99% sure my original post was deleted, or I just can’t find it... One of the worst apartment complexes you can imagine. Gun shots, every night (my neighbors apartment was shot through), cops are there every night. Open sewage pipes that overflow onto the sidewalks, the laundry rooms are awful and most of the washers have grey water sitting in them. The sidewalks flood everywhere. They do not terminate, but charge you every month for a termination fee. The dumpsters are always overflowing and there is a terrible raccoon problem due to this. Anybody can get into the complex, one man was living out of his van in the parking lot for the whole year I lived there. MULTIPILE items were stolen off of my front porch. Look for better options, they are out there.

Cute, quite, and well priced. But there is a really bad problem with trash pile up and trash pile ups being left in random grass areas. Also a big people leaving dog poop all over the place problem, on sidewalks or sometimes even right next to the dog waste station. Youll even catch other peoples dogs watch their steps! However, the leasing staff is very nice, and Audry (I believe the big boss) is always kind and professional.

I lived here for a year but recently left due to transfer of work. My experience was favorable. I never had any issues that couldnt be handled in a timely manner. The apartments are filled with working people who respect each other. I would like to thank Cassandra, Natalia and Audrey for always assisting me when I had a question or concern. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment complex.

These apartments are nice. The apartments has been renovated in some parts. The front office employees were helpful. Parking may be a hassle to park near your apartment. My friend ended up not moving here. It would be ok to live here.

Lived here for 2 years I’ve never had any issues with the ladies in the office they have always been respectful, attentive, & professional the maintenance man is also wonderful. I gave them a 5 star for my own personal experience the neighbors have been so kind. I did have a short term problem with roaches that was fixed quick I am a clean person so I made sure all my four walls where protected from any little creatures crawling in. I do want to say that if you’re the type of person to have family & friends visit you be ready to have no parking for anyone I suggest renting out and extra parking spot for your guests. DO NOT park in random parking spots please be respectful cus the residents are quick to tow your vehicle and I don’t blame them. Other than that it was an awesome 2 years staying at these apartment the area is fantastic everything is so close to you or a small drive away. THANK YOU TO NATALIA SHES AWESOME!

Rats, roaches, even snakes , possums,racoons and stray cats , read your lease carefully and no matter how clean you leave it ,they will keep your deposit. No parking whatsoever , steep speed bumps and a bunch of other stuff but dont say you werent warned

I have lived here for 10 years and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Maintenance is always on time and courteous. Management is super cool!!! Property is usually kept up and I’ve had no problems with anyone! Great place to live and convenient to shopping, etc. and access to the freeway is easy (610-290)!

I absolutely love these apartments, i currently rent one, they are really clean with great space for an affordable price . The manager Audrey and Cassandra have great customer service and are so helpful with awesome personalities that make you feel welcomed.

They dont have free parking they are including $25 a month including with your rent in order to have a parking spot,they have a lot of undesirable people living there and a lot of visitors are in and out, the gates are always broken and the residents are pushing the gates open or they hitting the gate so the gates can stay open no professional security,and the office staff cant really control what the residents are doing on property its a horrible place to stay its really not management fault its just not its not safe and the parking is so bizarre even when you supposed to be driving and going out they got parking spots everywhere no handicap spots and even the handicap spots have numbers that people are purchasing so they need to go in and rearrange the parking so to be professional and I pray that they dont have a head-on collision where the people are coming out and a lot of them coming in the wrong way they just disregard rules the residents. The owner of the property need to really come out and walk it look at how theyre parking look at how the gates are and put a little bit more money into the property so it can be safe for the residents because youre paying $719 or more a month for a one bedroom plus $25 for rent a parking spot so thats quite a bit of money not to have a place to really park because you never know whos going to actually be in your spot and youre a little afraid to always say something because you dont know if they have a gun or what and also break-ins are very very bad Ive been over there two years my husband company truck been broken and $30,000 of supplies been stolen out, my little car had my window knocked out and, twice they tried to steal my husbands truck so they need professional security, and not a security company circling around and just watching are on their phone they need someone actually to get out and walk the property and make sure its safe and people are not breaking in to other people property also they need a more professional pest control company because they come in and put a little dab of roach glue on the wall and that doesnt do any good when you go into the property you need to really exterminate and thats daily until you get the roaches down and once you get them down you you have to take your trash out and keep clean but when you take your trash out everybodys dropping that trash all over the ground you know its trash everywhere everywhere except the trash can and then they have the homeless people thats living out of their cars theyre not really paying for a spot but they have a spot on property its a guy named George he lives out of his van hes been there since 76 and he dont have to pay for a spot so I dont know really whats going on.

