I had a great experience w Thomas and crew today. Though I was late (about 20 minutes) to my appt then where able to get me in. I watched how well Thomas coached the rest of the crew and ensured they did things right ( he wasnt aware I was watching which makes it even more impressive). No cussing. No frustratikn or anger towards the new guys. Im very pleased.

One of my tires blew out I returned it, they gave me a spare, till the tire I had insured came in. During this, my other tire blew out I took it in and they blamed it on the spare they put on my vehicle. And tried to charge me full price for both tires. The guy acted like I was lying about them giving me the spare. He said he can see i had 4 tires from them all insured. Yet they want me to believe they just be giving out spares and not noting that stuff. And if not thats bad business. In the end, they only replaced 1 tire, (that 1st insured tire came in) so they only had it in stock, they told me they give me a great deal tho for the other tire. Its like so wait you got the tire I order from the first one but you dont believe I got this spare from you. The idiocy I was dealing with I felt was next-level stuff. I told them not to worry I wouldnt take the other tire even if they offered it for free. My business with them is done. Ill just order my tires from a different company. They can congratulate their employee on successfully scamming me. I dont get mad like it is what is. For yall sake hopefully, the $200 tire was worth the bad review.

I bought a tire march 12, 2021. this past Sunday that tire popped. Of course the store was closed Sunday and then Monday was a holiday. I have called the store 4 times today and its clear they do NOT know how to answer phones. I did purchase a warranty. I would like to make an appointment to get my tire fixed. I have a very busy schedule and I cant just leave what I am doing and get down there. Also I have my receipt in my hand so i know I paid for the warranty. Teach your employees to answer phones during business hours. This is very unprofessional.

Love Discount Tire because I get the perks of going to a chain - but with that local tire shop vibe when I interact with their employees. Tires Plus or Firestone this is not.I recently replaced all four tires on my Highlander. Picked them out online and made an appointment, showed up the next day and I was in and out in 25 minutes. So fast. I’ve always been treated incredibly well at this location, kudos especially to Mike and Jacob for being professional, courteous and awesome.

After hitting an infamous Omaha pothole, I was extremely distressed because I had absolutely no way of paying to replace my newly flat tire. I called the store to make sure they had my (very small, hard to find) tire in stock and to see if they would be able to work out a payment plan of some sort. I was helped by Brendan (I believe) who was insanely helpful, friendly, and professional. He reassured me that they would do everything they could to help me out and he told me not to worry. He truly took care of me and met me where I was, financially. I will absolutely be using Discount Tire in the future and I have already recommended them to my family.

My daughter lost her tire in the bank parking lot next door. It was after hours. Tommy and the guys were inside doing inventory. My wife knocked on the door. They stopped what they were doing, came out, got my daughters car over to their parking lot, did an inspection, and pulled her car into the garage to work on it first thing in the morning. They told them what needed to be done and quoted a fair price. Early the next morning, they had her car ready to go. Its nice to know people like Tommy and Discount Tire were there for my family, even when they didnt have to be.

They said if they can fix its 0$.They fixed the tire, filled air in all four. Checked everything and still it was 0$The price of the tires were also competitive. For a mid quality tire it was 88$+ approx 30$ in charges.

Great place, Discount Tire 78th & Cass, Lou at Brakes Plus sent me. I need to thank him again.Riley did the writeup , gathering all my information , he then said it should be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. I had been dealing with a front end vibration over 40 mph. 3 trips to my ex-tire company just a run around. Discount rotated 2 tires (directional tread ) and balanced all 4 wheels. Just like Riley said my truck was ready 55 minutes later. I think I found a short stretch of I-80 were 90 mph was okay, still NO vibration!!Again thank you to Lou at Brakes Plus 3907 N 90th St for getting my problem solved. The guy at Tommys said get a real mechanic to check my problem when all I needed was a REAL tire shop.Another 5 stars to Brakes Plus & 5 stars to Discount Tire !

What is the point of having an appointment but still being told you have to wait over an hour to get in? I waited in line for over 10 minutes outside to be “checked in.” Nobody even came outside until I called. Brendon (maybe Brandon, couldn’t understand him) was rude on the phone too.

The guys at this place are beyond amazing! i have been going here for years and they always get me done the same day no matter how busy they are and they have the best price in town... its not very often you get the best service and the best price and dont have to wait!

