Elite is exceptional. They always try their best to get us in, as well as, give spot on time estimates. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. We moved to the area and have brought our cars there 4 times now for different reasons. Each time we are met with friendly people and professional service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I needed my power steering rack replaced on my vehicle. I took it to a dealership that quoted me at $3,500 and decided to call around and see what other places would quote me at. I was recommended these guys from another mechanic actually and I’m very glad I went with them! They were able to do the same repair for way cheaper than the dealership would’ve. There were some issues with parts coming in and not working and waiting around for a programmer to come and finish the job but these were all things out of their control so there is no point in being upset about it and they were very good at explaining what was going on and what stage they were at in the process. Overall I’m very happy with the service they provided me and I will be coming here for all my car needs. Jim is very kind and straightforward but doesn’t talk down to you when you don’t know a lot about cars (me) so I’m looking forward to working with him in the future!

I was a first time client i send my wife on a Tuesday to have them check my muffler because the exhaust pipe was broken so the guy name andy told her my car needed a brand new muffler but then he finds out my car uses special muffler that costs $400 pluss the labor and everything included total of $608.00 but instead andy told my wife that he was going to charge us $550.00 aparently he ordered the muffler and it was going to arrive by friday which i was going to drop off my car on Friday after work so they can start working on my car first thing on Saturday morning, i called friday morning i spoke with the store manager Jim to verify if they had my new muffler he said no not yet but we should receive it by the afternoon, then I told him about the quote that hes employee andy gave us he said that no andy did not tell me anything about the pricehe gave you and before he adjusts a price like that he needs to run it through me first, im like ok whatever let me know if the muffler arrives so that way we go as we planned, he said ok, it was 3:30pm and still the jim store manager hasnt called me so i had to call him again and see what was going on, and now he tells me that store that his employee andy called they never received that order so he was trying to get me another muffler from another store before the end of the day, im like wow really are you serious so he said hell call me before they close at 5:30pm which i already knew that he wasnt going to call me and thats exactly what happened he never call me to notify me about my muffler and even if he had another plan for me. Jim the store manager did absolutely nothing for my situation which they had already screwed up entirely completely irresponsible unprofessional of him for a first time customer I will not suggest this place at all for nobody i will suggest house of mufflers. I will say it again JIM as a the store manager DID NOTHING AT ALL for this situation. They do Not even deserve a star completely unprofessional of him.

Normally I do my own work on my vehicles but in this instance I didn’t have time so I took my vehicle here after a friend recommended. I told them I thought clutch was going out and I had a wobble in my front driver tire when taking a curve around 65mph, they called me back the day after dropping my vehicle off saying it was the clutch and it needs replaced. They gave me the price and I said go ahead. Spoke to them on the phone 6 different times over the course of the work being performed. When I finally went to pick the car up after paying they said “oh by the way your driveshaft is bad” why didn’t they mention this one of the times I spoke with them on the phone. Get the car back and I can feel the drive shaft is bad which wasn’t there before, I still get the wobble in the driver front tire when going around curves and my vehicle now makes a scratching sound when starting. I googled the part number provided on the invoice for the parts they installed and found out google priced it at $300 they charged me over $1300 for the exact same part. Very unhappy, will not be returning and would recommend finding a different shop.

I needed to have a repair done on my vehicle from a previous service. There was no issue in getting it fixed. Shop manager Jim and owner Mike made sure the repair was complete. Clean shop and courteous employees. Very fair prices.

Had my car in for a tire alignment and when I got it back not only was the windshield cracked and there was a loud knock on the driver side steering, but the alignment seemed worse. And I couldn’t even get back $350 back. I wouldn’t recommend.

Chris Fife provided excellent service, he and the mechanics that did the work are professionals and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and on top of that found a way to get it done for less than the original estimate and even fixed something else as well. They had it done on time also.I highly recommend Elite Auto Service.

Very friendly and upfront, but the full exhaust work they did, leaks in 2 spots and vibrates pretty bad. They put exhaust puddy on the leak. But that didnt last long, and cant fix the bad rattling.

They repaired my sons older vehicle that most people dont want to work on because it is a beater. Mike is knowledgeable, honest and sincere. They earned a loyal customer for life.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Jim is a snake and wouldn’t trust him with a 10 foot pole. If you want to take your car back 5 to 10 times to be fixed correctly then I would recommend.

I received a coupon for a front end alignment on the back of my Bakers grocery receipt. I had just replaced every component on my suspension and put new tires all around.First off, a 100% tight suspension and stearing system is an illusive ghost, so mine is as tight as it gets.The Elite manager puts my truck on the rack and comes back saying my drivers side tie rod is loose and has the estimate already printed out when he tells me. I declined and he wouldnt service my vehicle.I get my truck home, check it and the suspension is tighter than on any vehicle I have ever owned.This company is a scam and just wants to get you in so they throw parts at you to make profit.I would not recommend.

Prices were a bit much and the people didnt seem knowledgeable of my situation.. they were nice people but I received the help I was looking for from their neighbors to the South..