Apartment is nice and cozy. Staff is so sweet. Great neighbors.

Im going on 4 years of living here and about sign another lease. For the area the apts are very affordable. Office management, Audrey and Cassandra, are very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I have referred friends in the past to the property. HEB, WalMart, El Rancho, and Walgreens are all within 1-15 minutes away making this a convenient location. As long as my work drive is 30 minutes from here I will continue to rent.

I have lived her for quite awhile, never really had issues until now. My car has been damaged multiple times, windows been shot at twice, the lawn people give no cares about my car. I pay for parking and my car should be safe. Instead I’m paying more money to fix it every month. Work orders still have not been complete. And when maintenance come by there just so rude with attitudes. I don’t really know what to do anymore. I am very unhappy here!

I had been looking for an apartment for sometime and yet to feel welcome to any of the places I had looked. When I walked into the office each person was very warm and friendly. I knew instantly I was going to like living here .They all were very helpful in explaining all of the details as I had several questions as I havent rented an apartment in several years. My parking space in perfect its right in front of my door!If you like being treated with friendly customer service and people who genuinely care then this is a place for you to live.

Parking is horrendous. The model apartment is nice but the actual apartments are gross. Need for a major renovation. The AC always had a problem. Maintenance would say they completed work orders when they never even contacted the resident or set foot inside. Always questionable activity happening by the dumpsters. For $100 more a month, Im now in a clean and safe complex. The lights in the parking lot work and I feel safe unlike in this dump. Glad I only signed for a year and got outta there.

Office staff did not have paperwork ready the day we moved in...Living room had dirt and dust on the floor..garbage disposal was backed up in the kitchen sink. The wood floor had a crack in it where concrete was showing through...bedroom carpet was not clean or shampooed. Unprofessional and complacent office staff.

Me and my husband have lived at adobe springs apartments for seven years. We havent always been the ideal tenants, late on the rent a lot. However the management has been wonderful and nothing but patient. couldnt imagine ever leaving. love you guys...

I called yesterday and spoke to a woman over the phone about an apartment and had to schedule a tour for 10 a.m. the following day. Just to waste my gas and time driving over here and one of the ladies in the office talking to me like I’m illiterate and don’t know what I’m talking about. Don’t talk to people over the phone or make sure to get whoever you talk to first and last name. I wouldn’t even bother visiting or calling about these apartments it’s a waste of time.

I have lived here for over 8 months now and I have enjoyed it. The management team are very responsive and accommodating. When my lease expires, I am signing another year lease.

Been living here for about 4 years . Started with a one bedroom now I moved to a two bedroom . Its been a great place to call home . The office staff are very nice and are willing to do anything to accommodate the residents .

I have lived here for a year and just signed another year lease. I live in a second floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath w/ a stacked washer & dryer and love it. The rooms are big with a walk in closet in the Master. High vaulted ceiling in the living room really opens up the space. My neighbors have lived here for years and are very friendly and considerate. No noise issues. Walls are very thick, can’t hear my neighbors at all. Service requests have been prompt and the Office ladies are curtious and helpful. Close to 290 & 610 freeways & parks. I was also assured that they did not experience and flood damage from Hurricane Harvey when I moved in. Had a roach problem when I moved in but after a couple treatments, problem is gone. You can request a monthly treatment as well.CONS- parking is limited and there is NO Visitor Parking. You can purchase an additional spot for a monthly fee however. Gym is only open during business hours and not on the weekends. Pretty useless if you work an 8-5pm job. Currently major road construction on Watonga between 34 st & 43st so getting in/out of the complex is a hassle. Trash dumpsters are only located at the back of the complex so u have to Drive your trash to the dumpsters.Overall, small inconveniences compared to my overall experience living here. Would recommend.

This place looks under ever & any rock to find a reason WHY they couldnt accept us in order to keep your application fees PLUS YOUR DEPOSIT!!! SO IF YOU OWE YOUR MAMA $5.00 THEY WILL FIND OUT ABOUT THAT TOO!!!! We had an eviction but paid & stayed and finished out our lease til the end. But THAT DIDNT MATTER TO THEM, SO THEY KEPT ALL OF OUR MONEY!!!!

