I lived in Hanover Rice Village for 2 years. Beautiful place to live with amazing location, fantastic neighborhood, and very safe! I interacted mostly with Rachel and Patrick in the leasing office in the past 2 years and they always went above and beyond to help me; absolutely wonderful people! Other staff were also nice and respectful, I just had limited interaction with them. Overall, I am so pleased with my experience at Hanover Rice Village and I highly recommend it!

I have been taking care of clients and their dogs at this property since July of 2020 and the leasing office staff is amazing! I’ve gotten to know each one of them over time and feel as if they are close friends of mine. They are always so kind, ask how I’m doing and get me whatever I need with a smile on their face. They know most of their tenants by name and try to take care of any problems with haste and efficiency. I would live at this property in a heartbeat, knowing I’d be personally taken care of by the amazing staff who work here!

I came to this location by accident. This location is the sister property to where I needed to be. I had to conduct a housing survey with a particular residence. Though I wasnt a resident or a prospect. I just wanted to state how nice the front office lobby was. But to be expected the attitudes of the residents there wasnt great. A few were okay but most were very snobby. Besides that the office manager who came out to help me. She was very pleasant. This nice lady even tried to help me find the correct property (though I was still unsuccessful). I dont remember her name but I just wanted to say thanks. I appreciate her not judging or looking down at me. Regardless of how I looked she still showed me the upmost respect. The line of work I do we dont have to dress up. I like being comfortable.

Hanover Rice Village is such a beautiful community. The floor plans are spacious with beautiful finishes. Not only is it located next to all of my favorite shops and restaurants, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Ryan in the leasing office is eager to help and always a joy to be around. Ryan, thank you for making our experience with Rice Village so enjoyable!

I’ve been a resident at this Hanover since 2017. I love the view from my apartment and I enjoy the convenience of the location. I also want to mention the employees here are helpful and accommodating they always go above and beyond and willing to help.

The Rice Village property and amenities are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Patrick showed us the property last week. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. He was professional, informative, and courteous. His personable attitude portrayed the amiable atmosphere of the property. It was by far the best tour (of 6) that we had that day.

I have been a resident of Hanover Rice Village since 2013 and I also just so happened to be in the office getting a package when Matthew Foreman was harassing the leasing team about his wallet. They were very helpful to him and he was so upset as if they had something to do with it, I over heard the office found his wallet and he still was not happy.The staff here is amazing, I wouldnt have stayed here so long with tons of my other neighbors if not. I have neighbors here that do not speak English so that may be the case when he said he needed help, I dont know, I wasnt there, but it is easy to navigate your way through the halls AND there are maps on every corner.I see that Mr. Foreman is just a guest here and not an actual resident, and I am so sorry for the reason he is here, but he really needs to give facts when leaving a review. Also, he should keep a better eye on his wallet.Love you Patrick, Rachel and team!

Ive lived in this apartment for almost two years. Ms. Rachel and Mr. Patrick in the Leasing Office treated us like a family, and thanks to their service, my family were able to make many happy memories. Mr. Edwin and Mr. Lewis, who are in charge of maintenance and cleaning, were also very diligent and competent. I would like to thank my friends once again through this review. My two-year-old son had fun in the beautiful pool and the courtyard, and my wife and I enjoyed the surroundings of Rice Village very much. The security around the apartment was very safe, and the residents were nice. In particular, I think it would be the best choice for someone attending Rice University nearby.

Im relocating, but I absolutely loved my stay at Hanover! You cant beat the amenities and walkability factor. Management definitely goes out of there way to accommodate their residents. If I ever move back to this area, Id stay there again.BTW, Patrick is amazing! Never a bad day for that guy!Kelly

Ryan Harris gave an excellent tour, he showed us all of the amenities, had thoughtful input on a selectionof apartments.He answered all of our questions with expertise and we didnt feel pressured to jump into a contract. (I am likely a couple months out from leasing)The tour felt efficient, but not rushed we were able to see several floor plans in a timely manner. Great service!

My daughter and I stopped in for a tour on a whim because she is going to go to Rice for Graduate School and Ryan was incredible! He hopped up out of his seat very quickly to greet us, was informative and knowledgeable about the property, and you could tell he loved what he was talking about the whole time! Hanover Rice Village is high on our list of possible future homes!

