Ivy did a beautiful job on my nails! Best Mani/pedi I have had in a very long time! I have lived here 7 months and I have finally found my nail shop. Needless to say I will be back!!

I was a Spa Owner and Nail tech for over 25 years. This Salon does the Best Nail Enhancements and Pedicures in the city. Their draw back is the wait time and cancelations due to not working efficiently by adding a minimum of 4 -6 Pedicurists. The clientele would Double as well as the income. With thisSaid, a receptionist would keep the techs from getting up and customers could call for appointments as that isnt an option at this time. The current techs would not lose a penny because the customer flow is unending. Customers are turned away by the hundreds because the techs are doing both services. (Nail and Peds). The business could Double immediately with this efficient adjustment!! HATS OFF TO EACH TECH FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY AND HARD WORK!!!

Just had the greatest manicure here by Ben. He was so wonderful and such a pleasure to talk to. He took his time on my nails and they came out absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend him and I will definitely be back!

Everyone do quality work. I get dip or gel and I have never had to return for repairs. But come with a book...always crowded!

I literally love this nail place however, when I came in yesterday for a dip power on my nails. It was an hour before I was actually seated and the man kept looking at his watch and rushed on my nails I literally have air bubbles on three of my nails. It’s ugly!! And he was a bit rough too. This is my second time getting the dip and this time it was ugly I do not like it at all looks like I literally could of done it myself and better at that. I think I’m going to try somewhere else at this point.

The quality of the work is excellent, however every tech is super slow. This salon needs to decide to take appointments only or take appointments at a certain time. It is very unfair to other paying customers to sit and wait 45 mins or longer and still get put off due to an appointment walking in when they have already been sitting waiting on service.

Nail tech (male-not oldest or youngest) seemed very annoyed. Seem to be in a hurry to get done. Asked to fix my nail polish bc disposable shoe messed it up. He acted very irritated. And still did not fix nail correctly. Had to ask the oldest guy to do it. Will not return. Not because of the mistake (mistakes happen) but because it seemed like I was an inconvenience to him.

I love this place.

Always the best place to get your nails done in Hattiesburg, MS!! They always get 5 stars!!

I came down from Columbia MO to visit my family for mother’s day and my daughter, Kristin, took me here to get my nails done. it was on a Saturday and many people were in with their moms getting nails done so there was quite a wait but it was totally worth it! I think Kelvin did my nails and they are gorgeous! He’s very nice and friendly. I was a little worried that he might do a rush job since the salon was so full and busy but he didn’t. He took his time and my gel nails are gorgeous! He even massaged my arms and hands after. The whole experience was wonderful and relaxing. I come home to see my daughters and family every 3 months, so I’ll definitely visit the salon every time I’m home.

I enjoyed my experience today! Anna was my nail tech and she was Awesome! I will definitely be back!

They are all polite, NO ONE speaks another language in your presence (or about you like other salons), they are clean, professional, and they are all about customer service. When you tell them to fix something you don’t like, they fix it happily without getting defensive because in the end if the day, if you don’t like it, you’ll go somewhere else next time. Also, you get a free hot stone massage with every pedi! That alone is a reason to keep coming back. I have found my go-to nail salon.

Kelvin is AMAZING! After having my nails done by Marilyn and Monroe at Natural Nails for over a decade, I was devastated when they moved back to the coast:( Then I found Kelvin... PERFECTION!

This nail salon is Unfair as far as first come first basis goes. Also Do not use Peter he is rude and does not listen and when you tell him what you want he argues and tries to change your mind.

Ms. Amy is awesome and the shop specializes with ingrown toenails.

Love getting my nails done...but WAY to overpriced!!! I got a thin layer of acrylic over my natural nails just so they dont break and gel polish...that was $53! No thanks!
