Smart City is amazing! I just signed a lease with my dream apartment because of them and I couldn’t be happier. Even if you know exactly which apartment you want to lease, the reassurance from Smart City is extremely convenient. Since I’m moving from out-of-state, Jon was super helpful in informing me about the general trend in rates as well as specific details about the location of different complexes. Y’all Shye Harris is freaking bomb. She literally takes her time and cares about what you like. She is very honest and blunt about all the locations, surrounding areas and the apartments we viewed. Brand new to Houston and tried to apartment hunt on my own but quickly became very overwhelmed with all the choices. I started off wanting to stay downtown and ended up switching location up north and Steven accommodated everything with such ease and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult. Initially, I was paired with a locator who did not provide me with the ultimate Smart City experience. After a few weeks, I reached out to Cassie and was paired with a locator (Daisy Ruiz) who blew me away! I was on a time crunch and got approved for an apartment in just three days.
