I bought a used vehicle from them, currently still paying on it. My problem is that since I bought the car, its had more mechanical issues. Not sure what happened with previous owner, nor do I care because Im taking care of the vehicle now. But how do brakes, rotors and calipers go untouched? When I saw my rotors they were a horrible mess. Im just giving my review of what I see, cant speak for anyone else but ya I wont be back after this

Drove from Lincoln to Test Drive specific Car....when I came in Employees were confused about inventory and were openly bickering between themselves in front of customers: the younger lady with the dark hair was super awesome and kept a smile during our interactions which was a plus.After Test drive (Door seal fell off on Drivers side door immediately- wasnt attached) I was shut down when I attempted to discuss large amount of hail damage and the alignment on trunk. Owner told me well then this isnt the car for you.That was it. Owner walked away. Im 43 years old and as the customer I make that decision my friend. LOLI took this as they didnt want my business and took my 5,000 cash with me.Do your research people.We Wont be back.

This place has amazing customer service. I always change my oil here. It’s only $20 for an oil change. No appointment is needed and you can just show up whenever. Usually done pretty fast. I’ll probably be going here for as long as I live in the Nebraska area.

I was in town for work and needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube refused to service my car due to a cracked bumper. As I was driving away, I saw that Prime Auto Sales And Service had 19.99 oil changes and swung in to see if I needed an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was super fast. I will definitely be back! I strongly recommend them!

Went in for an oil change and for my tires to be filled with air and left with a broken car key and a dented door, which is my only car key they neglected to tell me it was broken and sent me on my way while trying to blame it on me not even 10 minutes later, said I broke my own key. Proceeded to laugh at me when I asked for a higher up number or a boss number and hung up. I’ve been going to prime for 2 years and the last 2 years have been perfect but now it’s ruin and I won’t be going back. Highly disappointed and would like to speak to a manager or owner still. But doubt it.

I have used Prime Auto several times over the last 10 years. When my fuel pump went out on the interstate, I had the car towed to Prime. They had it fixed in a timely manner and were very reasonable in price. The owners are good people and I would recommend their services to anyone.

We take our cars here for oil changes, we have had other work done as well, today my daughter who just turned 16 and got her first car had a weird noise coming from her exhaust so she took it here (without me) which I was kinda scared of because most places would try to up sell especially to a vulnerable 16 year old, they looked at the problem told her it would cost $30 and she was so happy. And I’m glad they were honest

Presented extensive notes regarding electrical concern concerning the battery sensor. They inspected and fixed the concerns in only a few hours.

Prime Auto did an oil change and just mere days later my truck broke down with oil everywhere...edit: and of course they lied about me not having coolant in my reservoir because I checked before it even got towed back there.. and NO IT WAS NOT TWO WEEKS! Coolant is not blackish brown... an oil light was on when it broke down also... I’m not taking any review down. I have 5 children and a GOOD business to run and I have no vehicle ANOTHER EDIT : You still LIED AND SAID I HAD NO COOLANT AND I HAVE WITNESSES WHO SAY OTHERWISE AND DO YOU EVER OWN UP TO ANY MISTAKE??? Ive been here twice now for an oil change. Both times they were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes with no appointment. They are very friendly and affordable. They were upfront about the oil change price would be higher than advertised because of the extra quart of oil my vehicle requires. So no surprises when the bill came. Still under $30. Cant beat that price and service.

My 2 and 8 year old had to sit outside in the heat with high traffic area during the oil change due to them not taking us in because of a mask! Unbelievable and I am a loyal customer I will not be coming any longer as well as my family after this.

My car got an oil change at prime auto 4 months ago where the shop over tightened the oil pan bolt and stripped the aluminum pan. Flash forward to now I recently took my car to a different shop where they found the mistake covered up by prime auto and it cost me $450 dollars. I went back to prime auto just to ask for them to cover the repair bill since they were the last shop to change my oil and caused the damage. After talking to the owner Suzan we were yelled at and told to leave. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and want to warn people to not go to this shop. This is not the way to handle business. After returning to talk again today, the other owner told me to leave as well without even listening to the proof that I had of their mistakes. Don’t trust these people with your vehicles.

