Baxter Body shop is the only place I take my Jeep for body work. Unfortunately my new Jeep was in a hail storm but they did a great job with paint less dent removal. My neighbor backed into my Jeep last week, so it is back out at Baxter getting fixed. I’m very happy to have them in a stressful time because my truck will look perfect when I get it back. Byers is the best too, he is such a wonderful person.

Would definitely recommend baxter auto body. I needed a new windshield and calibration, staff were very accommodating, professional and courteous. Ammenities were very clean. Service was quicker than expected. Thank you baxter! And pricing was very fair and competitive.

If I could give more stars I would! Byers was who helped handle my claim after I was rear ended. He was realistic and informative. He did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the repair.Also, the receptionist was so sweet to my daughter. She gave her a snack and put on cartoons. However, we were out of there before she could finish her granola bar.Would highly recommend this place!

I took my Cadillac to this body shop with extensive hail damage. I have never experienced the level of professionalism, consistency, and prompt communication as I have with Baxter auto Body and the manager, Byers Fleming. He has made what is usually a very frustrating process, into something that has been as stress free as possible. They have won my business for as long as I’m in Omaha.

The did a quality job on my tailgate except for one thing I opened tonight and the switch for the lift gate indicates it is open and I can not shut off my dome lights or use the remote start. It cold outside baby and having all my systems circumvented over a switch socks.

They have the best customer service I have ever encountered with any other company. I had an appointment at 7:30 and my rental car was not going to be available until the following day. The front desk woman took the extra initiative to call enterprise and make a car available. I was VERY appreciative and will continue business with this company. Highly recommend. Great experience!

When I stopped in at the Baxter Auto Body shop with a lot of hail damage Byers took a look at my car and put me at ease by telling me the auto body shop could work miracles and he was right..they made my car look better than new! Byers kept me up- to -date on the progress they were making on my car and even had the interior cleaned. Baxter Auto did an impeccable job on my vehicle. I was rear ended and needed a decent amount of repair work. It only took them 6 business days to complete - which I found impressive. Not only that, they completely detailed the inside of my car (and washed the outside) before returning it to me - I was not expecting that and was very grateful!Id also like to give a shout out to the front desk employee. I showed up at 4:30 to pick up my car (they are open till 5:30) and she was heading out the door to leave for the day. She turned right back around and helped me. She didnt act annoyed and was very helpful - which really showed me how much Baxter Auto cares for their customers. Ill definitely be recommending their services!

I can’t say enough positive things about the service and treatment I received from Baxter auto body. Steve was fantastic through the entire process, even helping me navigate the insurance process after another driver side swiped me. There were some surprises along the way and Baxter went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even personally covered my rental car for a week because of some unexpected events. My vehicle came back looking spectacular - there is a reason why dealerships trust them. I’ve had some not so great experiences in the past and I can honestly say I found someone I can trust for my vehicles from now on. The quality of workmanship and customer service is second to none. I can’t thank Steve and the rest of the Baxter team enough.

I bought a new ram and went to baxter for a simple oil change. When I got home and hour or two after the change I checked the oil. It was an inch over on my dipstick. Called baxter they asked me to come back because they didnt want to send some one out to my home to drain and change the oil again. And then advised me to drain the excess oil. And come in in the morning. I draind a quart and some out before I was at the correct level on the dipstick. In the morning was told that they would not refund me for thier poor service. Because I drained the oil and didnt drive my vehicle back to the dealership and further the damage to my vehicle. Baxter is completely incompetent. And I will never use a service from them again.

I love this place! They did a fantastic job with repairing my car after someone hit it in a parking lot. It took less time than I expected it to be done. Actually, it was right on time for the number of days they promised but I was skeptical that it would take that little of time.My car came back to me in beautiful condition, cleaned inside and out, and full up on gas. They even arranged for my rental car to be picked up for me so that I didnt have a hassle of doing it myself.I would highly recommend them. They really took care of me from front desk service, to completion. Great job, all!