I lived here but I Had to move due to my job. I would recommend this apartments because of the workers there, the maintenance and office people were helpful and they knew my name when I would come by to check on stuff.

Well I paid a deposit on a 2 bedroom 2 bath saw the model of what the apartment would look like and was excited. Especially since it was only a deposit that I had to pay plus 1 month free rent. I am suppose to be moving in already and now I am unsure about my moving here after I saw the unit Im suppose to be moving to. I walked the apartment before the keys did not work the closet doors need to be replaced, the fridge and stove are nice but the dishwasher looks all beat up, there was a few cosmetic details that needed to be fix. I understand that they do very basic fixing of stuff but I was not going to move in until they fix the apartment. Of course one of the managers I assume was kinda rude like is this preventing you from moving in well I mean at least be considerate and how would you feel if the apartment you are moving into looked like it was a rush job. Went by again on Friday they gave me the keys to go by and check I barely went yesterday some of the stuff has been done but Im upset at how they just did like whatever kind of job with the sink. I mean at least make the place look presentable not like you rushed. Im not sure what the housekeeping did but the wall has a stain or something. Now that I have the keys and the contract has been signed I guess Im stuck until December next year. If it wouldnt have been for stupid Harvey I was fine where I was at. So far the lights have been replaced and the stack able washer/dryer unit removed but the paint job that has been painted cant say much for other stuff just waiting to see. Talked to one resident here which I was assigned his parking spot he said pretty much everything is o.k here just to be careful for roaches. Yeah decided not to move in here.

WORST APARTMENTS TO MOVE INTO!When i first saw the place they looked nice on the outside, looked at a model apartment and that also looked nice. When we moved in my apartment was nice, neighbors are nice. But i will say these apartments have a huge roach problem it’s like they never die!!!!! They’re in the kitchen come out when i’m cooking, in the restroom shower in our bedroom they’re just everywhere no matter how clean you keep your home they still manage to be here it’s horrible. Not to mention someone stole out tire from our car!!! Once my lease is over we are out of here!!!

Terrible place to live, Ive recently got a job in Houston so I stay with a buddy. Come to find out theres no visitor parking. So i wake up at 4 in the morning to find my vehicle has been towed, and its 230 to get it back. So thats strike one. Then my buddys outlet sparked because his outlet cover is broken. Been 1 week with no one coming out to fix it. Strike 2. And some of the tenants are obnoxious. Strike 3. Dont move here.

I recently went to apply here. I was almost convinced it was a good bet, but then I found out that there is zero guest parking and if you have more than one car, they charge you $35 per month to park more than one car. I thought it was ridiculous. The floor plans are pretty nice though and everything looked fairly clean. The parking rule is just silly.

So far so good. Today I went in to check the place out they are very nice apartments and at very reasonable prices! Very nice and friendly staff Anna in particular!!!! We we able to view 3 models!!! I loved them all. We will be going to get our process started tomorrow! Ill leave an even better review if the process us smooth and we get approved!!!! YAY IM EXCITED!!!

I am a resident here and I feel reviews mean alot. Looking at all these reviews I can pretty much say about pest issue first when I moved in but put in a report and they handled it within a week and havent had a problem since. Also, mind you in order to keep any pest away anywhere you live cleaning your apartment with clorox, lysol etc is necessary cause you never know how the neighbors are next to you. Other than that I havent had to deal with the staff being rude they are all very respectful Nelly and Cassandra Ive dealt with every time I call for something. Thanks Adobe springs for a comfortable place so far and I been here since November.

This apartment complex seriously needs some help. Lets start with the fact that there are huge potholes on the street all around the area. The laundry room is nasty there are bugs everywhere and theres always some issue with a washer or dryer. The dumpsters are a far walk and they are disgusting. There is always trash all over the floor. This place is also really unsanitary. The biggest issue I have had are roaches. Im not sure if its the neighbors but my boyfriend and I make sure to keep the kitchen really clean and throw the garbage out and they still crawl around. We call the office all the time to have extermination done and it does not work, not even sure if they do it. Only time we dont have A issue is when my boyfriend does the job himself. The staff never gets their ledger right and its a constant struggle with the payments being posted. No visitors parking, they also close the amenities at 6 pm when everyone is getting home from work so in reality you cant use the gym or put money in your card for laundry if your not home by that time. The pool is also nasty it doesnt get cleaned and the water is murky. STAY AWAY!!! They need major work and I can not wait for the lease to end. DO NOT RENT HERE.

