After moving to Hattiesburg and walking into 5 nail establishments, I FINALLY found a Nail Salon of my liking. They did an awesome job and they were quick and experienced! They actually took the time to talk to me and engage conversation as to what I like, as in colors etc... everyone in Nifty Nails were friendly, attentive and professional. I highly recommend you go to Nifty Nails. They take appointments!!! They don’t tell you pick out color and have seat!! They TALK to you and treat you like a valued customer. Call and make an appointment.

This is my first time using this shop and the experience was amazing. The nail technician was very friendly and great with communication. We laughed and talked about random topics. Kenya is the best! The atmosphere of the nail salon is relaxing, soothing and. extremely clean. They usually operate off appointments but is fixable to walk-ins. I would recommend this salon to everyone.Thank you again!

Said that they only take appointments, but there is nowhere to book an appt online.

I called for 2 days and no one answered. Then on third day a girl answered after many rings. She was very curt with me and barely let me talk. Asked for a Saturday appointment and she told me there was a 10:00 am available and asked to book it. When I arrived at 9:55 am on said Saturday I found out that this girl never wrote my name in the appointment book. Not cool

Super friendly! The girl that did my nails today was awesome. And my nails have never looked better. So hard to find a good nail salon thats friendly and does a good job. Glad i found my place! Highly recommend! Also try calling to set up appointment first so you know for sure it will get done at that time and they take theyre time making sure it gets done perfect

I came to this place because of the high ratings and I must say... Im pretty disappointed. I walk in, no one says anything. Im not sure if I should sit down, stand in the entrance or walk out to try again. I end up going back to my car after several minutes of nothing to get my jacket. When I come back to sit again, someone finally asked what I needed. I replied a full set. She says, oh we cant do that today... were closing at 5 or 6. ....... the current time you ask? 3:15.Ridiculous. If you dont want to give service, or are planning to close early, you should alert the customer the FIRST TEN MINUTES theyve been in your shop.Will never recommend or return.