I love living at the Hanover Rice Village. Rachel Black has been incredibly helpful in working with me to transfer apartments and goes above and beyond in any way she can. She truly listens to any concerns you have and always greets you with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. I am truly impressed by her work ethic and professionalism. Patrick is one of the most genuinely kind people Ive ever met; he consistently goes out of his way to help and is just really a joy to see every day. Ryan is always friendly, always willing to help you in any way he can, and he will always greet you with a smile and positive attitude. The whole leasing/mgmt team truly makes me feel comfortable living here and is a huge part of the reason I am renewing my lease.

This place absolutely slaps. Service was amazing. Cheese boards are to die for and lets just say their wine menu transports you to the Tuscan countryside. Sort of run like a speakeasy but I find that it only makes the place that much more appealing 5 *. We’ll be back!!

This is a very nice Hanover beautifully designed apartments. I’m in love with this area! I definitely recommend this Hanover for anyone new to Houston and don’t like to drive a lot.

My company sent me to Houston to secure commercial space and housing for myself and several staff members. We found the location of the property to be in perfect proximity to our downtown office space. We scheduled a tour with Ryan Harris. We found dealing with Ryan to be both easy and pleasurable. His knowledge of the property and its amenities was extensive and he made the entire process quick and easy. Thanks Ryan for making it fun, which is not a term that someone would typically use in reference to leasing residential space! We highly recommend!

I lived at the Hanover Rice Village for almost two years. The location is great, maintenance is very quick, and the noise isnt terrible (unless you face the restaurant courtyard). However, my move-out process was abysmal. After moving out I received a damaged floorboards charge for $424. The only picture attached to the document was of 2 damaged floorboards (shown below), which were quoted to be $27.46 per floorboard on the move-out documents. I reached out by email and phone but despite being promised call backs by multiple people, I received no response. I finally reached the manager with authority after weeks of calls and was told that she did not have any further documentation of the damages, no information on the calculation of the charges, and would have to confer with the head of maintenance to find out why there were charges for an additional $369.08 on my move-out documents. I am still waiting for a response. I have also attached are pictures to show how spotless the apartment was when I moved out. I really enjoyed living here, but be very careful when you move out.UPDATE: The $424 charge is apparently the minimum for doing work on the floorboards. I was not able to obtain an itemized receipt, but they charge for a minimum of 5 hours of labor and insist that every floorboard around the damaged ones must be replaced as well. Good luck to the current residents .

Visited Hanover Rice Village in January with some California relocation clients. They fell in love with the location, amazing amenities and lobby. The pool area with the canary date palms made them feel like their California haven. The leasing agent, Ryan was amazing and went above and beyond and my clients adored him. Was the only agent that followed up with us after our 3 day apartment search. Hanover rocks!

I have loved my Hanover Rice Village experience so far. I was provided a lovely, thoughtful, and comprehensive tour by Patrick, who greeted me warmly and first sat me down to ask me for my vision and needs in an apartment. Patrick embodies the mission of Hanover of creating a curated home life, and has been as helpful post lease-signing as he was pre-signing. Living here was fine, quiet, good neighbors, easy parking, great area. If you are going to live here deal with Rachel only. She will ensure that you are taken care of and that your issues that you may encounter are taken care of.Upon moving out is where our issues began. Our master key, held by the front office, was lost and location was unknown. We didn’t know it was lost until a 3rd party cleaning service was brought in (more on this later). Also during our move out process, despite requesting via email and in person to have the moving elevator reserved, the elevator was not, causing tremendous increased time that we paid our movers. Upon walking into the main office, two employees were casually talking in the morning, taking no initiative to correct the problem and simply stating “we are doing our best”.On the move out assessment, much like the review a few before me, we were assessed for damages to our floor. We took time to consider what could have damaged our floor during our time there. We did not have a dining room table, nor barstools or any piece of furniture in this area. I asked property management to look at the review before me, as I cannot believe the same thing was happening to two different apartments. Despite misplacing my key, with zero record of who entered our apartment and with what equipment/machinery they continued to say that we were responsible and “confirmed verbally” with maintenance that they did not enter the apartment. We were then greeted with an email that we needed to pay our move our balance “soon” or else the balance would be taken to collections, despite being told that we had 60 days to settle the balance with a move out day of May 11. Does soon mean today, tomorrow, next week, 23 days, 27 days?Again, overall fine apartment. If I could rate the move out process, -10 stars. Based on our move out experience, I would recommend to not live here. There are plenty of great apartments in Houston that truly want to do right by their residents. Check out Azure on Washington or SkyHouse River Oaks. Again, if you are dead set or have to live here, solely deal with Rachel.