Unreal management lack of running the facility many people are social distant and you cannot ask someone to put their kids out in the heat due to not having a mask. Its mandated many people still do not wear them and have health conditions to not wear one and my kids must suffer because there business did not care!!!

Best place for my regular oil changes by far. My a/c went out in my Lexus GL450. I had been informed it would be about $4000.00 to repair since a new compressor was needed. No way could I justify that on a 2004 vehicle. I took my car to Prime Auto. They replaced compressor and repaired a/c AND changed the oil for $1000. Highly recommended!!

Recently went in for a standard tune up on my truck. Reasonable, honest prices, and great service and accommodations during this pandemic.

I had an oil change performed on my car today. They finished the work promptly and they did not try up-sell on fancy oil or radiator flush or any of the other things the other places do. The guy who did the work was quite friendly and professional. Scott is an actual certified mechanic and not an apprentice oil changer. The owners were quite friendly as well and it was pleasure meeting two people who seem to have a sincere interest in providing top notch service. Update: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Its been 9 months since I bought the vehicle. Half of that time its been unusable waiting for repairs. Im at $3000 worth of repairs so far.(Thats not including the repairs jobs still needing done...) ALL were things my mechanic said should have been spotted. So how this got through their inspection and no warning given, I dont understand.I bought a car from from here less than two months ago. Already the exhaust has fallen off, the computer needs reprogramming, and my back tires are Bowing in. My mechanic says it needs suspension or framework. My mechanic told me I got screwed by this place really bad. Avoid this place at all cost.Update: it needed new control bars, sway bar, and exhaust. Im already up to $1,100. Ive had two mechanics tell me now that the job was done poorly when the last repairs where done. Why would I take it back to you guys to fix when you sold me stuff that was falling apart in the first place?

I talked to alleged owner on the phone she seem nice but not very helpful with down payments and payment arrangements. Prime auto comes across as nothing better then your typical auto store they want you to make really high down payments and then high regular payments instead of having affordable cars for working people. These car lots in Omaha are greedy for gain not care is for the customers. I was not impressed I wont tell you not to go there. but I would never go or send my love ones to prime auto.

Im looking for a car and I always look at rating it really tells a lot about people.. So this did help!!Sounds like a good place to have repairs but buying a used car not so much.

The sales people were great to work with-and why wouldnt they be? I was buying a car from them. Unfortunately, just a few days after purchasing a car for almost $5,000, the check engine light came on. I did not trust Prime Auto enough to take it back there, so I took it to the dealer and also had a friend who is a mechanic look at the car, only to find out that it had a misfiring coil and that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The car also needed a new water pump and timing belt. Ive had the problems fixed and the car runs perfectly now. I would have had no way of knowing it wasnt in perfect shape before as I upgraded from a seriously old, totally junk car and anything would have felt like I was driving a Maybach. But these are all things that I feel any reputable car dealer would check out and either fix or tell the consumer about. In fact, there had been work on the car that they told me about when I bought it which made me more confident that it was in good shape. Lesson learned! Im not saying not to buy a car there. they are seriously nice people and are very pleasant to deal with, but take it to a mechanic you trust to have it checked out before you are another $1200+ in the hole like me.

Suspect people who may or may not put used oil in your car.They also tried to charge me $75 to run a diagnostic that Auto Zone does FOR FREE.I think the fact that they run behind every negative review trying to discredit the reviewer speaks volumes for the type of business this is.Prime Auto: Do not call my phone or continue to harass me further on this review.

I was referred to Prime Auto by a friend. I needed a break flush (breaks going to floor) I told the guy my brother did the break work, but did not have proper equipment to perform the flush.The gentleman told me he would not “fix” someone else’s mistakes and was very rude. I dont recommend this place to anyone........

