Paid over 1,800 dollars to have my car serviced here. They were supposed to fix my AC and failed miserably. Furthermore they had my car for a week in my hopes that they would do a good job. WRONG, no working AC not even a day after it came out the shop. For the money I paid and how long they had my car I should have no problems. I work in concrete pouring it, I sure love after working in 100° weather to get in my car thats 110 + °. Dont go here if you want your car serviced or any AAA for that matter

Highly recommended, very polite and professional. My car broke down while traveling cross country and they overnighted the parts to fix it up in a jiffy. They even offered to give me a ride to a hotel once I arrived, above and beyond the service required.

Outstanding service! Was in town visiting my son at college & had my water pump go out on Sunday afternoon as I was leaving town. AAA recommended R & G so I had my truck towed to them. I spoke with Tom at 7 a.m. on Monday morning. As he knew that I was anxious to get back on the road home, he quickly put my truck on the lift, figured out the issue, provided an estimate & called for approval to proceed. He even called back later with an update, as well as to get approval to replace a belt. Very professional, honest, friendly service! This place is honest, offers speedy repairs and doesn’t push repairs on you that you don’t necessarily need. We have a Honda and we’re looking for the equivalent to Honda Exclusive that could work on our Camry. This place was recommended to us and I strongly recommend it to anyone else.

I have a really new car and just moved to Omaha so I hadnt had a need for a car shop, but when looking for one I came across some pretty positive reviews so I decided to give them a try. My tire was leaking and I knew I needed a new air filter and windshield wipers. I had done some research and knew about what those three things should cost so when I dropped my car off I asked for an estimate and the numbers sounded right to me. I got a call about 45 minutes later to let me know that my car was done and sure enough, the price they quoted was what they charged. Im pleased with the service and my car is back to almost brand new. I would recommend based on my experience, but do not have any information on how they handle bigger problems/projects. I do know that I will be coming back should I need more car fixes.

Good honest people. They always price fair and get the job done. One time my brake was squeaky and they checked it but nothing was wrong so they didnt charge me.

Attempted to charge me $1000 to replace an alternator. Outrageous and egregious. Avoid, save your money. Call around its worth it.

I started going to R&G when I moved to Omaha 25 years ago. They are helpful, honest and quick. A woman can go there and be well and honestly treated.

Over charged for breaks and simple fixes. Ended up a shaky motor now because of these people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
