Just went today and came away with an awesome set of ombre nails. Love love how they turned out!

I went to this establishment on a Monday paid $50 for Dip nails which only lasted me till Wednesday. 3 nails broke went back that Wednesday for a repair and waited an hour and a half for service. The same week that Saturday all of my nails had cracks in them which forced me to soak them off. Worst nail shop experience ever waste of money and time. Would not recommend to anybody!!

Very patient and kind, prices are great and they take their time. If a mistake is made its corrected right then. And their variety of colors is to die for! I just found my new nail shop/spot!

John is so pleasant and social. He actually gives therapy to my feet and legs.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS WAS WATCHING A MOVIE ON HER PHONE WHILE DOING MY NAILS. SHOWED HER A PICTURE OF HOW I WANTED MY NAILS AND THEY LOOKING NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. ONE SIDE OF LIKE 4 OF MY NAILS DONT HAVE ACRYLIC ON THEM AND THE ACRYLIC IS TOO THICK. ON TOP OF THAT GOT MY LASHES DONE THEY WERE CUTE BUT TELL ME WAY THEY CAME OFF AND IT HAVENT BEEN A WEEK YET. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. WASTED MY MONEY.

Work fely very sloppy, I got my acrylics removed and one of my nails were sensitive. Still the tech drilled them down so hard and ALL of my nails left damaged. Some are thinner than others because of the inconsistent work done, and glue was left on my finger nails. Felt like the work was rushed

I have been going to Ultimate Nails for years now and I can say that today I was truly disappointed. It wasnt just the 2 hour wait, but to take people who have only been there for a few minutes in front of people who have been waiting hours was unacceptable. And once she gets to my nails, she starts watching tv while doing my nails and they came out horrible. If I am going to spend $70 in an establishment, then I should get what I am paying for.

This is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Earlier this afternoon I had gone to another nail Solon and it was HORRIBLE and I went there and I think my nail tech was Nansy. But I’m not sure. But she was wonderful. Go here more than any other place. The prices are wonderful and so is the speed of them. Please go here it’s wonderful.

Feet were messed up half did her job

Will not return. The lady that did my nails was FaceTiming on her phone the entire time, my nail quality was mediocre at best. Had my daughters nails done as well, when asked to move to the dryer, she accidentally chipped her polish on one nail. When we asked the man to fix it (very minor fix), he skoffed at her, and when he finished he said “don’t touch anything else”. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. They definitely need a lesson in customer service.

Very very very unhappy!! My nails look like I did them. Jus left 5 mins ago and acrylic is peeling off, on top of it being too thick! Nails are uneven. Does not look.natural at all! The tech was in a rush because ppl were waiting. I have tried 4 different salons around Hattiesburg and have yet to find a good one. Will not be goin back!!

The wait is crazy long. I walked in for a pedicure. They ask me to pick out a color then told me to have a seat in the pedicure chair. I waited for an hour in the chair with my feet in cool water. They waited on everybody that came in that wasnt black. When I decided to leave one of the employees decide to wait on me. She was not good at all. There service is horrible.

I went there a month ago. Gotten my nails done and toe nails. The sounds of the salon of a tv, their kids because 2 were arguing and flip flaps. I gotten 1 toe nail messed up 3 times. 3! The 1st time the lady didn’t even warn me that there might be some chipping. 2nd time the man fixed it when I got in the car it messed up! I was there for 3-half hours. WORST THING EVER.

Broke three nails that were gel and decided to do a refill and color change.... I was asked to pick out my color and the co-owner switched wit her husband... about two mins later she came back and told me it would be $50... first off Gel nails by themselves don’t cost $50.... so I told her to stop and then asked how much to do my entire set... in which I was told $55... now I don’t know mandarin...but I do know BS..! Very unprofessional and the fact that I’ve been going there since 2011. Will never go back! Hope they really get that $50 ... they wanted so bad. Never have I paid $50 for a refill and I NEVER will.

DO NOT GET A WAX FROM HERE! I paid $55 for a wax that the lady didn’t even finish she rushed through and was so unprofessional she didn’t wear gloves and kept burning me with the wax I was constantly asking her to blow the wax before putting it on my sensitive area. Not to mention I waited a very long time before I got any service. It was my first wax and I had already prepared myself with YouTube videos so I knew how everything was so supposed to go. She never absorbed the pain with her hand I asked her several times to absorb the pain she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. She was ripping in the wrong direction so none of the hair was coming off in rows it was coming out in random patches it was so painful and began to bleed. she knew that she didn’t know what she was doing because she kept trying to go up on the price and said I couldn’t handle the whole thing it was obvious she was rushing me out the seat because other people were waiting to be seen about there’s only 3 people working at a time at the most. usually when I come in to get my nails done there’s just 2 people. When it was over she had nothing to put on my skin for the after wax care she just told me “all finished” and the hair that’s in the insides of my vagina and but crack we’re all still there she didn’t finish I still paid and I’m NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

I was here with my mother and I was talking to her and when the worker came up to give my mom her change, she literally pushed my out the way in purpose....

They were very rude and unprofessional to my teenage daughters and their nail came off a week later... 🤦🏽‍♀️

Gel manicure chipped after 2 days! Horrible! She got so much paint on side of my fingers she used drill to scrub it off! Worst nail salon Ive been to.

Terrible service! I wouldn’t give this place a single penny! My husband could barely walk out of there when they “finished” the pedicure because they burnt his feet. I literally sat in the chair next to him and watch him get a 15 min pedicure, with no massage! After about 10 minutes I pulled my feet out of the water because it was clear that they only intended on giving one of us a “pedicure.”

The employees were very rude, no good customer service. When doing a pedicure they did not sanitize their equipment and when I ask could they clean the feet tub they sprayed it with Lysol instead if properly cleaning it. Do not go to ultimate nails

This is the only place I allow to wax my eyebrowsNice price: $10 , quickBut if they’re understaffed, it’s hard to get someone’s attention for service.

Ok my nail came off the next day but I went out of town so they couldnt fix it either.