For as busy as it was, the crew did a great job at being patient and assisting me with my purchase. They even took the time to discuss replacements made to my valve stems on the tire sensors and how important that was.

I love the free tire check. Their service plans are awesome. Whenever I have a tire issue theyll either fix it or replace it.

It was time to swap out my winter tires for a new set of summer tires. I jumped on the site and picked out a set of highly rated tires. Scheduled the appointment and was in and out in just a little over an hour.BUT after driving around for a few hours I realized I’d made a HUGE mistake on my tire selection. The vehicle felt extremely unstable at road speed and down right terrifying during...spirited driving.I returned to the store later that day thinking I was going to be eating this, now used, set of $1,300 tires. After speaking to one of the gents at the counter and explaining my situation he knowledgeably walked me through significant differences between the OE tires and the ones I had purchased.Like I said, this was my fault and my poor choices and I was expecting to eat the cost, if not the whole cost at least some restock and use fees.In the end, all I paid was the difference between the tires I originally purchased and ones I should have bought to begin with.Everything was painless and extremely professional. I just picked my car up and it once again drives and handles just like it did they day I picked it up from the dealership.It’s so rare that you have an extraordinary customer service experience these days, ESPECIALLY when you as the customer, were clearly wrong.I’ll be back in a few months for my new set of winter tires. Had appt set for new tires. They had everything ready to service my car and got me in at my scheduled time. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I was in and out wirhin 30mins. I ordered my tires and scheduled an appt time online. Made it very efficient.

Although I am sure they are not lying about the cost but sometimes I think they dont give me all the information about cost. Like I say I need the cheapest, they show me a low cost. But they never give me the lowest price. I am trying to make a living too.

They gave me a good price & it was done on time. The one thing I wasnt happy about was that I asked them to save one of the tires for my spare. The one I specified not to save is the one they saved. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars

I bought tires on there website, easy to navigate, not sure what size? easy step by step process, affordable pricing, selection varies per store, and some tires do need to be ordered in, online appts for dropping off youre car/ truck/ suv or just getting your tires installed..they are and do get busy...wait times may be long...Awesome Customer Servive, I went inside told them i had an appt to drop off my Suv and leave to go to work, and ill be back before they close they took my keys checked my tire size and I left, upon returning they gave me my paper work/ warranty and my keys..and im very satisfied with my new tire purchase....Thank you Discount Tire..😀

I went to this location two days ago to get some tires patched. Yesterday, the truck I had serviced is laid out with no tire on SaddleCreek! The lugs were not tight all the way, and as the tire jostled on the posts, it shook violently before snapping everything right off the axle! I feel fortunate nobody was hurt, but I am furious that I am currently being stonewalled by the claims dept. They did respond quickly with a tow truck, but right now I’m getting no response from the manager about this, after multiple texts. I was told yesterday they’ll reach out to me in 48-72hrs!!?? I need to get back on the road today!

Great service great people I had ordered a set of Dodge SRT-8 after market wheels took a bit to get to Store i use on 78th and Cass in Omaha NE I was there five years ago to get new tires for My 2006 Charger R/T. I made an appointment last week to get in for Friday 11/27/20 to have wheels installed tires were low on tread and decided to get newer tires I love those general 245/45 20s great price thank God it was Black Friday lol never had any problem or trouble with with this discount tire store great people a lot of them are new some of them I dont remember some of them I remember for talking on the phone with you guys get a hundred percent and A-++ for the wonderful service you guys gave me today.

I was going to put 3 but the manager helped us out and made things right. Great prices, good tires. Ask to see the tire specs side by side to see star rating on snow, ice, rain, dry. The 2 and half star winter traction are OK, not the best. They got me around in the snow, even got off an icy hill, but wish I had the money at the time to buy tires with better winter traction. They except walk in. Best to make an appointment as you wont know how busy they are with walk in.