So far so good, deer hit my truck Friday. Got an estimate today and will drop the truck off next Tuesday. So far they have been very pleasant to work with. We will follow up with details as the process begins. Bought my truck at Baxter in June and have had good conversations with all involved with the purchase so with that said I am hoping the good customer service continues.

Very poor customer service. My car was towed here after an accident as it was the closest shop. I had to tell them 5 times that I was verbally releasing my car to my insurance company for an estimate.They blamed it on not knowing any information at the car was dropped off (called Monday morning and told them everything), not having enough staff there to talk to the insurance company (what?), and me not telling them that it could be released (5 times wasnt enough?)When my insurance company called the second day they told them my car wasnt there any longer and they didnt know where it went. 3 hours and many phone calls later they realized that it had never left and they misplaced the file on accident.The best part was when they called the 5th time asking if I would verbally release it to my insurance they asked if it would be coming back for repairs if it wasnt totaled. Lol. I started laughing and asked if they were serious.

I took my vehicle in for repairs after being in an auto accident. I purchased my Jeep from Baxter and felt they were the best qualified to get it repaired and looking like new. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Iwanski and he was great from the time I brought my Jeep in for estimates until the repairs were completed. He even dealt with the insurance company and meeting their numerous requests, since Baxter Auto Body was not an approved body shop by the insurance company of the person liable for the damages. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend getting in touch with Tyler for your Auto Body needs.

I am not happy with the turn out of my truck. They left compound all over my truck and over sprayed. There is sand starches all over my box side and also it was suppose to be a 2 day job which turn into a four day job for something very minor.

Took my 2018 Subaru WRX to them for a really bad door ding. Spoke with James Harris. He kept me posted the whole time it was in the shop, worked with my insurance, and got it done well before the dead line he had originally told me. Car looks great they even vacumed and detailed the outside! Thanks guys and great work!

My car was towed here after being hit with some construction debris. I was told it was be $25-75 and it would take a week and a half MAYBE two at max. Three weeks later I still don’t have a car, the price has gone up to over $2000 and the guy I worked with said he would call and update me as the process goes on. I myself have had to call to ask about progress, when I could expect my car, what’s taking so long. Everything. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I really hope Michelle doesnt work there anymore and thats the reason why she never called me back to schedule my appointment. If you are still there, Michelle, you should be fired! I even emailed and left you voicemails. Youre a terrible employee. Oh and dont ever get the 3-n-1 package with your vehicle purchase. Nothing is ever covered. I ended up cancelling it after having it for a year.

I took my car in to Baxter Auto Body the first week of August for an appraisal of damage done by a rock hitting my vehicle. Michelle provided a quote, and I followed up with her with a quote from an estimator that was sent out by my insurance company. It was very clear what needed to be done - it wasnt a huge job. In the end it was around $2,500 total.I made an appointment to bring my car back in November, as I was still able to drive it. I dropped it off November 5. I didnt get my car back until November 28 because all of the parts that were estimated for repair werent ordered. On the very last day (11/27), I was offered a rental car. That was almost insulting. It took over three weeks for a $2,500 repair.I wont be using Baxter Auto Body again, and likely wont be purchasing any more vehicles from Baxter. Im sorry that I have two cars from Baxter in my garage right now because of the way this was handled. Ill be letting my friends and colleagues know as well.Edit: Turns out they didnt complete the job. My drivers side headlight was still out and my washer reservoir is hooked up so that when I go to wash my windshield, it shoots on the rear glass only, using the front windshield controls.

