Came here because I haven’t found a local nail salon that I truly love, it was good my only issue was when one of the nail techs was removing the gel from my nails and she was a bit rough but another tech stepped in once I pulled away a couple times. Overall I would come back, I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time to start, they have nail polish that matches their gel which is a plus for me. They didn’t offer multiple types of pedicure spa service (I am always down for extra massage time or paraffin wax) but what they had was more than adequate.

I was in town and needed a quick mani and pain. The lady who did my nails was sooooo rough on my hands and feet that I got hurt. I was telling her it hurts and pulling back my hand thinking she would be more gentile. But she keep going! As she was trying to take my dip off my nails she ended up ripping my nail causing the skin underneath to be exposed. And she ended up cutting that which was painful. I shouldn’t have paid at all. Spent $50 to walk out with an injured hand and sore toe nail. They asked would I give a tip and I politely declined. Do not recommend at all.

I got hurt in the process that I had to pull back my hand. Then she kept doing it again. The end result is so horrible that I should not even payed for it. please go somewhere else and save your money and nails.

Last couple times Ive gone since covid restrictions its changed. Theyre rushed. Theyve hurt me in 2 different visits. This time i said ouch and a few seconds later did it again. Same spot. Told her to stop. I havent tipped both times. Ill give them a 3rd strike before I stop going. When I get acrylics I get fungal infections. So Ive not been getting my finger nails done in awhile waiting for the damage to out grow

They cut me and they didn’t think i notice so they tried to cover it up . they also filled my toenail to short .

I just moved to the Hattiesburg, MS area back in April-2018 and I have been going to this nail shop since. Im the type of person that would stick around just to see if things would get better. Its a very affordable nail shop but they dont have great customer service skills. They dont greet you when you walk through the door at all! Instead they would say what you need. I prefer how may I help you and Im sure others would too. They waste too much time because their not organized, and they have friends around that keeps them from doing there work. They could be doing your nails and would stop before finishing to go and start up another set of nails that takes about 20-25 minutes when all you had left was 10 minutes Coloring & Drying! Many times they have had customers complain of not getting what they want because their not listening to the customer request. This has happen too me twice! I politely pay my money and leave because I literally dont have the energy after sitting for hours to complain. If this company could work on pleasing their customer a little more this would be an awesome place of business.

I scheduled an appointment for me and my wedding party the day before my wedding two and a half weeks out. They rushed us through our appointment because they started to get a little busy. They’re dip powder set weird on a few of my girls nails, and mine set multicolored. The lady asked if I could come back the next day to get them redone but I had told her a few times that we were a wedding party. She ended up redoing my nails in the same sitting (I was there for four hours) and still charged me full price. A few of my girls that were with me also had their dip nails chip. They look really bad. Dip powder typically lasts 3 weeks, depending on nail growth you can stretch it longer. My nails didn’t even last a week without chipping. I also got a French on my toes, which also lasts a decent amount of time. When I got home later that day I realized that they didn’t even paint my entire toes. My nails were sharp and they chipped the next day. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not return to this salon.

The ladies at Top Nails are very professional and friendly. I always have a great experience and service when I’m there. Top Nails and Spa has been my nail salon for 3 years now and I highly recommend this nail salon.

Ive tried plenty of nail salons in Hattiesburg, but by far this one is my favorite. They are usually not busy so I am in & out within an hour. Also, if there happens to be a line, they are the best at multi-tasking & getting the job nicely done. Never once have I got an attitude if I need a correction or etc, always super polite & friendly. Only thing is I wish they got new nail colors more frequently, especially since I come every 2 weeks.

My nails are a mess, and I use yo frequent this place often. I will not go back.

They did a great job. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. In and out quickly but didnt feel rushed. Got my eyebrows and pedi done and was completely happy with the results.

The family was extremely friendly which is the only reason why I added another star to what I originally planned to give. The nail technician cut the sides of my big toe nail only partially and then proceeded to pull the skin/nail the rest of the way. There was a significant amount of blood and even when I said it was hurting she continued. It has been over a week and a half since that visit but the sides of my big toe are still swollen and purple. The right big toe that bled the most is leaking clear fluid and I may have to go see a doctor due to it possibly being infected. I will NEVER be going back.

This nail salon fulfilled all the preferences I asked for. I will be likely returning soon. Great service.

Pedi was good but they jacked up my nails. She drilled my gel set off and then argued with me that I had acrylic instead of gel and wanted me to pay $10 for her mess up. Heard the same complaints from some other customers. Sounds like the state department needs to make a visit! They will not get another cent of my money!

Very rude. Unprofessional. The nail tech snatched polish out of my hands because I asked her to change my color, she had only polished one toe so far.

Amazing work!! Currently here and the service is amazing!

Multiple people work on you, they dont lotion or massage your hands or feet like all of the other nail places. Overall quick and sloppy job for saving $5. Nails cut crooked, and polish applied badly.

A bit pricey but everything was done perfect. Also very friendly people.

Nails looked ok, but pedi was not nice. Tech stayed on phone literally for almost whole pedi. Realized when she was finishing, that she had used, used tools on me. They dont sterilize they nippers, clippers etc. She set them right back in drawer, where she got them. Sterilizer was in corner, with dust on it, not on, no tools near it. Sprayed some cleaning stuff in tub then Sprayed it off. That was it.During, i got the impression, I was an inconvenience and she was in a hurry.

I love this nail shop. They do a great job and Im always satisfied with the service provided. Ive tried others when in a crunch and left disappointed but not with top nails! Ill continue to sit in their chair for as long as theyll keep the doors open.
