This was my first time at this Honda dealership for service on my car! The reviews on Carfax and Google prompted me for service here. I loved the service I received from Josh in the service department. I felt taken care of and I was in and out within the hour of arrival. I will be back for the services my car requires!

Quick, easy, and great service! The price they originally quoted me is what it ended up being in the end (I’ve had a few other places not be so consistent). Every person that helped me there was kind, and answered any question that I had and made sure I understood. The shuttle driver was a lovely man who I enjoyed talking to both to and from my apartment. Overall, fantastic service, and I’ll definitely be taking my car here any time it needs a tune up! Everyone I worked with here was amazing. I bought a used car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and told me a great deal about it prior to the test drive. He also sat and chatted with me while I waited to see the financing guy. The financing guy was super nice and I felt he did a good job explaining everything and answering all my questions. It was also pretty quick compared to other car buying experiences Ive had. All in all, this was by far the most comfortable, valued, and satisfied Ive ever felt buying a car.

I would like to start off by saying I very rarely leave reviews online. This time I feel it’s a must to worn people. I love the car I purchased and the entire process was not bad really. No overly pushy salesman and he was very truthful in the process.Now when it came to the paperwork they pulled a fast one and lied to me about what they were paying me for my trade. I was to trusting and didn’t look close enough because it was late in the day (my fault definitely). I was looking over everything when I went to plate my new car and realized what they pulled on me. I called multiple times just to get an explanation or some truth out of them with no call backs at all.There’s nothing I can do because I signed the paperwork and agreed to it all. So I’ll enjoy my car and the lesson not to trust even the nicest acting sales people because they will probably take some cash out of your pocket.

VERY VERY SATISFIED. Aric Curtice came in on his day off to make a deal happen. Things kind of went south due to personal financing. He went above and beyond and we agreed to a cash deal. May 17 2021purchased white 2018 KIA Soul for cash. Was told title would be mailed. Three months later, numerous calls & official complaint with NE Licensing Board no title, which was in Maryland. At no time did Superior Honda call to update me or apologize for my inconvenience. They had to give me a loner car, but it was constant worry when this was going to end. Aug. 11 they bought the car back. It is illegal to sell a car without a title available, but apparently its often done.

We recently purchased a 2018 Honda accord touring 2.0 automatic. Alan Arthur was extremely professional from the day we arrived on the lot and could tell he truly cared. Took the time to answer any questions we had, and helped us find the car we were looking for, while offering just the right amount of feedback and suggestions. Also we never once felt rushed and no pressure at all, which is very rare anymore. He was extremely honest and genuine throughout the entire process, truly appreciate all he did for us to make new car purchase the best it could be. My wife and I came in to look for new vehicles, and we were met with nothing but amazing customer service while we were here. Eli was our salesman and he was very respectful, and attentive to our needs. He never tried to push us into a sale, or try to sell us up a vehicle. He spent hours with us, and never seem frustrated that we tried multiple vehicles, or asked hundreds of questions. We were also very happy with Honda’s discounts for recent graduates, and recently discharged veterans.I wasn’t sold on Honda initially, and planned on another getting another brand. After spending a few hours with Eli, I decided to go with Honda as well. The entire time I thought to myself that the people who were helping us were only being nice in order to push a vehicle, but after seeing how Eli and the other acted after we had already signed, I knew that these were good people. I recommend Eli to anyone who wants someone who listens and care about their needs, and provides his humor along the way.

I got new tires for my civic and they forgot to put the valve cap for my tire. Im disappointed, I drove all day without it.I also bought a Honda Pilot from them, they dont give great deals compare to Toyota.You have to be a Honda fan to love this place.

Called service department to schedule an appointment. They could not accommodate for over 2 weeks. Talked with a service advisor (Josh) that said its safe to drive with all service lights on ( ABS, VSA, Power Steering, etc) because the check engine light is not on. The service department has always been suspect but this is the last time I will be contacting them.