This place is the worst. Their management steals money from your apartment during their so called inspections. Don’t move here. Management are thief’s !!!! (Audrey Moore) was not helpfull when one of her Coworkers stole 700 bucks for my apartment. Beware!!!! They didn’t even investigate. They say that they know there team wouldn’t steal anything but they don’t even know who came and did my inspection. They put a letter at my door saying the would lock me out of my apartment , even though we had a discussion about me paying on Friday. They have no remose for what they did to me. And no one wants to help . Please don’t move here. It will be your biggest regret .

These apartments are roach infested. No matter how many time they spray the roaches get bigger. They are in the light fixtures as well. Vernon the head maintenance man is sloppy in his work. He came into my apartment flushed materials down my toilet and left residues. When Audrey was contacted she condoned it and didnt look into it. These apartments are a joke. Their corporate office is a joke. Tina Martin and Audrey Moore are terrible. The office dont put in work orders correctly and the maintenance isnt able to fix work orders. They hire contactors who dont speak and English and have no idea how to anything. Skip over Adobe Springs unless you want a manager Audrey Moore who is a liar, Tina Martin who dont care about residents nor does she return calls or emails. When I asked to be out of my lease early both by Audrey and Tina, they said no. Then Audrey calls and asks me to move out early because she told my apartment already. Ive filed compliant with the Houston Apartment Association on them several times for not fixing things in a proper manner. DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL, THIS IS A TERRBILE PLACE TO LIVE PERIOD!!!!!! I HAVE PICTURES OF THE ROACHES IN MY APARTMENT AS WELL WHEN PIPES BURST IN MY APARTMENT AND IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO FIX IT WITH MOLD IN MY APARTMENTS...

I just recently moved into my townhome and so far so good im loving my place the one thing I dont quite like is that the fitness center only stays open during office hours 😡 😥 It doesnt give me time to get a workout in if we could get after hours accuse to the fitness center that would make living here even better 😉

Model Room looks nothing like apartment I was given. It was unfinished and needed some repairs. Parking is horrible, plan to walk a good distance.They advertise for security, 2 broken windows, and they do nothing about it. Sink over-flooded after moving in, water stains from roof leaks noticeable.Do not rent here.Additional pictures available of both incidents and water overflow.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star 😔just move in one month ago and the only i can said is the worst apartments that can be on the area, the apartment they showed me is was great ones i moved in to the apartment it was giving to me it was nothing compare to the one they showed me apartment, it was not even clean , carpet was not wash, floor in the bathroom as a hole it took then 2 almost 3 weeks to fix it, after second time of talkng to the apartment about my car been vandalized i told the that my apartment has pests, roches, bed bugs they told me they were gonna have it exterminated the following week well that did not happen i believe that this apartment dont care about people that leave here, my car has been vandalized 2 times apartment cant do anything about it. i would be finding some other place to leave i dont even feel safe here i would bring this up to the higher ups(owners of this apartments ) i have pictures of all this things am talking about proof of evedence.. like i said if your not happpy in one place find some where else that youll be happy it my cost alittle more but you would not be running in to this issues by the way the garbage cans areway in the back you will need todo alot ofwalking just to thro your garbage to the dumbter. cant wait to get out of here is the worst of the worst apartments , its funny i stop and ask about the extermination in my apartment and then i talk about my car beeing vandalize and the manager that was incharge said it was my fault how profesional can you be🤔🤔 to said that

HORRIBLE COMPLEX IN GENERAL! My apartment was broken into AND the manager actually came to my apartment before I got home and seen it was broken into and she DID NOT call me nor did she call the police or even called maintenance. She claimed she seen the window was broken and door wide open and stated she thought they had locked us out of our apartment for failure to pay rent... which couldnt be further from the truth. Also the roaches are HORRIBLE. If I could give it 0 stars I could.

Cars are broken in to often then not. The water bill is split between you and the coplex- and that also includes the office use.. Lots of the times a waterhole(s) are hooked up to outside faucets and left running. You are charged for an extra parking spot if you have two cars. Maintenance is slow (except for the manager-he is good- and so is the office manager) and do a have ass job. Not to mention make sure your tools are put up... j/s..

