They did great work on my car. Lots of work was done, and came out great!

I was stranded in Omaha during a real cold spell last week and my car wouldn’t stay running. We got it to the shop on a Wednesday night and by Thursday afternoon it was fixed and running smoothly. These guys are mechanical doctors! It even seems to be running better than before I had the trouble. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality & speed of their work. They were so professional and accommodating and I appreciate how fast they took care of me not to mention how friendly they were! Thanks again guys!

These guys are great. I was passing through and lost my parking brake on my 39 foot bus and they were the only shop around willing to diagnose it and quote me. They got me in and diagnosed it for me quickly and were able to solve my problem. Super honest and trustworthy, no BS or excessive charges here.

Just gave my daughter a ride to drop her car off, and they are a very busy establishment! And yet, my daughter got her car back by the end of the work day! Very impressive!

I dealt with the owner Bill on two different occasions. This last issue today I tried to fix myself but wasn’t able to determine exactly why my AC in my 2003 Accord just stopped. I replaced the relay and fuse and took out the air blower motor regulator and went to replace it but the parts store didn’t have it in stock for me to check to see if it would fix the problem. So I left the old one in and took it to Howard’s Auto the next day. He said he moved some cars around and could get right to it. Then he calls me about7 hours later and said he had to handle a personal issue for 3 hours but had my car apart and could fix the blower for $483. I told him fine because I’m not a mechanic and figured replacing any kind of a motor would be more than I should take on.I paid him and he gave me an invoice that said:Blower motor (PM9175) $178.72Labor: $90Blower motor resistor (30-0146) $132.10Labor: $45Shop supplies: $15I was curious as to what these parts looked like since I had already done so much work on it the night before. So I looked them up online and the cost for them were:Blower motor: $40-$46Blower motor resistor (which is the same as the air blower motor regulator that I tried to replace the night before): $10-$15Then I proceeded to check YouTube to see how long it took to replace the motor and it was about 15-30 minutes.Since I had already taken out the resistor/regulator I knew that took 10 minutes.So what would have cost me approximately $60 and less than an hour of work if I did it my self...ended up costing me $483.63 because I trusted this place not to screw me over.It’s my fault for trusting a mechanic and not having faith in what I can do myself. Not trying to make excuses for my mistake. Just want people to be aware.That $400+ could have been used to help me as a single mother take care of my 16yr old son. JS

Ive never had good luck going to shops in Omaha. I have never had someone actually care like Howards auto did. He went above and beyond just to get me in, and then he went about it in the most fair cost efficient way of trying to solve my problem . Ive finally found a place I trust and will definitely be coming back. Thank you sooo much.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain what they are doing and make it understood. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. Father and son are both trustworthy and honest. Very highly recommended.

These guys are great! My car was leaking oil and they got me in right away. They fixed the problem and power washed my whole car at an extremely reasonable price. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have used Bill & his son for years to do all my car repairs. They are HONEST, friendly and reliable. They will, on rare occasions, pickup and deliver my car to my door. Very convenient.
