company to order a replacement; less than a full week later the new wheel came in and they got them installed in no time at all.I had a great experience here. Chad was super friendly (as well as all of the other staff there) and helpful and the prices were absolutely great! Ill definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on!

Everything was great only odd thing was they require customers to wear masks but they don’t wear them or even pretend to. This includes not wearing them when they are driving your vehicle. But if it wasn’t for the pandemic this wouldn’t be an issue. They were nice and quick so I’ll use them again.

We have been going to TO Haas for quite a long time. Tire, break, oil and AC service. The staffs are always welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. They don’t up sell you anything you don’t need, only recommendations. Very flexible to work with. Work is always on time and on the spot, and the fee is more than reasonable. I used to go to Bennington for such services despite the distance out of suggestions by people online. I’m glad we have an honest, reliable and quality shop nearby doing just as good of a job if not better.

Great place to take your vehicle. Staff is very efficient. Never had any issues with any of the work they have done. (Oil changes, tire rotation, battery service....) While you wait oil changes.

These guys at T.O.Haas Tiree went completely out of their way to assist me. Had a blown tire on the interstate and limped my way to the shop. they fit me in with a new tire and was able to continue out of town as scheduled. They even worked through their lunch. I would recommend them to anybody.

Chad is amazing!!! We had been to two different tire places prior to coming to TO Haus. One wouldn’t help at all and the other was closed. We came to TO Haus (120th and Center) and Chad helped us right away and made sure he carried the tire we needed. Which they did and in less than an hour we had our spare tire ready to go. The guys that helped me were wonderful, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my two small children. The service they performed was fixing one of my tires that had a nail in it, they were extremely fast and even helped me to my car and parked my car in a different location because of a wasp problem outside that they didnt want my children to get stung. Everyone in my family also uses t o Haas and will continue to due to the above and beyond customer service! 😁😁

Dave, Chad and team are first class. I have been bringing both of my vehicles to these guys for 5+ years, and they have never steered me wrong. Truthfully, they have told me not to spend money several times because they didnt think it was necessary...when was the last time that happened? In addition, they have had the same group of guys since I started coming to them...from management to their techs...continuity is a great peace of mind, this day and age. As long as these guys are there, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I try to refer as many people to this team, as possible.

Guys at the counter are always friendly and very professional. Their mechanics do excellent work too. Had an oil leak in our jeep that the dealer fixed nine times under warranty. The mechanic fixed the problem at T.O. Has the first time we asked them to look at it. I recommend the shop on 120th to everyone that I talk to.

I somehow ended up with a blown tire and had my car towed here late on a Friday night. These guys had my tire replaced and car back to me by 8am on Saturday! I am a single mom who had no idea what I needed to get it taken care of and these guys were top notch in helping me get exactly what I needed to get back on the road.

It was really fast and they remembered who I was even though I dont go up there that often. All I needed was a Mickey tire fixed no leaky tire fixed. I called Saturday morning to let them know that my daughters car would be towed there after hours. The tow truck driver put the keys in the key drop and by 1030 Monday morning the car was ready to go. They put in a new starter. You guys are the best!