Absolutely trash service and workmanship. Took over 5 weeks to repair a minor front end collision (could have been al lot worse damage) and the customer service guy, Steve, told me it was my problem because I didnt have a scheduled repair. Well, I didnt know people scheduled wrecks nowadays! The vehicle wasnt drivable so had no choice but to send it to a body shop. Wrong choice! Biggest mistake EVER. Then our customer service rep let us choose some of the replacement parts and one is defective and now thats my fault too, apparently, because its not covered under their warranty and they wont stand behind their work/product. Worst body shop ever. We wont even buy a car from a Baxter affiliated dealerships either. Horrible ethics!

This is a add on that I posted to the wrong location and want to make it right with the Bellevue location. They are fine folks.Good variety of vehicles lots of choices and make sure that you check what your trade-in is prior to going in on the Blue Book so you have a little Leverage. The vehicle I purchased with cash was satisfactory and I enjoy driving it so overall its been a very good deal. I do feel they got me on my trade its. I know I could have gotten more at a different dealership. But, I got all flustered, paid for the Cherokee in full and ended up paying almost the sticker price. I sure hope that extended warranty they talked me into is worth the paper its written on. The 2 extras that come with the veh. is the radio which has a yearly fee and Connect which remote starts the veh. locks and unlock the veh. also has a high yearly fee too and it does not even have a map on the radio control. I still have to use my own phone to travel and my dash cam to record out the front. It does have a back up camera that is nice. Last time I will be going back, done with that experience. As a disabled vet, money does not come easy, so it better last a very long time. Make sure you check before you sign. I could have bought a auto start and a nice radio for the fees they want.Very poor communication between departments but overall they have a lot of vehicles to choose from. I feel they ripped me off on my 2 veh. trade its, pretty sure of that. Then I was talked into this expensive extended warranty that is suppose to cover a lot of items after the manufacturer warranty runs out. The radio and the connect both have yearly contracts. If you dont purchase them you can auto start your car, unlock the doors and the radio goes to a standard stereo. Both subscriptions are pretty high for a disabled vet. to have to pay. Ended up with the trade its paying as much as the sticker price. Paid it off on sight too. I wont be going back to the dealership or the body shop. I was so stressed out by the time it was all said and done, I just wish I would have went and looked around at other dealerships. I do like the Jeep Cherokee Limited, it drives nice and is good on wet roads. But I have to say at 60 years old and purchasing many autos you would think I would know better, but I have to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a veh. It was also a veh. they must have used for test drives and had quiet a few miles on it. I thought I got the pull over hard top for the back with the deal, oh no they say later. You have to purchase that. It didnt even have the packet in the back with the bag and clips. SO have it all together better than I did and write it down. I did not get what I really wanted.

I would NEVER suggest anyone to go there this is why. I went there. I scheduled my appointment. I live an hour away. I finally get after I find the place a GIRL comes out and says are you ready? Has an attitude smacking her gum...... Okay we go out to my car she stops and says did you already get it fixed? I said ummmmmm NO thats why Im here. She looked at me confused. I looked at her and said its not accident related its hail damage. She said oh.. Then she walks and I said are not going to use a black light? She said whats that? Thats when I knew for sure. I was in the wrong place and I needed to leave. I requested a sgop manager to look at it at that point and she got mad. Her name was Michelle Carroll. So she went and got ASSISTANT MANAGER BYERS FLEMING which was even worse!!!!!!! He told me the waiting room in front of people mam you will notice things on your car that wasnt there before the storm!!!! He even REFUSED to put any damage from debri that been flying around that night that damage to my new car too. We had ping pong size hail in Glenwood Ia and 100 mph wind. He said he would not do the estimate with the debri that caused the rest of the damage. He only did my hail damage. What a idiot!!!!!!!!!!! Hail storm with flying debri you should always include ALL the damage the storm caused to the new car. I looked at him and all I could do is bite my tongue and say look Im a nurse and its not in my head I requested my car back. Byers had my car on a lift in the shop and had her get it off the lift she parked it just off the lift and I had to drive it the rest of the way out of the garage!!!!!#!!! Insurance says people are not even allowed in shop area. They were bringing other peoples cars to the front door but mine??????????
