I bought an ABS unit over the phone from this shop. The wrong item was sent to me (an ABS Pump booster hydraulic actuator, not the ABS unit). I called the shop and explained the situation to John. John asked me to take a picture of the part I received then email it to him, and he will call me back to resolve the issue. 6 days past and I never heard back from him. Then I called to follow up, he asked me to retune the part to him, and he will refund me my money after deducting the shipping fees. Besides that, I will be responsible for the return shipping fees. I explain to him that I live in CA, and I bought this part to save money, and now I will be losing close to $50 to fix their mistake. But he did not care. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said that he is the sales manager and the only one who can resolve my issue.I asked what he would do if this situation happened to him? or how he would feel about it? He did not know what to say, and he hung up the phone.What was really annoying besides paying for their mistake was that he never apologized, not even once. In fact, he made it seem as it was my fault for receiving the wrong part.Very unprofessional way to deal with customers.

I will always be a Honda owner as long as they are in business; I love this shop, they know Hondas. No bs, Pam is the loveliest lady you will ever meet. They also often have free loaners available upon request.

We have all of our automotive work done at S & M. We have 5 cars and two teenage drivers. They have very reasonable prices. They also have limited services they provide, but the work they do has been fantastic. I have not had a bad experience. We have also purchased two salvage rebuilt vehicles from them that have performed well for many years. My previous mechanic who was a dear friend retired and referred me to them and Im glad he did. I would highly recommend them for buying a used repaired vehicle for a reasonable price, and for many different kinds of repairs on import vehicles (especially hondas).

I took my 2007 for diagnostic test, first they told me that is cost $40.00; they kept the car for more than a month but couldnt find the problem and they wanted $500.00 for nothing, I paid them 100.00 and took my car out of there. I never went back there. I was one of their regular customers for more than 15_yrs. They were calling me a friend too.

They were very helpful and easy to work with. They had exactly what I needed! Saved us a bundle and the car looks brand new again.

S&M is the worst place to get a car from. My family has bought four cars from them and I got completely screwed over. I bought a 2001 Honda Civic lx about 11 months ago and I have so much work that needs to be done on it. I have already spent close to $1000 on fixing it and I still have about $2000 left of stuff that needs fixed and replaced. They tell you they completely fix the cars before they give them to you but they dont. Atleast for mine they didnt. About 5 months ago my car was randomly stopping on the rode because it needed something fixed. I personally dont remember what the part was called but it was a $250 fix. And when I went to get a free oil change I told them the problem my car was having. Then they called me back when my oil change was done and told me what was wrong and I came to pick up my car and the owner told me I had to pay $25 for them scanning my car. I had no extra money on me at all and she didnt tell me on the phone or when I dropped my car off that I would have to pay anything cause I was just getting an oil change, using my free oil change punch card. Then when I told her I didnt have the money to pay it she yelled at me and told me to get out and said she would never work on my car again. So I said okay and left and havent been back since. I dont even use my free oil change punches because Im to scared they are gonna purposely mess up my car in some way. Over all I would never recommend S&M to anyone.
