I had bought a dump truck from Hatcher that I should not had too put over $ 9,000 in to bring it up to DOT standard for it to be put on the road to be working as a working dump truck and also it took them over 30+ days for them to get my title for the truck.I would not recommend to anyone to buy a truck or anything from them, because they say that tires were all in good shape and the tires were not.I had only came over 1 time to look at the truck and I didnt drive the truck off the lot for a test drive and there was a $3,000 allotment for the tires , so dont say that I came back a second day to buy the truck

I feel I have to share this to anyone who happens to break down in Omaha Nebraska....dont go to Hachers, we initially took the truck in back in September for a oil leak that took us off the road for 20 days and $9,500 dollars later besides lost revenue and hotel expenses we realized they didnt fix the problem. We went back in November for them to honor their warranty only to have them replace another part that cost another $3,000 and a week of the road only to find out three days later it was still leaking!!! Once we are told to bring it back and needless to say they refused to address the issue and honor their warranty!!! Two days $300 later we are leaving still leaking oil. I only say this so no one else does not go through the same financial and frustration we feel do to their lack of professionalism and incompetence in fixing our truck

My truck was wrecked back in December Hallet auto body sent my truck here for repairs. My truck was in percent condition before the wreck. The wreck happend on the drivers side front tire and messed up my entire front end they did minimal repairs just to get it able to get into the shop for body work. I took it back because the steering was off and the truck was pulling hard to the right. They told me it was tie rod and tie rod ends, but they had already replaced that the first time it was there. They put another set of tie rod and tie rod ends on and the same problem was still happening, so I took it back to them and they said” it wasn’t the tie rods it was a balljoint on the front axle they missed” charged me another 750. The first bill was somehow 3600 and wasn’t fixed correct. So now I’m 4350 into it. I got it back after the balljoint on the front axle was replaced and my tire was leaning in a bit STILL. The steering was somehow pulling to the left now. I called and left multiple voicemails on how unsatisfied I was with the work and I wanted them to make it right. How do I still have front end problems 4300$ later? Seems like they don’t know what they are doing and have no intent to make it right. I brought up the problem with Juan in store on how I’ve brought it back multiple times and it’s still not fixed and his response was” we could’ve missed something looking over it” I own a landscape company, if I miss a couple blocks on a retaining wall and the customer calls me, I don’t charge them to put the blocks on that I missed. Ridiculously unsatisfied with HMS. It is almost like they are getting to big for there means and not remembering or caring about there customers. I could’ve had the ENTIRE front end rebuilt for 4400$. I would have zero problem with HMS if they were even willing to work something out with me to make it right. I and highly disappointed in this business and highly Do not recommend HMS for anything more then a oil change. What is wrong with today’s business, just worried about there money. Nothing else!!! I intend on taking them to small claims court for this!

We were referred to Hatcher Trucking by AC Nelson last year when our 1994 Gulf Stream needed maintenance and repair. Gary in their service department was amazing! He gave us a list of all of the repairs that he would recommend having done and then prioritized them for safety. We did the high priority items and then headed to Florida with our grand-kids. When we got there, the RV wouldnt start. I called Gary and he referred me out to some shops in Orlando. He even got on the web to help me search when we were unable to find anyone to fix a 32 unit. It ended up being the distributor cap that had failed.This year, we took it in again for an oil change and some other minor maintenance issues. It was Juan at the new shop who was our contact this time and the experience was equally amazing. Juan helped us get the bill down to a doable amount to accomplish the items that really needed to be fixed before our road trip. We had a wonderful trip driving over 3600 miles in 6 days with no issues at all!I could go on and on but let it suffice to say that they know how to take care of their customers @HatcherMobileServices ! They have definitely earned a customer for life in me.

Excellent Service. I was interested in purchasing a customized vintage vehicle with Diesel engine, so I called around at 4:30 pm on a Friday for a place to do a pre-purchase inspection. Most places were closing for the weekend or didn’t seem very interested in helping me. Gary got me an appointment for 8:30 the next morning, had a very thorough inspection done in less than an hour, and charged a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal first time experience. Although I had relatively minor issues with my Volvo 670, they were able to get me in same day and once in the shop in and out within about 2 hours. And to top it off, all the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would call that a win. I definitely recommend Hatcher to anyone needing a good mechanic in the area. Do not use. Had truck issues. Told them was either trans or drive line, my opinion. They tell me can repair me. Come to me, look at truck. Touch the drive line and tells me cant help me. Tells me its the transmission. Guaranteed was the transmission....then proceeds to charge me $450 for the service call in which took no more than 5 min with absolutely nothing done. I complain and he lowered it to $300. Service call and labor. What darn labor!! Serious. Turns out was power divider. NOT THE TRANSMISSION.

Excellent customer service, expert diagnostics, and total customer satisfaction emphasized here! Had my truck (Ford pick-up) repaired, but the replaced part failed when I came to pick it up. They kept it overnight and replaced the part with a higher quality part and there was no charge beyond the original repair. They even did some rewiring for me (fixed my rear driving lights) for no extra charge, and I had a full tank of gas when I got the truck back (only had 5 gallons in it when I dropped it off). Definitely will return here if I need any future work!

These guys are awesome. I was 6 hours from home. I had to get towed there on a Saturday afternoon about closing time & they got me in, repaired & back on the road in a couple hours. Quality guys & quality service. Nice work!

We were so blessed to have found this place! Our RV broke down (we are from Wichita, KS) on a Saturday and they got us in and had us back on the road in 45 minutes. Had they not been there, we would have been stranded on the highway, as our drive shaft U-joint had gone out. They were so nice and treated us more than fair. Their experience was very evident and I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them

Truck had a brake chamber issue in Blair Ne; they were there quick and fixed the issue. The next day the new part developed an issue and they fixed it no charge. They really stand behind their work....will continue to use Hatcher Mobile Services.