This is absolutely one of the worst places to live in. I am living here not by choice but because I am financially strapped and therefore dont have many options. If, unlike me, you have other apartments in mind and within your budget, do yourself a favor and live any place but here!As others have mentioned, there are no available parking spaces for visitors and the complex is right by the train tracks. There are roaches that for some reason cannot be killed; they must be an alien breed specially adapted to live and thrive at Adobe Springs. The gates are always open; I havent used my key card to the entrance in months. You will not feel safe living here.The area is dirty with litter everywhere, as well as assorted debris like broken glass. The parking lot is full of potholes and the garbage dumpsters are actually on the parking lot itself; I feel sorry for the residents whose cars are forced to park there. There are people who dont pick up after their dogs, so avoid walking on the grass. Some sidewalk areas flood badly even though its not raining that hard.The leasing office is run by idiots; do not look to them for guidance or any sort of leadership or wise decisions. They could barely handle assigning permanent parking spaces to the residents and have mishandled my advance rent payment when I was away on vacation. You will be screwed over by their stupidity and carelessness.A one-star review is too generous. If I could give them zero stars or even negative stars, I would. Stay away from this place!

Ivy love!!! you are not alone!!!anyone who reads the reviews here or on apartment ratings website take heed to what you are being told.this place is trash, its roach infested and the staff could care less about their tenants being uncomfortable or dissatisfied.I do intend on pursuing this on a legal basis because this place is atrocious.save yourself the time, money and frustration and DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you like having roaches crawl on you while you sleep or get into your refrigerator contaminating you uneaten food... Im sending a huge F U to Adobe springs.

These ppl put that I broke my lease on my credit report . So currently it says I owe $2,000 . I’m beyond grateful I recorded the coversation when I called the office and asked if they received my thirty days notice and the lady clearly said Cassandra says she received it and you can hear Cassandra in the background :) Also that I took pictures of my apartment right before I left because they have pictures of what my carpet used to look like because the damage is not what they say it is. Nothing about adobe springs is worth $2000. I paid a carpet cleaner $380 to do the entire floor and I could have paid it again because my carpet did need to be redone when I moved out but there was no purpose in that. Because they wanted me to pay to replace a carpet Cassandra told me when I signed my lease that they would have to replace it anyway once I move because it would be that time for the carpet to be pulled up and replaced. They have the cheapest carpet ever. Even in my apartment now I don’t have the same issues as I did with their carpet. The actual apartment looked nothing like what I was shown, still I stayed paid my rent and if I owed fees I paid that too. I made sure to record that conversation because I had a feeling they would do that because the office manager is extremely rude and offensive. I remember her chasing me down to give me back my rent without checking the drop box to see I had paid my late fees lol even tho the money order was dated for the third I had simply forgot to turn it in until the 7th . But idc about that because paying the late fees was nothing but $2000? No the apt is not even worth that much and you can tell by the rest of the unhappy ppl here that moving here will be a big mistake! You get what you pay for so ignore the special they have going on. God has blessed me regardless :)

Apartment really isnt that greatly priced for the things that occur here, today was the straw that broke the camels back because Im tired of being treated like my issues arent really issues I think not being able to GET IN AND OUT OF MY APARTMENT FOR A FEW DAYS WITHOUT TEARING MY SKIN OFF IS A PROBLEM THAT SHOULD BE HANDLED RIGHT AWAY I HAVE ALREADY CALLED TWICE ABOUT THE ISSUE TODAY AND THEY SAID WE WILL GET TO IT OBVIOUSLY IVE HEARD THIS IN THE PAST AND DIDNT RECIEVE SERVICE TILL SEVERAL DAYS LATER. THEN ON TOP OF THIS ISSUE ALONG WITH NEVER ENDING ROACH PROBLEM I WAS WOKEN UP AT 7AM BY A GUY FIXING SOME STAIRS NEAR MY APT USING A HAMMER TO BANG ON METAL AND A SAW TO CUT IT DOWN I JUST WANTED TO SLEEP A FEW HRS SEEING HOW I GOT HOME FROM ONE OF MNY FOUR JOBS AT THREE AM THEN WAS WOKEN UP A FEW HOURS LATER IM JUST DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE, I MEAN THAT STIRCASE WAS FALLING APART FOR THE YEAR PLUS IVE ALREADY LIVED HERE BUT THIS MORNING AT 7AM THEY FINALLY DECIDE TO FIX IT RIDICULOUS!! TO TOP IT OFF WE HAVE HAD OUR WATER CUT OFF A FEW TIME THROUGHT THE PAST MONTH THEN OUR WATER BILL IS RIDICOUS AND SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVENT EVEN HAD HOT WATER FOR MONTHS. FYI DONT LIVE HERE YOU WILL WIND UP REGRETTING IT, I JUST GOT STUCK BECAUSE IM TOO BUSY TO MOVE LUCKILY THE STAFF IS THE ONE AND ONLY THING THAT HASNT KEPT ME FROM LEAVING YET,HOWEVER I AM PISSED WITH ALL THE OTHER THINGS THAT GOES ON AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.

