Mark has done all my frame / and alignment work for years. Very trustworthy and reliable. Technicians in the true sense of the word.Very competent, experienced, and knowledgeable.

Wanted a second opinion on having the frame straightened. First shop quoted $600...said it would take 3/4 hours. Took the car to Nebraska Alignment and Frame. The owner, Mark, called me and said he needed to show me something. Im thinking more bad news.Actually just the opposite. Frame is fine. Just needed a minor part; rail extension for the frame was to short! This shop could have charged for something that was not needed.I appreciate the honesty and so should you.

Got an alignment done after my husband had replaced the struts, ball joints and tie rods on my front end. My truck drives great now. And even though my husband might of put the tie rods on a little wrong, they werent impolite, just fixed the problem and charged me a little more, which I was ok with. Definitely recommend to anyone.

They did extensive frame repair on my 2004 Tacoma to resolve a rust issue. They did good work at very fair prices. Would recommend to a friend.

They know what theyre doing. Im very picky about who works on my cars. They can do it all when it comes to going straight down the road. Especially in this pothole city.

Have taken car there twice and always great price and fast. Lasttime I dropped off in the morning for appointment in the afternoon and had no ride then. Called to see if they could before lunch so I didnt need to catch a bus there. Called me back hour later said it was done. Will be taking my truck there now also.Great job to all who works there!!!!

Did alignment as asked and didnt use it as an opportunity to try to sell other random garbage or convince me I needed repairs that I didnt. They also handle cars that require special tools or have custom parts without making excuses.

I was referred to this shop by another local shop believe it or not. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They were able to identify an issue that I was having with my truck for months. Reasonably priced and will definitely refer and reuse.

I would struggle to say anything negative here! They really know their stuff and do great work! I couldnt be more happy with my Jeep. I cant even bash the price tag. Good work isnt cheap, and cheep work isnt good. Be prepared for a wait, they are swamped with work but that should tell you how good they are! Id recommend anyone needing suspension work give them a shot!

No work was done; just a complaint on customer service. Called in the morning to see if they would do an estimate. They answered, come down and well take a look. Got there and said to bring it back three days later! Really? No other explanation. I wont support a business that treats people that way. I wasted 40 minutes of driving to and from.

Had a couple tie-rod ends that were going bad and needed an alignment. They Quoted me a great price and the service very friendly. Very pleased with how straight my truck drives now. Will definitely be returning for future repairs.

Had a very positive experience at NE Alignment and Frame. Thanks to ice, slammed into curb and needed to be repaired. Price reasonable and very pleasant place to go for service!! Will use them again if necessary!!

Only place I go for alignments on my vehicles. I have a lifted Subaru, they were able to get the alignment perfect even with the aftermarket suspension parts and tires that are much bigger then the stock ones

They where booked when my husband scheduled the appointment but when the issue was explained to the shop they said the vehicle was unsafe to drive and would call back if they had a sooner opening. They did just that called me back hubby was at work was able to drop his truck off s week earlier then he expected then picked him up in it when he got off work with his new rims installed the look on his face priceless 😁😂🤣 !!!!!

Ive been to this shop twice and trusted them because I was referred by another trusted repair shop that actually sends their alignments to these guys. After doing research on my particular truck and what they did I feel like Ive been ripped off and six months after my second visit Ive had a part fail because of improper adjustment and they were the last ones to touch it. Too bad cause I like to spend local and really wanted to find a shop I could refer people to. Wouldnt recommend