I am very happy to stay in Hanover Rice Village. I chose to live here because the agent Patrick was very friendly, kind and enthusiastic when he show us around the apartment. In addition, he patiently answered many of my questions with smiley. On the day of moving in, Patrick even helped very enthusiastically to carry our large luggage to my unit. Because Patricks service is excellent, so I decided to live here. This apartment is well managed, safe, quiet, and the residents are very kind. Recommend this apartment.

Love living here! I moved in about 3 months ago, and am bummed that I did not move here sooner. It is great to be right in the middle of Rice Village and be able to walk to restaurants/bars, shops, and more. It is so nice to just say: where do I want to go tonight? and walk out the door and be there in 2 minutes without getting in my car.Patrick was my leasing agent and made it incredible easy to move in. In addition, any and all of the leasing agents stay connected with your after moving in to help with any questions, repairs (rare) or other needs. Lots of amenities here and you feel like you are staying in a resort hotel. Great pool, gardens, open spaces near the restaurants out back, and most importantly, a very efficient and CLEAN gym where people actually mask up (except when are cardio equipment). Secure bike racks in the parking garage. And, I feel very safe here as access to the building is limited. Disinfectant by elevators and near trash chutes. It is rare to see anyone without a mask in the hallways or anywhere else.Wish I had moved here sooner!

We moved to our apartment here in August 2020 and love it. Patrick showed us apartments in couple of occasions until we found one that met our needs. He also helped us by keeping an eye on the storage units becoming available. He is really an enthusiastic and helpful person to have around Hanover ! We really like the quality of the interiors of the apartment and the prompt response we always get from the staff and maintenance team. 100% recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Ryan Harris today. I had lived at a Hanover property in Dallas 3 years ago, and I needed my lease details in order to move into a new place.To my dismay, the property I lived at before had changed management. It is no longer a Hanover property, and the new management no longer had my files. I called corporate and was left with an automated message. So I thought Id give it a shot and call another Hanover property, one all the way in Houston.Ryan immediately helped me without any hesitation. He set up a ticket for me and found a resolution. In a few hours I had all the documents I needed. Anyone looking to live in this area should know that they will be taken care of.

I tagged along with my boyfriend while he was looking for a place and now I think I want one for myself! This property is amazingly beautiful and I love the movie theater. Heaven helped us and was so excited about him moving in I wanted to thank her for the positive energy. Very clean and polished in every way. Highly suggest this property even if he doesn’t move in I may when my lease is up.

Bar none!** COMMUNITY: The present property-community manager has taken us to a new level in building community. Rebecca is personally invested in making social events extraordinary; from a crawfish boil to sumptuous breakfasts with pancakes, waffles, sausage, fruit, juices, etc. The community now has a book club and film club that Rebecca sponsored and encouraged. I feel I now have neighbors rather than fellow residents.*As a value proposition, please consider adding together [1] the location (probably the most walkable neighborhood with over 35 restaurants, nightlife and many more services within a few blocks) and [2] the beauty and quality of the entire building before dismissing the rental rates as being too high. Rents are NOT too high! They are competitive and reasonable for such a gorgeous living environment smack dab in the enviable Rice Village area.* Continuous maintenance and painting refreshing point to managements commitment to making this community looking like the day it was opened and even better. This is saying something as movers are really hard on the hallways and carpets. The upgrading and maintenance of the property is continuously being improved. Paint is refreshed inside on a regular basis, hallway carpets are repaired or replaced before they start showing wear and tear. Poolside railings and gates recently had a fresh coat of paint, new pool furniture is ready for the summer, the improvements and refreshing just keep coming.*In addition to maintenance, property manager, Rebecca, has greatly enhanced the beauty of the public areas. Rebecca, arranged for the replacement of some of the original furniture and decorative arts that were looking a bit tired. Now everything is sparkling and pleasing to the eye and the soul. And get this, chandeliers in the lobby areas were upgraded. Who ever heard of a property replacing original chandelier lighting? This shows that corporate Hanover puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to providing a superb visual experience for their residents. Now lets talk about “daily” maintenance. It is almost impossible to find a finger print on the glass doors, the elevator walls, anywhere.* Management takes security very seriously and is extremely proactive. The property is tightly secured and monitored. Elevators and all entry doors require fobs outside of business hours. A significant capital investment was just made to install a state-of-the-art gate for the parking garage. This is the latest in a string of many security enhancements that have been made over time to make our community even safer.** This must be the best location in town to live. Over 35 restaurants within a five block area. Lots of shopping, nightlife, continuous additions and improvements in restaurants (upscale wine bar-restaurant, California sandwich and salad experience, and many services are in the same area. Museums, Rice University and other cultural spots are within a very walkable two miles area. Urban living at its best!* I am very grateful to call Hanover Rice Village my home.

