Service was great! The technician was very through & made sure I was satisfied with my service. She stayed with me from start to finish. Very nice & courteous. I’ve used them before & will continue to use them!

I walked in and asked if there was a wait time. David, one of the employees, welcomed me right on in and sat me down; he immediately got started on my full set. As he worked on my nails, we had small conversation with one another. I could tell he enjoyed his work & he did whatever he could to make sure everyone was satisfied and had been taken care of. While I was getting my nails done, I decided I needed my eyebrows waxed too. David said I could go into the waxing room & someone would be right with me. A few minutes went by & he came in & said “Yea, I do a little bit of everything” and he did an AMAZING job on my brows. For a full set with gel polish & my brow wax, it was $68 total. A little more pricey & more than I would usually spend at other places, but I didn’t mind too much considering I didn’t have to wait at all & how sweet David was during my time there.All in all, I will definitely be back! & I highly recommend sweet David as your nail tech or for brows!

Wait was extremely long, but worth it. Technician was attentive and asked multiple times if this is what I wanted or if she was hurting me. She also thanked me for trusting her with the look I was asking for with my manicure. Which was a natural look and thin layer of acrylic.

First of all, during the experience of getting my nails done the nail tech kept getting mad and telling me not to move my hand (which she was moving) second of all, she completely ruined them and didnt offer to fix it. they charged us for a fill in and no one got a fill in at all. and worst of all i wokeup and my finger was swollen and purple. this was from her using the electrical nail file on my actual skin .

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so nice and very professional. They always do a great job!

WARNING!!!!!!! Waste of money!!!! They don’t care if you like your nails or not. Even if you show them they’ll do the complete opposite. Rude people , they talk about customers. They lie about prices and tell you a different one AFTER they’ve done your nails. Go anywhere but here, or find a good quality nail tech, there are plenty others in Hattiesburg who are professional.

I went here to get a nail refill and the lady who was doing my nails was extremely rough on my hands. That’s not the worst of it. She got on her phone MULTIPLE times to text people while doing my nails. This is extremely unprofessional

First time coming to salon, I was waiting for my friend when the technician pointed me to a chair. I told her I could wait before sitting due to me waiting, but she insisted and said that I could just soak until my friend got there. One of the male technicians came over and ask about my color and proceeded to sit down. I told him I was still soaking because I was waiting for my friend. the male technician got very rude with me and said I’ve been soaking for 5-10 minutes already and I’m holding up the chair, which the female technician already told me it was okay. I told them I had no problem leaving, then the female technician told me I could stay and she apologized. The other technicians were wonderful besides the one male.

Horrible customer service. The way they approach you like they do not have time. Seems like they’re irritated. One of my friends told them what color they preferred and the man said that’s just clear and said he couldn’t do it. I changed my mind on getting my nails done. That type of behavior is unexceptional.

Terrible customer service, very rude and inconsiderate of what you would like. I went in for a fullset and a pedicure, and I left with nail glue still on my fingertips, crooked nails and no pedicure because they didnt have time. Another customer commented on the fact that they charge for any shape besides square, then my nail technician told the customer that she could go somewhere else. All of our mouths dropped. Then I asked my nail technician of she could even the shape of my oval nails and she told me to be grateful... I will never go back to this place, she ruined my cuticals with the electric nail filer. It got to the point to where I had to yank my hand back because it felt like my skin was about to get filed off. She didnt say sorry, she got mad at me for yanking my hand back and told me next time Im in pain to say hot.Ok, if anyone is in pain their immediate reaction is to yank back.This place is horrible and the other employees were obviously talking bad about the other customers in vitnameese. And by obvious I mean, pointing fingers at the customers and then making eye contact.I have never not tipped at a nail salon, but I did not feel bad about not leaving a tip. This place should be shut down or needs a whole new staff.

Nails Looked terrible and tacky. Asked them to reshape them and make sure polish was on the entire nail. One of the ladies informed me I should get another color then told me it had to be in same color family ! When she repainted them I could still see the previous color