While the service center gets the job done with mechanic work they can tend to be inconsiderate.Don’t bother paying the fee to get your car vacuumed. They skipped out on that when I paid.At the start of covid they offered to sanitize the steering wheel. I used a Clorox wipe after I got my car and it wasn’t clean.The last time I picked it up there was an empty Mountain Dew bottle in my car that was from them.It makes me regret the packages I bought when I got my car.

I bought a used car from Superior Honda about 3 years ago and will not be going back when I decide to look for a different vehicle. I was missing a button from my dash (child lock for doors) and was told by my salesperson, Aric Curtis, that it would only take a few weeks to come in. I kept in constant contact with him and long story short I never received that said button. Something I recently found out about was that the spare key to my car was broken. The key was taped to a card with the vehicles info on it. I was never informed that the vehicle came with a broken spare key. I kept that spare key in a safe until it was needed. The original key being used broke, hence how I found out about this. It costs around $500 to fix both of the keys to my car.

Supervisor Honda allows some very shady characters from KELLYS DETAIL SHOP ON N. 30TH STREET IN OMAHA touch, drive & detail their vehicles. Richard Kelly (owner) knows that his right hand man John Roddy sells crack cocaine out of their vehicles all day everyday (Ive witnessed this time and again as an employee myself) and the owner gets/allows people who has no valid drivers license shuttle Superior Hondas cars back and forth from 144th to N. 30th Street. And the married owners girlfriend came to the detail shop where a verbal argument turned physical between Richard and his girlfriend that resulted in the girlfriend taking a bat to 2 of the owners vehicles AND several of Richards illegal employees had to intervene and physically restrain the girlfriend from smashing up vehicles belonging to Superior Honda (December 10, 2020). Everybody CHECK YOUR NEW VEHICLES new and pre-owned because you may just going some drugs hidden insifey. The proper authorities have been notified of the Roddy selling drugs in 2 different elementary school zones and Superior Honda was also notified or given the heads up recently so they have a chance to clean house before their name and reputation is tarnished in the upcoming federal dope case trial that is soon to come.

I had been leasing a Honda civic hatchback already when I decided to upgrade to a Honda Accord 2020. I had an accident on the interstate and had to have my car towed to the Honda dealer. It was late, so wasnt able to make any appointment before taking it there. The next morning I called and explained that I was traveling for business and the car broke down and I was 4 plus hours from home and needed to get the car fixed to head back Friday night. I know it was a Friday and Im sure its not easy fitting last minute appointments in, but I didnt have much of a choice and was really hoping they could help. Sadly, that wasnt the case and I got no help from them. I called another dealer and they told me they were busy, but would at least look at it and see what they could do. They had the car fixed by 4 and I was able to make it home. Ive owned numerous Honda vehicles in my life and had great dealings with every Honda dealer. This place was an extreme disappointment and I would not recommend to others. Its the little things that set great companies apart from their competition. This place wasnt willing to be that.

Saw positive reviews. Hmm. I have been thinking of a Honda HR-V for over a year. I was focused and ready to look. We went last Sat. We saw a sales guy and he kept walking us to the inside of the building. We told him three times we wanted to look at the car live. So, he walked us a few steps back, pointed down to the very end of the dealership and said you can go find them and look at them -- Ill find a salesman. We walked and walked and did find the ones we liked ... we saw him later parking a car . . . but we never heard from him again or a salesman. We left after 20 minutes. We liked the cars but couldnt get help. Was he annoyed we didnt go in the building? Was he tired? I dont want to figure this out. I dont think Ill go back.

