My original realtor was not stellar so I decided to rent my home instead of selling it. I was already out of the state, did a quick search for a property manager. I didnt have much hope theyd be that good but it turns out I won the jackpot!I never met Scott in person but he was very responsive, made sure I understood everything, was on top of any issues at the house quickly. I often felt like I was his only customer due to the response time and patience he showed.The tenants went back and forth on buying my home and I went back and forth on if I wanted to sell to them or not. During all that time, Scott did not pressure me to sell or rent. He provided helpful guidance and information to help me make an informed decision. He also continued to follow up with the tenets.I would strongly recommend ULR Properties and Scott as a property manager and real estate agent when selling. He makes you feel as if you are his most important customer and he very obviously wants to make sure you are happy and he goes out of his way to ensure you dont have to worry about your property as you know its in good hands. If I ever have another property in his area, I will not hesitate to request his services. I have had several property managers in the past, all sub-par. Figured itd be the same but I was pleasantly surprised with top of the line service instead. Stop looking around, you found the Realtor that youre looking for. I am a transplant from Denver and I interviewed over the phone 4-5 realtors over the phone to just get a feel for people. When I ran into Nicholas we hit it off right away. And simply put, he was a great realtor and and an even better dude. He found me a property that is amazing in a great location by simply listening to what I wanted to start with, even though I changed my mind a couple of times between the city and the suburbs. One of the best things about Nick is his chill factor. No, I dont mean that he is lazy and nonchalant, but that he is calm, knows the process, and knows Houston so well that while your busy panicking about everything, (this was my first home), he is busy chilling out and walking you through it. I am telling you, talk to him, give him an idea of what your looking for and he will take care of the rest. Tracey told me THREE times that I had to work with one of their agents and I finally had to say, I UNDERSTAND THAT, Im just trying to find out whats available at this point. She said she had a client on the other line and would have to call me back. My agent then called her and asked for her name and questioned what the protocol is when clients are seeking representation and Tracey hung up on her. Ive never dealt with anyone who was that rude and unprofessional.

For my recent move within Houston (Galleria to Briar Forest), I reached out to ULR website and was put in touch with Becky Evans. She responded the same day by 8 pm. In our introductory call, she patiently noted all of my requirements and also suggested expanding my search criteria on account of the Covid19 specials.Thereafter, she sent me a curated list of 10 properties each in the Galleria, BriarForest, and an overall list of the most suitable ones. She also considered my own research. Thereafter, she diligently followed up with all the apartments to setup appointments.Throughout this process, she was very responsive to emails, texts, and calls.