There is a major roach infestation and the property is aware of this yet they are unable to fix the problem. Its unsanitary, and I would not suggest that anyone choose to rent at this property. On top of this they make the residents financially liable for vacating an infested dwelling.

LONG STORY SHORT I SHOWED PROOF IT WAS STOLLEN AND THEY ARE STILL MAKING ME PAY I PROMISE ID RATHER LIVE UNDER A BRIDGE THEN LIVE IN THIS DISHONEST PLACE THEY ARE SNEEKY AND DISRESPECTFUL ....IVE SEEN PEOPLE MOVE IN AND OUT WITH IN 3 MONTHS OR LESS SO PLEASE LISTEN AND DONT COME HERE!!!!

I like my apt but it just sucks that us folks with one car have to deal with all the folks with extra cars you would think the office would care since there losing all that money not getting from them to pay for a extra parking slot and you cant have them towed for parking in a spot that not meant for parking but what can you do we just have to deal with.

Run! Faaaaaar Faaaaar Away!It feels like you are living on a railroad track (NO EXAGGERATION). The tracks are directly behind the complex and the trains run ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT AT ALL HOURS. The horns are completely ridiculous. Some trains blow the horn TEN times!The dumpsters are 747474737 miles away from the apartments and are always overflowing. You cant even sit your trash on your patio for a couple minutes without a note being put on your door about a possible fine.They dont fix ANYTHING! Ive lived here for a year and NOTHING has even been addressed. Everything that was messed up when I moved in that I wrote on my apt evaluation IS STILL MESSED UP.The walls are paper thin. I can hear peoples entire conversations while Im trying to sleep.There are stray cats EVERYWHERE. It looks like a petting zoo. They destroy welcome mats and patio furniture and nothing is done about it.The gate is NEVER closed. What exactly is the point of living in a gated complex if the gate is always open?!!!There are potholes that damage your tires all over the parking lots.There are all kinds of bugs everywhere.The mailbox is outside and open to the public. People get their boxes broken into all the time.There is NO GUEST PARKING at all. If you have more than one car then you have to pay a fee every month for another spot. So if youre a social person, Idk what to tell you unless you plan on picking up all your house guests and dropping them back off at their cars later.The apartment that youre shown will probably not look like the one you are actually given.Neighborhood is horrendous.The water bill is a complete scam. Since Ive been here its climbed from $50 to $90. I work 12 hr shifts almost every single day. Im not even here enough to use that much water!I cant wait until I leave this hellhole. Counting down the days.

My lease is up in 2 months and Im leaving. The leasing office didnt show me the apt unit i was going move into and sing. when I started moving in I found out why The apt has a roach problem to make it worst on my water bill I paying $3.00 extermination fee, the apt next to me there was a resident that had lot of cats that moved out,the maintenance and the manger told me they are going to have to fulminate the apt so the roaches will be coming over into my apt. the apt knows about the roach problem. In the apt there a moldy smell,under the walk way to my patio there is some kind of fungus/or mold growing,Around the complex there dead mice. Adobe spring did construction around the complex and nothing to fix the condition of the units the Whole time doing the construction the apt had no respect to the resident and there work schedule loud tractors,banging on walls etc.. There is one good thing about adobe springs that is I have an eviction due to a personal family matter the apartment approve me.They told me I will be receiving a special but put the money of the special on a another charge. Im self Employed adobe spring charge me over 400.00 BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN SELF EMPLOYED OVER ONE YEAR So the special they told me I will be receiving I did not receive.

Not the best place but an okay price. The train is really loud specially at night. Lots of cats. No parking AT ALL! Front office said all apartments have less parking that they need trash is over filled so whoever lives by there well it sucks to be them. Anyways we have a roach problem since day 1. exterminater comes at random times. One came in as I was coming out the shower! YES they will come in even if you dont answer! The older Hispanic lady told me that they can exterminate while I sleep! Water bill goes up ever month by 5$ right now Im at 97$ p.s Im a student and Im never home! This place is gated but the gate sometime doesnt work! Or it will be open so all week. Anyways if you dont mind any of that this places is perfect for you! Well I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. P.s lots of crack heads, hookers and drug dealers stand by the little coner store so be careful!

