I’m visiting from Atlanta for a wedding and I came to get a manicure. First it took someone FOEVER to even say anything to be about a service. Then when I told her she proceeded to grab her sandwich and go to the back to eat. Didn’t give any direction or say that anyone would be with me shortly. NOTHING! I’m not sure if this is normal or maybe they just didn’t want to service a black woman. After sitting there as the other staff continued to ignore me I left. I’m not going to beg to pay you for a service. There are other salons with better starts I will be happy to spend my money with.

I loved this nail salon because it was very clean, relaxing, and the staff was very professional. they have a lot of people working so the wait wasn’t long at all. the nail artist took their time and made sure my nails and toes exactly how i wanted.

I got my nails done on Friday and they are beautiful!!! They mixed a custom ombré color for me and it turned out amazing!

I came here based on a recommendation considering I just moved here. Not pleased with the quality of my nails. The owner did my nails and it was not a pleasant experience in the slightest. I will not be returning.

I got an executive pedicure with gel polish for $75. The white lady who did them dud a horrible job on my polish. It looked like something my 5 year old could do.

Came 10 min before they open to get nails done for my brother’s graduation at 11am. Waited in the parking lot till 9:18. Other places I called were already filling up so it was too late for me to go there. Decided not to get my nails done because they were not open like it was posted. I wasted my time and I’m very disappointed

I gotten a gel manicure and it was a beyond great manicure.! I wish I remembered the young lady name that did them but I don’t remember sadly. She paid attention to every detail and did not do not one thing bad I absolutely am glad my friend took me here cause I am in love with my gel pedicure.!

If 0 stars was possible that’s what I’d give. I just wanted a simple French tip acrylic done, and whoever the guy was that did them was terrible. All of my nails are crooked, there are very visible bubbles under all of them, he was very rough when prepping them, and he rushed through it. I was uncomfortable with the way the guy acted and over all very upset about my experience. This has happened on 3 occasions and I will not be giving a 4th chance. If you do decide to go request a female nail technician, because the 3 times a male has done my nails I have walked away with immense disappointment.

I literally got them yesterday and it’s already coming off and it took forever to get them done i should get a refund they were also rly mean i won’t ever go back there

Everything i showed the guy I wanted. I was given an excuse as to why I couldnt get my nails done that way. I got cut on my finger and had to get my nails a way I didnt have in mind. My thing is if youre gonna be expensive at least make u deliver. Dont think I will return here

I was here three weeks ago because I needed a manicure. The staff was hardworking and swift. When I told them that I usually didnt get manicures because I end up chipping them, the technician suggested a gel polish for my natural nail. Its been almost three weeks and they have held up fantastically. Great experience and I plan on seeing them again.

They immediately started on my acrylics, which turned out AMAZING! And I was immediately put into a chair for my pedicure, following. They took their time and were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

I paid 170 dollars for my friend and I to get a mani pedi. I requested dip nails which are already peeling (only two days after the service). The guy performing my mani pedi was so incredibly sloppy. He had polish all over my skin, yet failed to polish my nail. My 10 year niece would’ve done a better job. I’m incredibly disappointed. I want a refund.

My daughter and I have never had a bad experience here. The people are nice and courteous. Take their time with us. If there is a mistake they fix them. The prices are much better than some places. I love this place!!!

My nails are clumpy and awful. Not even a week later and my nails are beginning to fall off. My friends nails were done by a male tech here and they looked amazing! But mine, are horrid. Be very careful if you must go here.