I have lived at Hanover Rice Village for 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my new home! Relocating from out of town is always nerve racking, but the Hanover team made the move as stress free as a move can be. The prime location has made my transition so easy with so many restaurants within walking distance in Rice Village... there are several great restaurants, a coffee cafe, and even a spa just below me on the bottom floor of the building!The property is always clean and well kept, inside and out. During these interesting times, having access to a fantastic pool and well equipped gym has made my “extended staycation” much more bearable. I look forward to being able to use the theater and other sometimes soon. I don’t mind staying at home so much in such a nice apartment that has real wood flooring (I love it!!!), stainless appliances, awesome natural lighting, TWO walk in closets and a spa like bathroom with a separate stand up shower and garden tub - something I had trouble finding in a one bedroom apartment.I can’t boast enough about My new home. Thank you Hanover Rice Village and thank you Houston for welcoming me with open arms!

I moved in six months ago and have generally enjoyed my experience: friendly staff, timely maintenance, etc. But what has been a persistent source of frustration is how we receive packages: there is a small closet space in the lobby where ALL packages are dumped, including perishables. Sometimes we get an alert when a package arrives, then we have to search through multiple shelves for our package. Sometimes an alert doesnt come at all. A friend sent me gourmet ice cream as a gift - it melted because I never received an alert that I had a package. I have searched for an item multiple times, only to find it weeks after it was delivered. Whats the point of next-day delivery then? And if a package is lost, who bears liability? The apartment insists its not their responsibility.And with COVID, I can only imagine theres been an increase in packages delivered, yet the apartment has made no attempt to invest in how this is handled - Ive talked to multiple staff members, who are all kind but essentially say nothing can be done. Its really difficult to reconcile cost of rent at this luxury property with an essential service that feels like a step back in time to a decade ago.

I love it here. I just wish i was able to get an actual balcony 😫 but i didn’t feel like looking elsewhere and getting disappointed but anywho, Everything was so smooth sailing from applying to moving in. Patrick IS THAT GUY!!! Very enthusiastic and helpful he will try to get you in more vs telling you you’re not approved. The entire area is just everything, restaurants right under you , an area to hang out and wind down , drink , get on your laptop and do homework etc etc. the pool are is my faveeeeeee very very resort style !!

I have lived in the Hanover at Rice Village complex for almost 3 weeks now. It has been an all around great experience thus far with no complaints. I had some troubles with my garage door tag and I let the leasing office know and they fixed it immediately. The unit was in great condition when I moved in. Overall the complex is very clean and manicured. I feel incredibly safe in the building and in the parking structure. The leasing office helped me a lot with setting up the app to receive notification of package arrivals. Joseph in the leasing office has been super kind, gave me the warmest welcome whenI arrived and is always available to help with anything and everything! Donya was wonderful to work with during my unit search and is also always available to help in any way!I have not experienced any negative aspect of this apartment complex and its employees.100% would recommend!

I had a solid experience moving into Hanover. Our leasing professional Joseph Aveiga helped me find the right apartment and even helped move some things into the apartment that arrived early. He has helped every step of the way and helped make the process as seamless as possible, Patrick is great too and has been very helpful along the way. Overall, the staff are very professional, responsive and very easy to work with. So far so good!

This building is in a wonderful location, everything is in walking distance. Patrick in the office is fantastic and helpful, he delivers packages, always answers the phone and emails on time, and I’m all around happy with the service provided here.