I went into the dealership looking at the Honda civics which are awesome rigs however I was really looking to up my class on a new vehicle since the last car I had was a 2008 civic. So I asked the salesman the civics are nice but what is the next step up maybe leather, sun roof, and any hybrids? and of course they had one right in front of their main doors 2015 Honda accord hybrid with leather and a sun roof. After leasing a vehicle at another dealership earlier this year, Juan Munoz at Superior Honda was able to help us out when the other dealership wasn’t giving us any options. We are expecting twins and the Rogue we had previously leased wasn’t going to accommodate our growing family. Finding Juan was a God send! He was able to help us out of our lease with the other unhelpful dealership and get us into a 2019 Odyssey with every feature that will make traveling with 2 infants MUCH EASIER! Went with my friend so he could buy a new car from this dealer. We traveled from Sioux City because they had a car that he liked. We went with an intent to buy but spent the whole day at the dealer from 11-7. I didn’t expect the car buying process would take that long. Our sales guy was pretty nice, but he didn’t seem to adamant on trying to sell us the car. Plus one thing I felt was kind of shady is from the Financial department. My friend initially got approved for a certain APR, and they actually offered him a lower APR, but the only way they would do that for him is if he signed up for their extra dealer warranties.(GAP, extended power train, & car electronics warranty) I get they make extra money, and they are apart of their “sales tactics”, but if you can save someone some money, please do instead of trying to haggle them out of extra money.All in all, the reason for the two stars is for the entire sales process. The car on the other hand is great. Honda’s are the best you can purchase.But when I’m ready for my next Honda I’ll do some checking at my local Honda dealer. Vern Eide of Sioux City.

Bought a 99 Toyota Solara from here almost a year ago and couldnt be happier with the purchase. For an almost 21 year old car, shes in amazing shape. Running strong, has never died on me, and all repairs Ive made have been minor and easy fixes. The man who showed me the car, Abdul, was very nice and informative. He was patient and I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase until I was sure it was the one. Got it for a steal and Im sure itll retain its value through the years. He checked in with me regularly but not too often to see if I was still in the market. After witnessing this careless behavior, I left and gave my business, buying two cars from Baxter (where every employee had a mask on and there was hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere) just hours after leaving Superior. Chuck did a great job communicating with me via email prior to my arrival at the dealership. He had a lot of things ready and waiting for me, which I appreciate. He was fair and easy to work with.The finance side of things took MUCH longer than we expected. We had to wait 2+ hours to get our purchase finalized with financing, but once we met with Cody, things fell into place very quickly.

Bought a used vehicle from them. After I signed the dotted line, they then said they dont service or clean used vehicles so that customers can see them as is. So here I am basically driving a vehicle from a stranger thats had a once over by eye. I tried to push for a fluid change after I purchased and salesman said no. Got half way home and service engine soon light came on. Complete joke.

Took my car in for unscheduled service yesterday and had a great experience with Jordan. Super efficient, kind and speedy, and he had me on my way.Honestly, I have had a range of good and not so good experiences at Superior, but that being said I think that’s dealerships in general. As long as I’m in Omaha I would not consider buying a car from anywhere else. And you can’t beat a Honda, They’re the best!

Superior of Honda always does a superb job with service. I feel they are honest about the repairs and do not make recommendations to fix things that dont really need to be done. I recently had a lock actuator go out. There was an extended warranty on it that had expired a few days earlier. Superior Honda went out of there way to still get Honda to cover the repairs. I really appreciated it -- save me over $200. They are always incredibly friendly and reliable. I feel very confident taking my car there for all repairs.

We came in looking to test drive. The sales person met us inside the showroom and had us walk the lot on a chilly day to try to find the car then left us outside to go back inside on his computer to look. Only to find that they didn’t have the car on the lot. The only one they had was back in the showroom. He didn’t let us power on the car to look at the features and didn’t seem to even know what features the car had “because he hadn’t seen one in a while”. Just seemed like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care. We ended up buying our new car from another Honda dealer in town.

I have always had a good experience at Superior. This time the service tech was rude. While trying to locate the loaner car amongst several other vehicles, he was pushing buttons to get the car to light up, nothing. He pushed emergency button, horn and no lights. I coukd not tell which vehicle. He just pointed. I asked if it was the can. He just pointed. Rude.
