I loved this place definitely going back the lady with blue ends in her hair was so sweet,should have asked her name she made sure I liked the nails and made sure it was done properly . Not disappointed

They are always nice! Nails are always done the way I want! They have reopened and have the glass up for protection

This guy with the tattoos on his face cut my real nails shorter than I asked them to be cut. I also asked for a different nail color and he gave me the wrong nail color. I was so upset and frustrated that I was so over the whole experience and let him finish. He also shaped my nails wrong and one hand has a nail that is shorter than the rest of them and shaped awfully. I’m really disappointed and sad about my nails right now.

David is the absolute best! I always leave with the best nails around.

David was awesome!! Everyone was very nice and took their time. Not some rush job to get you in and out like other places. We will definitely be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this was necessary. I saw the reviews here and I was hoping they wouldn’t be accurate because I had a gift card to this place but they were indeed very accurate. I went in to get a manicure with acrylics and the man gave me attitude as soon as I asked him to fix a crooked nail. He then proceeded to tell me that he can’t make my nails look the same and I told him they didn’t have to look the same but just not crooked. He was extremely rude and I will not be returning to this nail salon. It is a shame because I regularly get my eyebrows done here.

HORRIFIC SERVICE 🤢. Rudest costumer service. sat for over and hour and a half and still got nothing good out of it. Told ruse things about my nails when i have seen professionals that say are wonderful. not recommended.

They are rude. Never again. I don’t know how they have any customers at all. My nails didn’t even turn out the way I wanted them. They also over charged me. I will never set foot back in that shop and tell anyone else I know not to either.

My go to place. Everyone is super nice! I always leave satisfied and they make sure they do exactly what I want. I always recommend everyone here! Love my staff!

I came in at 8 on the dot they don’t close until 9 and they told me they were closed! Change your hours if you are going to waste people’s time. I won’t be back!

I’d give ZERO stars if it would let me. Absolute worst experience ever. Aside from the not stop chatter .... I was not treated with any kind of respect. I was left under the nail dryer for well over 20 minutes for a simple manicure with regular polish. $17 of my personal shopping day money wasted along with the time. I literally walked down to shoe show to look at shoes and noticed both thumb nails totally ruined just from trying on a pair of shoes. I immediately walked back to the nail shop and said both nails were ruined just in the 10 minutes since I’d left. He mumbled something in another language and then said something that sounded like “ I told you”. Aside from hurt feelings and being embarrassed bc of the shop being full of people. I was shrugged off. I just said don’t worry about it. It’s not worth it and I walked out. I only wish I could post a picture of the awful job I got. Let me also mention I’m not from Hattiesburg. I’m here on a weekend trip to shop. I cannot wait to go home now.

This nail shop is VERY unprofessional ‼️ Their customer service is terrible and all of the employees have attitudes. My nails were horrible and they did not fix my nails but started talking to one another in their native language. The manager was no help and held the same attitude as the employees. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone because their work and customer service is terrible!

Not worth the money. By the time it was over my nail beds were bleeding and burning. My nails looked nothing like requested. Worst experience so far.

Me and a friend went in to get only eyebrows done but had forgotten to sign in, which was obviously something new. Later 3 white women came in to get pedicures and nails done and had signed in, and we alerted the staff that we didnt know to sign in and we were here before them, so they told us to sign in and they would get us. 20 mins later when the next person was called, they continue to call the people names that had come in after us. We asked and told them that we was here before them and they still went on with it. Discrimination to the fullest all bc we wasnt aware to sign in, even after being informed that is 2 black girls came in way before the 3 white girls. The fact that we were in a rush to go to a funeral, then waited 30 minutes, that pissed us off and we left! I knew there was a reason I had always bypassed that shop bc they wrong!!!! Never again will I go to that shop!!! My money is precious and so is great service!!!Signed,Angry black woman