First off, let me just tell you, I am a really picky/selective/scrutinizing customer, especially when it comes to finding just the right place to live, however.....This property, and their staff, are world class! It reminds me more of a sophisticated high rise, than your average, everyday apartment bldg. After spending time with the Hanover Manager/Agent, Elizabeth Baxter, on three separate visits, I feel like Im dealing with a highly talented, high end Real Estate Broker, which makes the entire experience a breath of fresh air, compared to my experiences in the past with other properties/agents. She has gone above and beyond what Ive ever been used to, in working to find me just the right residence. Never overbearing, or pushy, she strikes just the right balance, when working with me, and has always worked to accommodate me, regarding any questions, or requests that I have. In other words, a consummate professional! Im not yet a resident, but Elizabeth has been patient, and has not stopped her efforts in helping me find just the right fit. This property is one of the most professionally run residential buildings Ive ever dealt with. All of the staff have been great, and the gentleman at the front desk, Tony, has also been very kind, helpful, and above all, professional. Five stars all around to the staff, the property, and lastly whoever decided to hire these great people!! Recently, we have relocated from San Diego, CA. From the time of move in to now being settled nothing but exceptional service, with confidence I can highly recommend Hanover Rice Village. Location of this property is amazing; prime location to walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Im in love with this area. Apartments it self are like high end condos, large bedrooms, high ceilings, cherry wood floors, etc. Our apartment is facing pool area; its quiet, beautiful...I almost feel like Im on vacation ....its hard to leave to go to work. Can I just sit by the pool please :). Anything we need or have needed from the office team, they are very responsive. I am truly impressed and very happy that family and I have chosen this place to call our new home in TX. Thank you, Corey, Rachel for making us feel so welcome!

Barbara and I love living at Hanover Rice Village. We chose this property to be closer to Barbaras Work in the Medical Center and we couldnt be happier. The leasing staff have been super and helped us find the perfect apartment to fit our needs. We have also met some really awesome people here that share common interests and we enjoy the social events. The apartments are beautiful and the property well kept up. We love apartment living at the Hanover Rice Village!

My wife and I recently leased our apartment here at Hanover Rice Village. After visiting several properties in the Houston area we chose this one. We were treated in a professional manner by Ms. Donya. She was very accommodating and kept in touch with us the throughout the whole process. We have sent her multiple emails about the specific details of the unit we are leasing, and she has always replied back to us quickly. I would recommend this property everyone!

My husband and I visited several apartments hoping to find one that would best fit our vision of a comfortable home. Dhuniya did a thorough job at showing us around and even welcoming us for the second time to ensure we had all our questions answered! After visiting over 20 places, we found THE HOME that included everything we were searching for: spacious area, friendly & upbeat neighborhood, big closets, amenities, and most importantly a welcoming environment in the building from residents and workers!

Great location close to the Medical Center, shopping, tree-lined boulevards, restaurants and running trails. The apartments were clean, well maintained,bright with natural light, and the hallways fresh smelling. The community spaces were also the same and very luxurious. I felt like the pool area could have been in some fancy hotel. The management staff was beyond professional! They went to great lengths to be flexible and help with details. They were considerate beyond expectations and really demonstrated their desire to provide assistance. Thank you everybody...y’all should feel good about what you do!

Hanover Rice Village is the best place to live in Rice Village. My apartment is clean, spacious, and all appliances are almost new. Facilities in the property are always maintained, clean and functional at all times. The staff are friendly (especially Donya from the leasing office who is always willing to go above and beyond to help residents). And finally, the propertys close proximity to the shops at Rice Village is definitely a plus.

I am currently living in here since this August with my husband and son.I feel like Living in this apartment is almost same to stay in 5- star hotel resort.I strongly recommend this great apartment to you all.

Incredible location, right in the heart of Rice Village! A close walk to everything you could need. Rebecca the Property Manager was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to get around and the best places to eat and shop. The apartment complex is very beautiful, safe and clean. The pool area and common areas look more like a luxury resort. I would definitely recommend Hanover Rice Village.

We were so impressed when we came in. We had seen several other properties in the area, but Hanover is so different! As soon as we walked in the door Nicole greeted us and seemed genuinely happy to show us around and answer all of our questions even though we were moving for a few months (awaiting a job transfer to Houston). The amenities looked so nice and the neighborhood is fantastic. When we move to Houston, Hanover will absolutely be our first choice.

We are very happy with the apartment! Its spacious with great amenities including a pool and gym. We are very comfortable here and would recommend the building to anyone living near the medical center. They have a peloton bike its amazing!A

So far have had a great experience with the front desk and maintenance staff. I had an orchid delivery and Nicole patiently watered it for almost 2 weeks until I was able to have it picked up. Have also had prompt attention to maintenance issues as well. Love the area - very walkable and tons of restaurants and service providers (spas, cleaners, etc). One note, the pool area should be sprayed for mosquitos more often, the pool is beautiful but the bugs make it practically unusable.

I love this neighborhood. I am so close to my job in the Medical Center (about a 7 min drive) and when I come home I can walk to whatever I need. Rice Village really is the best neighborhood in Houston with tons of places to eat and shop. My apartment is quiet facing the pool and I have had no issues with the person above me. The staff in the building is great, they always answer my requests with a smile on their face with no attitude (like true professionals). I have only good things to say about Hanover!