These apartments are,horrible they use a tactic to bait you in the demonstration is .othing like what your gonna be getting possum dog cat all over the place when it rains it flood every where dont be fooled by the front side that just to.bait you in once you sign that contract they got you

Very bad experience. Would not recomend to anyone. Animals live in there walls and apparently they cant do anything about it.

They constantly turn off the water. They water has been off since 1pm today and it’s already 5:30. How am I going to wash my babies bottles? Don’t move here . Save yourself !!!

I set up an appointment via email to take a look, took off work to show up, and then they refused because they apparently dont show apartments if its raining.

This is the only place that has towed MY car, while i waited for the tow truck to tow a car in my spot.

These apartments are so trash i hate me n my wife moved over here the maintenance is really whack can’t wait til our least up getting far away from apartment

Si va tomar decisión de vivir aquí piénselo bien y revise bien. Si pudiera colocar cero estrellas lo haría. Es un lugar inseguro y sus apartamentos son una pesadilla decidimos vivir hay solo por que tenía lavadora dentro del Duplex pero el apartamento modelo es una ilusión a lo real. Hoy día recibimos un reporte de deuda a nuestro crédito por supuestos daños a una alfombra que uso los anteriores inquilinos por 7 años y que cuando llegamos reportamos el desastre y sin mencionar el baño tan horrible y en mal estado que tienen; la administración mediante su empleada Casandra nos prometió cambio de alfombra y evidentemente hicieron la orden pero cuando llegó el sr al cambio indicó que solo cambiaba a apartamentos desocupados y que serían dos días y en vista de no tener para dónde movernos pagamos de nuestro bolsillo una limpieza para evitar más incomodidad y muchas otras cosas más como óxido en el espejo frente al lavamanos, semanas con la lavadora descompuesta y hasta caídas de la puerta principal que nunca solucionan por qué tienen el peor personal de mantenimiento y esto se los podré demostrar con un video que hicimos al llegar y al irnos de cómo dejamos y por supuesto con la solicitud que iniciamos frente servicio al consumidor por que estos complejos creen que ellos pueden cobrar y dañar el crédito de las personas solo por que ellos quieren. Ha hoy nos llegó una carta de reporte de deuda que dice que tenemos por daños en la alfombra, por colgar televisor en la pared y según por aseo. Así que ojo por que lo que es y muestran luego salen con otra. Así que les enviaré video y les mostraré la acción contra este complejo ante servicio al consumidor y telemundo. Señor inmigrante denuncie este tipo de abusos y cámbiese de lugar por que usted vino a este país a pagar y vivir bien sin robar a nadie y otros si abusando de los que trabajamos. Quedo al envío de los videos y ojalá esta administración busque las órdenes que nosotros hicimos ante los problemas y revisen que nunca nos hicieron cambio de alfombra y menos servicio de mantenimiento. Igual que fumigación y estábamos inundados de cucarachas. Aunque si cobran servicio de fumigación. Gracias y pilas no se deje de los abusos use su derecho como consumidor.

I live in this property for several years and I really regret the maintenance service of the property ... the dogs relieve themselves in the green area without anyones control is disgusting. There are likeos and the plumbing is very deteriorated. No one does anything so I DONT dare recommend them ... I call the office and they dont do anything.

The two girls who attend the office are very friendly and have always had very attentive staff

Pipes in very bad condition, I have 16 days that a pipe broke in my kitchen, it filled with water up to the room and they still did not repair, they came maybe they welded it with chewing gum because it continues to lichen, in the ceiling a large hole without light in the kitchen, the ceiling in the living room is super stained, in short they are horrible, I give it a star because I cant give zero 😡 ...

I have been working in the office for more than two months that they repair many things and they never go they never have time many cockroaches get in all corners of the apartment there are pots on the stove and the fridge they are already very old the cockroaches get inside the fridge Stove no longer works, the truth is very bad service, they dont attend, come here, I dont recommend them, terrible service, liarsThey always say they go and no one ever goes 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Reasonable prices

The attention was always the best, the secretaries were very kind and attentive, whenever I reported something they immediately attended, the only thing that I dont think is that many times I found people in my parking lot