Id probably go there more if the lady who answered the phone was more welcoming and dropped the attitude. Ill find another shop, no ill words against the guys in the shop, but definitely find someone else to handle the phone calls.

Suzan invited us to take the car to a trusted mechanic before making a decision, which we did. In the end, we ended up purchasing the car. This was a decision that felt great for me, and the experience was only made better by Suzan and her father. They seemed to really cared about my decision, and they truly stand by their cars. Never take your vehicle here we had the passenger side wheel bearing replaced at 309.20 for this wheel bearing and said it was replaced. We had gotten an estimate today and the mechanic that done it said we need the right wheel bearing replaced. Mind you Prime Auto said they replaced it. I called out there and the owner said they had. Then why is another mechanic saying it wasnt even touched. If you wanna waste money take it to Prime Auto.Also we left the Shop at about 5:30 pm and my husband got a phone call about 6:30 saying the car was done. We were charged for 2 hours of Labor and were told by the owner that they had done the work.We called the owner today after our estimate work and he told us that they had did the work and that the mechanic at the other shop was wrong. He also stated I run a million dollar business and I am not hurting for money. He also said he has 16 cameras out there and we can come out and he will show us they did the work. The funniest thing is the pins in the tires have not even been taken off. But to the untrained eye looking at the video we still would not know what were looking at. I know your tryingP.S. as to your response, we are talking about work being done, not who owns the car. You are trying to attack me personally and trying to lie and hide the fact the right work was indeed not done. On top of that you are trying to defame the honest mechanic who did my estimate after I had taken the vehicle to your shop. Your receipts state that right front passenger side wheel bearing was replaced. It has not been replaced at all, or you have given me a faulty wheel bearing with all the problems you told me my old wheel bearing had and tried to pass it as new.I also do not see the point of you defaming another busisness or another mechanic. Why would you fault potential customers for getting a second estimate?Also to conclude we will be getting more estimates since you dont trust who we took it to today.Just got off the phone with Prime Auto they want me to take this review down. They told me it was defaming there company. I told her I was not going to take the review down this is a form of bullying and harassment they have called many times to get me to take this review down. It took a week but yes they fixed the problem after calling me and my partner liers and said it was fixed in the first place. Also accused us of not taking it to a replicable place to get a cheaper rate on what need to be fixed. I am tired of the phone calls do u harrasse and bully everyone who leaves a review about your business if u dont like the review. This is America we have Freedom of speech and we can leave reviews its up to the people who decide to read this review or not if they want to bring there vehicle to u guys or not. I have no control over that. We as Americans have choices thank you.I just called out there to tell the owner that the review is staying on and I was not going to take it down. He stated he was going to get attorneys involved. He also stated I was spreading about his company and then he also told me to shut up and listen to him. How can 1 company be scared over 1 review. He kept bring my mother in law up and she was not the one that had the service work done this is not her review or experience it is mine. If this keeps going on I would encourage to speak with your attorneys about our experience the bullying and the harapassment I am not spreading lies about your company Im simply stating facts and that we will never bring any of our vehicles back out there especially a 45 min job we got charged for 2 hours labor they also put a defective part in the vehicle.

I get my oil changed here until now 1991 Geo Prizm. I got it changed the other day and by chance my car wouldnt start either the next day or the day after that after driving a while(turned out to be from a loose battery cable luckily.) But I checked my oil because of that and it was over-filled by a lot. they were closed so I couldnt have them fix it so I had to drain it myself because I was told it could damage it and cause a bad leak if you dont. It turned out to be 2 quarts that I had to take out of the car before it was down to full. They refused to give me a refund and cussed me out and said Shoot me, I call cops when all I said was I just want a refund be cautious going here. Its cheap but they may ruin your car.

In auto maintenance good times and bad, Prime Autos guidance is always on point. I am very grateful to have a hometown garage!