Mary has been so helpful to me personally—from making sure the movie room was set up and available for me to watch a season premiere with friends (spending time right at 5 pm to make sure the cable was working properly!!) to personally letting me in my apartment when I accidentally left my keys out of state! Hanover is lucky to have such an awesome employee and I’m so happy to live here knowing that she is always willing to help!

Visited The Hanover today and was very impressed with the level of professionalism in the leasing office! Employees were not only very informative, but personable and friendly! Wow! The location is perfect! Walking distance from restaurants/shops. The pool is furnished and decorated impeccably! Beautiful place! Two thumbs up Hanover! Well done!

We have lived here for about a year and loved it! The staff is friendly and helpful and even though this is a large complex they know everyone by name (they even know our dog’s name). The premises are always clean and well-kept and the neighbors are polite and quiet. People definitely enjoy the courtyard and pool but it doesn’t get loud or carry on into the night. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly when they arise. The security is also a huge plus at this apartment. You never see gates and doors being left unlocked or open like you do at other complexes. Overall we have absolutely loved it here and are very sad to be moving! If you want a beautiful place to call home in a safe but fun neighborhood this is the BEST option you’ll find.

I recently toured this property. I have to say that the staff could not have been nicer. It was a very pleasurable experience. Rebecca the properties manager was the one that toured me. It is a beautiful property and so close to everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

FIX THE ELEVATORS. Elevator down every month. Building is entire city block long and usually only has 1-2 elevators for hundreds of people.

My experience living at the Hanover thus far has been nothing short of wonderful. The building itself and its amenities are absolutely beautiful especially the pool and outdoor area. The common areas and hallways are always kept spotless. Parking is a breeze, since there are plenty of spaces available. As for my apartment, it is airy, modern and practically brand new. I could not be happier with the space.The location is ideal as the surrounding area of Rice Village is filled with shops and restaurants that always seem to be bustling with people. Additionally, the staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I moved to Houston from New York City and the relocation could not have been any more seamless thanks to the incredible people at the Hanover. The experiences Ive had with the maintenance team have also been great. Anytime Ive submitted a question or request, they have responded or resolved the issue within the day. I am very satisfied and plan to live here for at least the next few years.

I am so happy to call Hanover Rice Village home. The location is amazing, the pool is fantastic and the gym even has a Peloton. I would recommend anyone who works/goes to school in this area to check this apartment out. There are also many cool events/mixers!

I have been living here for about a month and absolutely love the apartment! The facilities are great and the work staff are very efficient and fast at fixing any work maintenance requests we have. I would 10/10 recommend this apartment complex! It is a great location.

The management team is both rude and unqualified to run this complex. They have used profanity several times when addressing my concerns with the maintenance of the building and even used racial slurs towards my fiance. The elevators are not functioning every other week and the AC is turned off in the hallways for them to cut costs. They also removed the computers in the business center to save themselves money. Dont believe the 5 star reviews, they just bribe residents through a raffle if they submit a 5 star review.

Hanover Rice Village is an amazing little community with a lot great facilities. There are great cafes and restaurants right around the buildings, which gives it a lively urban feel every day of the week. The facilities are also magnificent as you can go by the pool whenever you want, or organize events at the resident lounges, as well as access to its own gym.I live by myself and feel very safe all the time.The people working at the leasing office are also wonderful! They are very kind and will provide all the information you need when you just step into the office and ask.Meagan, especially has been greatly helpful for me. She was great in terms of communicating with me and helping out in the initial renting process while I was living in another State. She provided me with very detailed information and was available all the time, which was a big help. She also walked me through all the steps which facilitated the process. All the minor problems in the apartment were also fixed even before I moved in, which shows a great communication between the leasing office and the maintenance team in terms of providing the residents a very happy and comfortable living environment.Meagan is also a very sweet person in the sense she will try to help you out with things that arent just her responsibilities in terms of leasing. I was away for a long time and my plant needed to be watered, I was very comfortable asking her if she could help me out with that, even though I new it wasnt her responsibility. She was more than happy to help me and this is also why I feel like the Hanover is more of a community in terms of people who work in the Leasing Office and residents.

I lived here for 6 months my Mom Lived here as well I loved it 100% Very nice office Staff and both manger very nice they great you at the Door when you come. I give them 100% with 100,0000 Stars I hope to stay here longer I ask for a Transfer a new Place hope to get it.....it worth 100% to lived at Hanover Rice Village....