In the midst of the covid19 crisis, discount tire has gone above and beyond to make sure their customers stay safe, from guiding me and advising me on all procedures to making sure everything was kept as clean as possible between customers. I felt safe seeing so many patrons and employees practicing social distancing and wearing masks. They will be my go to for tires from now on, other places may have better prices but Id rather give my money to a place that shows they really care about safety both on and off the road

Given the current state of affairs, I’m generally very nervous about going to any public business for any reason. I’ve been driving around on a spare tire for much longer than I should, so I decided to go in and get the tire fixed with Discount today. I have to say, I have yet to see another business be so visibly diligent about the health and safety of its customers. The workers (Steve primarily took care of me today) wiped down the card transaction machine between each use, made sure that everyone kept a safe distance in a tactful and caring manner, and all of them had masks on. They even have customers pulling their own cars in and out to assure that there is as little contamination of their workers and customers as possible. Just brilliant work by the folks over at this spot, they have earned my future business time and time again, and this occasion put their bar even higher.

Purchased 2 tires they got me what I asked for at a good price and got them replaced in a short time. Just needed a pair to make it through this winter. So far so good.

Nothing is free! Free pressure check, they try to sell a tire. Free flat repair, sell a tire. I couldnt even get these people to put a new patch on to replace the old patch that fell off. It was a simple slow leak! They wouldnt use my spare tire either! WTF! I ended up needing a new used tire. No money for that. They offer me a wrong sized used tire to get by. How is this even an option with 2 better options ahead of it? I had a perfectly good spare & they could have re patched the tire they wanted me to replace. My front 2 tires are completely bald, but their concern was only my back drivers side age of tire & replacing a patch. Mike is a con artist & Dustin & Keith are amazing! This is the only problem Ive had with them but its a pretty big one as far as Im concerned. Didnt want a low star rating for one A******!

This is a great place we worked with Kevin and he made. The process easy. We were coming from out of town as our daughter had appointments at childrens hospital we were stressing about how we were going to get home as all of our tires were not in good shape. He got us a great price on all 4 new tires and now we feel safe to have our daughter in the vehicle on the trip home. If you want a place that cares this is the place to go.

I went in for a tire quote on Friday 01/24/20. Mr. Doolittle the Mngr. assisted me with the best tire for my truck. Very professional, and no pressure. It was close to closing time. But, he said he could still get me in the same night. I bought 4 PATHFINDER A/T tires at a very good price. Better than elsewhere. Well, when the guys were about better than halfway through on my new tire installation, I recalled that I wanted to have my spare tire checked out also. They lowered the old spare and offered me a great price on a new one. Got the spare on and back up in no time. Workers did an outstanding job, and I was completely 100% satisfied with the overall experience and treatment I received at this Discount Tire business on 78th and Cass, Omaha, Ne. I recommend them to anyone seeking new tires. You will not be disappointed!

My experience here was amazing.I arrived almost as they were closing and they stayed open to make sure I was able to get my tires taken care of. They were professional and personal. You can really tell they take pride in their business. The tires that I purchased have performed great. I can honestly say this was my best car experience I have ever had and will return for all my tire needs.

I didnt have an appointment but decided to go anyway. I was helped within a few minutes. They recommended a set of tires that suited my needs, even discouraged buying other tires that were more expensive. I got there around 9:15 am. I was told it would be finished around 11:15. Not to bad since I didnt have an appointment. Left to have breakfast and on my way back I got a text that my car was done. It was just past 10:30. Remarkable. But the ride home on those tires felt so comfortable and even my grandson noticed the difference in the ride and he is only seven. Thanks.

This Discount Tire, although very busy, was very professional, from the minimal-contact COVID procedures, to the techs that installed the tires on my camper, to the service/sales reps that matched a competitor’s price. I found the same tires on Amazon cheaper, but many of the reviews complained of tires that although brand new, were already 1-2 years old by the tire date on the side wall. The tires that DT provided were produce the 12th week of 2020, meaning I will truly get the full lifetime of these tires, not to mention their hazard coverage. The tire size I needed wasn’t a common size to have on hand, so it took a couple of days to get them from the warehouse/supplier. Once they came in, they were able to squeeze me in for installation allowing us to still make our camping trip. If you need tires, I highly recommend Discount Tire and specifically through the Cass Street store and it’s team.

Tire Discounters did a good job of getting my tire done in a reasonable amount of time. However, they neglected to tell me that my vehicle would need a full alignment after the fact. My car was driving to the right which absolutely shouldnt happen. When I took it in to my dealer, I was told it was a good thing it hadnt been longer than a month.I certainly wont be back.