This place is an absolute joke. Called on Monday to get my motor home in, told the service manager Gary I needed it by the weekend, he said no problem, bring it on out, well get it in and get it looked at. Drove it clear across town, dropped it off Monday night. Heard nothing Tuesday, or Wednesday, called out Wednesday night, and got a hold of the shop assistant, who said she would check on the status, and get right back to me. Again, no phone call. Called again Thursday, again Gary was unreachable, shop assistant again said she would find out and get back to me, and this time did return my call to tell me they hadnt even got it in the door. So now, I have 2 wasted trips across town, a motor home I am suppose to use this weekend that is not fixed, and am scrambling to get it looked at elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. Its an absolute Joke!! Wish they allowed zero stars!In responseI stated I needed it Thursday night. We were leaving Friday. If they were so simple, why was it there for 2 full days, plus 3 hours of the 3rd morning before it was even pulled in? Dont offer what you cant deliver. Period. Ive been around shops and customers my whole life. This isnt a reputable way to do business.And then, I received threatening messages in my Facebook messenger from the service manager. Real classy place right here. Wish I could attach the screenshot for all to see

Awesome people to work with. I was stuck from out of town and they let me camp out in their parking lot and got me right in first thing in the morning. Not only did they fix my diesel, they kept my dog entertained and informed me of what they were doing and explained how the parts worked, why they were not working and fixed my truck. I almost feel out when they told me how much my bill was!! I was expecting well over a thousand dollars but it wasnt even close!! AND they did not charge me for the awesome coffee. I would give them a ten Star +!!!!

My truck would not start last Sunday evening after a job I did. I had Arrow tow it to Hatcher Mobile Services. During the week I called from time to time to check on the status of my truck (Mon-Thur) and was told by the receptionist she thought it was in the shop being looked at by a tech. On Thursday I called and was told it was being looked at and I would be called back within one hour to let me know what was going on (it was around 1pm). No call ever came. I drove up to Hatcher about 3pm and looked around... my truck was not in the shop. I went to the service desk and they finally admitted they had not looked at it all week and were booked 1 1/2 weeks solid when my truck was towed there. I asked why they did not tell me they were booked that far in advance so I could take it elsewhere and and received no response. The place was busy and I believe they simply repair whatever pays the most at any given point in time while making a practice of telling customers like myself they are looking at my truck - when they obviously are not. So, I called Arrow trucking and had my truck towed once again to another repair facility that assured me they could get it repair the next morning - this cost me 2x towing price (Arrow gave me a bit of a break on the 2nd tow given the circumstances which I appreciated - thank you Arrow Towing!) I was just glad to get my truck out of Hatcher and will never go back again for repairs of any kind. When I left they seemed not to care about losing my business, didnt apologize for anything that transpired... apparently they are so busy people like me simply dont matter, at least that is my perception.

They do very good work but sometimes takes a while to get in as they are almost always busy. They are a little higher in price but they do the repairs right the first time and stand behind their work.

They usually do a great job and we have been very satisfied through the years. There was only one time when we left our vehicle with them for almost a week and they did not fix it till the last minute which caused them to rush and unfortunately, all the issues were not fully addressed that time.

Ive taken my motorhome to Hatcher several times. Theyve always done excellent work and finish about when they estimate they will. They can also get me in fairly quickly when I call.

This is the 2nd time Ive used Hatchers and am completely satisfied with all their services. This last time I had spent $4000 trying to fix an issue I had been having. I called them up, described my issue and they knew exactly what it was. Got the truck in and was out very quickly with my issue fixed and at a fraction of what I have already spent. If youre anywhere near the Omaha/Council Bluffs area and need repairs, call Hatchers.P.S. Im a picky A**H***.

Great company to do business with. We have been taking our trucks here for a couple years now. Always happy with the work.

They had my truck for 2 weeks for an oil pan gasket leak that I told them I thought it was when I brought it in. They replaced the oil filter housing because they swore they saw it leaking there and guaranteed thiswould fix my massive oil leak. Over 5000.00 for that and it didnt slow the leak down. Then they said the shop that had just replaced my fuel pump didnt seal it right and took it out and resealed it for 600 bucks. The leak was worse after that. I went off on the shop supervisor Gary because he lied to my face. At that point the owner Jason got the truck in and had another tech look at it. That tech determined the fuel pump housing they just resealed was leaking and the oil pan gasket needed replaced. They replaced the oil pan gasket and rubbed sealant all over the area on the pump that was leaking and it stopped the leaks for a week or two then the oil pump started leaking again. A month or so later I had a dealership technician redo the pump and now it doesnt leak. He stated with pictures that the sealant used at hatchers didnt seal or set up properly. Jason did refund me 1200 after the 3rd time for coolant hoses they replaced without my permission after I threatened to contact the attorney general and BBB but he said I authorized the other work ( I didnt) and refused to give anymore. If you use this shop take pictures before during and after the repairs so you can prove anything done wrong. Steven Sandgren

We broke down in the Pier One parking lot in Omaha - called the Good Sams club and they found Hatcher Mobile Services for us, and Joe was dispatched. Within 1 minute he found the problem, a few minutes later he had the old unit out and was off to his shop to get us a new one, 1/2 later it was installed and still no go - got into the engine itself and found the additional wiring problem and fixed it. Bench tested the old starter to make sure that was also the problem and it was - so we had 2 problems and within 1.5 hours we were fixed and back on the road. THANK YOU JOE!!

If i could give them less stars i would, These people are liars, crooks and they are out there to get you...Avoid this place at all cost...and if you do have to use them make sure you get an estimate before they start working on your truck...I am really curious how they got this many positive reviews...