I’ve had services done at this salon over a period of two years, with mostly disappointing results. I kept going because the atmosphere and technicians are mostly nice and friendly and I really wanted to have a dedicated nail salon, and it’s annoying going from place to place waiting for an opening. But what’s the point if the service is not good? My last pedicure here sealed it. I paid for the lavender deluxe pedicure (I think that’s what it’s called, it’s more expensive and comes with more treatments than the basic pedi). My boyfriend was also getting a pedi, and his nail tech started before mine. So while he was getting his pedi, I sat there for about 15 minutes before the tech came to even run the water to let me soak. I could tell immediately that I was going to be disappointed bc she was barely doing anything to my feet, more like just getting them wet and going through the motions. She even told me that my feet weren’t bad at all, so she didn’t need to do much scrubbing. I knew that wasn’t true. That’s why I was there, lol! Before I knew it, she was done and proceeded to polish my nails. She didn’t care at all that she wasn’t even covering my whole nails with polish! I was so annoyed but I held it in bc I wanted this to be a relaxing experience for my boyfriend who had just returned from deployment. Mind you, I sat with my toes under the dryer for about 15 minutes before his pedicure was complete. He has pretty nice feet for a man, his nail tech just seemed to really care about what she was doing. So after we left he even questioned why my service was done so fast and it was supposed to be a “deluxe!” The next day, my nail polish was chipping!!! And as my bf was rubbing my feet, he said they didn’t feel freshly pedicured and he was absolutely right! His were baby smooth tho. 😑 Previous to this, my acrylics would be loose and come off or the gel would start peeling within a few days. They would say to come back, but I honestly don’t have to time or desire to return to the nail shop every few days! I don’t always expect perfection, but consistency and quality service shouldn’t be too much to expect when paying for services. Especially when they charge a bit more than other salons.

Some years ago after they opened I tried Serenity for a manicure and pedicure. It was ok at best, so some weeks later I gave them another try. So disappointing I decided no more! Earlier today, my wife who has had a manicure and pedicure there a few times encouraged me to give it another try.I did!The young lady that attempted to give me a manicure was nice, the manicure was very disappointing!Never again!Normally I tip a manicurist 20% to 25% ... today I left no tip whatsoever!Writing a note on the credit charge, expressing my sentiments.I am a strong believer in compliments when deserved!. . . and as evidenced by this posting, vice versa!

I have been sitting in the chair waiting for someone to do something! This place is bs and I’m only here because I received a gift certificate.

They are a little pricy for my taste. To get a refill and color is 25 dollars. Thats how much it cost just to the orginal set that are on my nails that they just refilled

I walked into the salon and no one greeted me or asked to assist me. I stepped out and called their store number and it went to voice mail. The sign may say open, but this place clearly does not want business!

Always disappointing quality and rushed through. Also low skill levels of new/trendy nail designs.

My experience with them was ok, but not great. I have witnessed Erica, the owner, actually calling a customer an idiot after she messed up one of her fingers. I’m assuming she is also the same Erica that gave her store a 5 star rating(LOL). That customer sat there in shock . I would have had choice words for her if that would have happened to me. Very unprofessional and a big No No in my book. I’ve been there twice and feel like they take their clientele for granted.

They wont do your nails the way you want, bc if they do it their way they can charge more. Facility seemed nice enuf. I thought staff was nice until older lady came in wanting a nail repair of 2 nails and was rebuffed, facility said theyd take them all off or not at all. and little lady gave them a polite matron talking to bc she just wanted the 2 repaired, then she left.... then the staff proceeded to bash her as a mean, rude old lady. Repeatedly. In English, in front of customers. Thats unacceptable in my book.Nail tech was a man and rough, bad paint job, sloppy thick nails. Got small Knicks from files and drills. Kept drill on high speed.Been getting my nails done for >18yrs.

Horrible!!! My daughter went to get her eyebrows done, and the lady did not know what she was doing!!! I will never go there again. She only made excuses.

Highly recommend anyone who prefer quality and class to this nail spa.

Awful! I took my girls and a couple of their friends in for services . As I signed in and asked about the wait time, the technician insulted me by telling me that they were more expensive than most places and there was a cheaper one at the mall, insinuating that I could not pay the price.... WTW.., well she just lost approximately $150-$200 and my business in the future. I have been here several times before and was never treated this way!!! I will NEVER go to this establishment again!!!

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had and the owner was so rude I will never go back I have never had such a bad experience. Horrible horrible horrible customer service
