Horrible french tip job, definitely not worth $40 and will not be returning. After waiting a hour this is what I received. Should’ve walked out after waiting 30 minutes because my nail tech was talking and looking at houses online instead of assisting me.

Fast, friendly and professional. Got cat eye design ( great work). Will use for now on.

They do fabulous pedicures and nails. I have been using them for about 15 years! I love this nail salon.

I went to get a full set and had a picture of what I wanted. They didn’t give me what I wanted. After a week of having these nails fungus grew under my nail. When I realized that it was fungus I went and asked for my money back. As I talked to the manager she tried to tell me that the reason I have fungus is because I got long nails and I hit it which created the fungus and said I couldn’t have my money back. I would not recommend this place to no one. They do not clean their items and they are unprofessional. And the wrist part is I paid 65 dollars for some that wasn’t what I asked for, didn’t like, and that gave me fungus.

The man there was very rude. While trying to place my hand under the dryer he grabbed it forcefully ( messing up a nail ) and preceded to get mad at me because of the nail he messed up. The coating was to much , which made my nails look uneven and they messed up and the jewls fell off soon after . My nails cost $100 for it to not be anywhere near that quality.

I had to wait over two hours before someone began working on me (this was after asking how long it would be upon walking in) There was no sign-in book and someone who came in after me was helped before me. The man who did my pedicure was distracted and one of the ladies who worked there engaged in a speaker-phone conversation while doing a man’s pedicure. There was no way anyone in the room could relax and enjoy their services due to the loud conversation going on. I will not be returning. The one positive was that the massage chair was good.

I will never in my life go here again, i will never forget the lady messed my nails up so bad for my birthday, of course i went off. should’ve never paid. I haven’t been back since.

If youd like to be insulted go get your nails done here!My nails were done by a man who worked here- didnt catch his name. He was nice enough. I asked for a full set. Didnt specify whether I wanted clear tips or white tips.. he started doing clear tips and I stopped him, told him I wanted the white tips. Granted, I should have made that clear from the start, but usually they will ask. That wasnt the bad part.The bad part about this experience is when I requested he change the tips, a girl named Julie (short, about 4, dark hair) started talking in Vietnamese using choice English words like white tip and attitude right in front of me, speaking to the man doing my nails. Every time I tried to ask him something or say I wanted something Julie would chime in and answer for him in a very condescending way.By the end of it, my girlfriend told me that Julie had asked her if I was drunk, what was wrong with me?So.. if youre just trying to get your nails done the way you want... go to Julie so she can insult you and accuse you of being drunk. :)I will never go back and I am going to my usual nail place tomorrow to fix the hack job Julie did on the rhinestones on my nails.

Ask for Kim, she is the owner and the best person to do your nails. Also has the best waxing and pedicures anywhere around.

Worst experience ever of getting my nails done. The women that work here are extremely rude and slow. I got the dipped powder, and the lady clearly did not know how to apply it. My dipped powder nails usually last three weeks, but this time three of my nails had chipped by the next day!!! I also paid $10 more than I normally do for nails. I will not be going back. Such a waste!

The employees dont value my business. Theyre often rude, will take other customers before you, watch YouTube videos while doing your nails, and inconsistent with their prices. Theyve just lost a loyal customer.

The women that work here are extremely rude. They will talk about you and patronize you. One girl shaped my nails how I wanted then another girl came and completely changed it and messed them up. Never going back

Went to get my nails done for my wedding....asked for a French manicure, full set. Walked out with pink nails....i hate this place. I will never go back!!!

This salon was extremely dirty. Also wayyy over priced! I don’t mind spending money on nails and toes but when it’s a crappy environment and the quality of service is extremely terrible then i have just wasted my money. The owner did my nails and she said she has done nails for 23 years so i felt confident my nails would look bomb!!! Negative! I told her i wanted medium coffin nails and she told me they needed to be long in order for them to look good so i pulled a pic up on my phone MEDIUM coffin nails that looked really good and i said i want this shape and length. I said i type a lot at work and have a baby and i don’t need to be stabbing him. She said ok. Well i didn’t get coffin nails and by the time she was done it was so late that i was like whatever. I kept telling her that 3 of my nails were crooked and she argued with me saying no it’s just the angle i was looking at them 😑 i almost grabbed the file myself and fixed them but again it was after 9 pm and i was exhausted and ready to get out of there. She charged me $45 dollars for my ACRYLIC ombre French nails 😒 again i would have not minded if they were amazing BUT they were not. I told her that the price was ridiculous and she just laughed! I get in the car where i really got to look at them and she didn’t even shape around my cuticle. So guess what?? It not only looks terrible but is also lifting around my cuticle Bc it is attached to skin and not nail! Like seriously?? I could have done a better job at them. I can’t even describe the level of pissed i still am. Also, i live in Birmingham and was just down for a wedding so i am unable to go back and make her fix them.

Never going back. Paid $25 for a gel polish change and i have polish all over my toes.

Extremely disappointed! My girlfriend came in to get a fill in and the lady had no clue what she was doing. She could barly see what she was doing when dremleing the nails and at times making movments like she was doing something with the dremel but never touching the nail. After she clearcoated the nails, she got the dremel back out and ruined some areas where the clear coat was and tried to slyly cover it up with oil and tried to tell my girlfriend it wasnt messed up. She added a addition nail service that she charged for that she didnt even ask if it was wanted at the time. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY SHE SAT IN THE CORNER AND PLAYED ON HER PHONE MAKING US WAIT ON HER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS TERRIBLE.

I came in to get my nails done for graduation and no customers were in the salon and as soon as I picked my color the woman decided it was time for her to go and eat so I had to wait 20 minutes before she came back to do my nails and she stayed on the phone the entire time didnt listen to me at all and was very rude!

We called in at 4:30. We sat there for 2 hours and didn’t get our nails done till around 6.

EXTREME PAIN!!! The nail guy was very rough and hurt my feet badly with a metal file. When I pulled my foot back and said it hurt, he ignored me and just kept sawing away! I wish I had read the reviews before going there!
